London stay
The location was very convenient but was in the middle of commercial buildings and got noisy. Lacked some amenities such as coffee starter supplies, salt and pepper, instructions for appliances. Very clean and comfortable. Overall good experience.

Great location
This property was in a great location and very central to all of London. Having a full kitchen was awesome and we loved the separate living space.
The unit was very clean, however despite check in being listed at 4pm, the cleaning crew was present until almost 6pm. We were able to drop our bags, but not fully unpack. There were also issues with the sink draining that were not addressed during our stay. Small problems that with increased management presence would make a 5 star stay!
