From the living room of these apartments with capacity for up to 6 people you can enjoy the tranquility of the emblematic Madrazo Street, with exquisite decoration and design furniture, as well as a double sofa bed and a Smart TV to relax.



You can enjoy its two double bedrooms, each with two single beds designed for your comfort. In addition, the master suite has a dressing room and a private bathroom with a large shower to enjoy even at the time of personal hygiene. In the second suite they have a second full bathroom just in front of the door.

We had a great stay at Belles Artes. The location was terrific - easy to walk everywhere we wanted. The only time we used public transport was to and from the airport or train station. The apartment is well appointed and huge - it's quite a few steps from the living room to the larger bedroom at the back. We appreciated the coffee pods that were left for us. Otherwise we didn't cook, although the kitchen seemed to be well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

We loved the area, it was easy to get everywhere with nice local bakeries and restaurants nearby. The property is lovely and spacious, and incredibly quiet at night. Between the quiet and the comfy beds we all had great sleeps. Well maintained and beautiful modern bathrooms. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was very nice and much larger than expected. It’s in a fantastic area that’s very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and public transportation. The stay was very pleasant as were the hosts. Heads up for my American friends, if you plan to use the washing machine, expect to air dry your clothes. This is not a function of the apartment, but just that the single, smaller washer/dryer units are not well suited for drying. The location was prime though.

Very good stay. A book with info about local tourist attractions and maps and also info about the thermostat, dishwasher,laundry - washer /dryer, garbage disposal and the tv locked volume on 9 would have been helpful and appreciated

Great apartment and location

This property is spacious, clean and in a fantastic location. It is also quiet. It really is a very nice property. With 4 adults in the apartment, we much appreciated having a hyperlink which we could all use on our phones to open the building & apartment door. Much easier than having only 1 or 2 keys. Only downside to the apartment was that bedroom 1 was vast and bedroom 2 was on the small side. I was confused by the booking process as I had thought I had paid VRBO and was surprised to then be asked for payment by SlowSuites. But this is correct. I hadn't actually paid VRBO. A bit weird. Also the portal for entering everyone's passport details is a bit clunky. But we got there and, as we arrived late in the evening, it was much easier than having to go to an office to collect a key. Lastly, the Hotel Suecia, a couple of minutes walk away, is very handy for breakfast.

Great apartment, walkable, near lovely architecture

We truly enjoyed this comfortable apartment. Pictures of listing may represent various apartments at this location. Ours was 3A (4th floor in US). Comfortable beds, large living/dining area. Super clean. Includes a washer/dryer all-in-one. The apartment is 90 ft long!!! The elevator was welcome after a long day of walking. The apartment is pre-pay and I missed that at first. They kindly reminded me that I needed to pay in order to hold the reservation. Next we had to register on-line with a provided link. On the day of check-in, they provided the code to unlock the building door and the apartment door. It was super handy to not need keys and to arrive at any hour. On a narrow street behind big buildings, it is located one block south of Calle de Alcala with its wide sidewalks and lovely architecture. Short walk to Plaza de Sol, metro stops, and our son's apartment in Chueca. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
