This is such a lovely property, just like the photos but it fees even roomier. We loved the layout, the decor, and of course the view of the sea from every window. The master bedroom is huge, beds are so comfy, really cosy for our Autumn stay. A short walk along the seafront to the wonderful pier. Worthing is such a great location to visit, with great train links to Brighton and Portsmouth. With private parking, couldn’t be happier, thankyou!

Nice place in good location with excellent sea views, nice and clean inside however badly let down by dirty windows when we arrived and the balcony which has the best sea view being unusable all week due to the build up of bird droppings

Hi Alan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about the condition of the external windows during your stay. Unfortunately, the combination of autumn weather and salty sea air can make it challenging to keep windows spotless — particularly as we’re located right on the seafront and on the first floor. That said, we do have the windows cleaned regularly throughout the month, so it’s disappointing that they weren’t up to standard on your arrival. Please accept my sincere apologies. We’ve now increased the frequency of our window cleaning schedule to prevent this from happening again. We’ve also addressed the issue with the balcony. Had we known during your stay, we would have been very happy to resolve it straight away — but rest assured, steps have been taken to ensure it doesn’t recur in future. Thank you again for your helpful comments — we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve the experience for all our guests. Kindest regards

Great flat, generous rooms, wonderful views, excellently equipped (the only thing we missed was an ice cube tray). Great hosts too.The stairs up to the upper bedroom are steep and that room is a bit noisy from the main road. The balconies are really too narrow to use, but if you open the bay window in the kitchen it's just like a balcony without the breeze. So nice not to feel like too many beds have been squeezed into every available space so that the price can be upped.The off-road parking space is a great bonus.
