This fabulous north-west facing villa is ideally located, being a short stroll from the resort "town centre". It has mains gas central heating throughout and offers instant hot water on demand and there are also air conditioning units in the lounge and in all bedrooms.

The lounge is tastefully furnished, with three very comfortable sofas, gathered around the TV, which has a range of UK and international channels available. There is also free WIFI at the villa. At the other end of this large room, is the dining table and ample room for seating six people. The semi-open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, electric cooker, hob and hood, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Also on the ground floor, you will find one of the double bedrooms, with king sized bed, a window overlooking the rear garden, and a built-in double wardrobe. Next to this, is a very useful shower room, fully tiled, with shower cubicle, WC and vanity unit with washbasin.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, with built in wardrobes providing plenty of hanging space and access onto two terraces; one to enjoy beautiful sunsets and the front terrace which is ideal to sit having breakfast in the sun. It has an en-suite shower room, fully tiled in marble, with a full sized bath and shower over, WC and washbasin in a lovely vanity unit. Also upstairs is bedroom 2 with comfortable twin beds, also with double wardrobes and access to the front terrace.

To complete the first floor accommodation, there is a further shower room, again fully tiled in marbe, with a shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.

From the first floor landing, stairs rise to a useful additional room in the tower of the villa, which has a desk and is therefore ideal for anyone needing somewhere to work.

Outside, the villa has its very own private pool and fully enclosed terrace area to the rear of the property. The pool can be heated, if requested, at an additional cost. This is benefits from the afternoon/evening sun and although the garden and terrace area has fabulous views, it is very private. Perfect for relaxing in the sun during the day or enjoying a drink under the stars in the evening.

On the resort is a 5* hotel, where you can have something to eat or drink whilst overlooking the fabulous pool area and golf course beyond. In the resort's Town Centre, there is a further restaurant and the community pool (opening times and entry conditions vary). Then just outside one of the resort's entrances is "El Boulevard", a commercial area where you will find a further choice of bars and restaurants. There is also a well-stocked Spar supermarket inside the resort.

As well as the on-site Jack Nicklaus-designed, 18-hole golf course, there are padel courts, a tennis court, outdoor table tennis tables, and a petanca court. There is an outdoor "trim trail", with exercise equipment dotted along a meandering path, in addition to a well-equipped gym. For the children, there is a play park which has slides, climbing frames, see-saws and swings, an animal-themed crazy golf course, and throughout the resort there are plenty of open, green areas, ideal for children to have a run around.

The resort is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and those of the Mediterranean, a little further up the coast. Nearby are the beautiful cities of Cartagena and Murcia, both well worth a visit. You will also find several large shopping centres within easy reach, for a little retail thereapy.
