Nouvelle villa individuelle en première ligne sur le prestigieux parcours de golf de Fuerteventura

CONSTRUCTION NEUVE Contemporaine 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains Villa 5 * pour 6 personnes.

Casa Palmer donne sur le 16e parcours de golf Green of Fuerteventura - Ce parcours de golf de championnat a accueilli l'Open espagnol en 2004. La villa a une vue fantastique sur le fairway et de la terrasse sur le toit, de superbes vues sur l'océan peuvent être admirées.

L'espace extérieur dispose d'une piscine privée (chauffée sans frais supplémentaires), de chaises longues, d'un barbecue et d'une table et de chaises extérieures. Il y a même une pratique Putting Green pour profiter ..

La chambre principale, avec lit double, a une salle de bains avec une douche à l'italienne. Il y a une autre chambre contenant un lit double et une troisième chambre avec deux lits simples. Toutes les chambres ont des armoires encastrées et la climatisation (et beaucoup de cintres !!)

Il y a une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec four / plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur-congélateur, avec la buanderie donnant un accès supplémentaire à une machine à laver.

Le coin salon donne sur la piscine et le 16ème Green. Nous proposons une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une télévision multi-chaînes avec des films, Sky Sports ainsi qu'un lecteur DVD et un haut-parleur BOSE pour la musique.

La villa est située dans une excellente position avec accès à toutes les commodités locales - supermarché, bars et restaurants à distance de marche. Le centre de Caleta De Fuste est à environ 15 minutes à pied, une promenade de 10 minutes vous amènera au centre commercial et à la plage Alantico. Si vous préférez un taxi, cela ne coûtera qu'environ 3/5 euros par trajet.

La Villa est située à seulement 15 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport et coûte environ 15 euros par trajet.

Également fourni pour votre commodité - planche à repasser, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux (un dans chaque salle de bain), serviettes de bain et de plage et coffre-fort.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Palmer, the Villa had everything we needed with a lovely view of the golf course and all day sun. The pool was great for the family and nice unexpected surprise that it was heated during our stay.We hired a car for convenience but the location of the villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and amenities.All in all we had great stay and would recommend to anyone seeking a relaxed stay with a great location near to all shops and restaurants.

Fantastic property. Super clean with everything you’d need for a family holiday. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Pool area is excellent and air con in all 3 bedrooms is a big plus. Can’t wait to return here in the future.

Throughly enjoyed our return trip to Villa Palmers! Villa is just as advertised and absolutely amazing! 25 stars!!! Location is perfect for golf lovers and access to all amenities, beach a 10 min walk. Heated pool is a bonus with lots of comfortable chairs and sunbeds. Aircon in all bedrooms means everyone gets a comfortable nights sleep. So all in all a very relaxing stay. A car is not essential as airport is only a 15 min drive away but an advantage if you want to explore the island. Have booked a return trip already and can’t wait to return.

Just come back from a week stay, had a great time, lovely spacious villa with nice scenery near to the beach with a really well heated pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a quiet break but close to shops, restaurant and the beach.

Fantastic chill out villa

We loved this villa. The views are awesome and the location is great - just a few minutes walk away from the Atlantico shopping centre and 15 minutes walk from the centre of Caleta. This is a very modern villa, well equipped with everything I needed to enjoy a well earned break. We will definitely be back!

Villa in Caleta fuste

Just back from a fantastic holiday,villa was great just like the weather, the location is brilliant as you can walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants. It was only the wife and I so a villa was a lot more space than we needed,but we sure enjoyed the extra room and the pool was a bonus

Really nice villa, plenty of room for all 6 adults. Great location short walk into main town / beaches or only 3 or 4 euros for taxi. Very clean and great pool. Communication with owner was faultless always prompt and helpful replies especially as original booking was affected by covid lockdown.

Excellent accommodation in an idyllic setting

Wonderful villa in a peaceful setting, equipped with everything you need for a relaxed holiday. Outdoor area was excellent with lovely comfortable seats and beds for long lazy days. Stunning 5 ⭐️ villa - beautiful location

We had an amazing week celebrating our Anniversary. This villa is stunning. Spacious rooms with welcome air conditioning. Located on edge of beautiful golf course so very peaceful when sitting by its lovely pool. You are only a short stroll away from Centre of Caleta and all it has to offer. Villa is absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable and luxurious. Definitely will be returning x

Fantastic villa

Communication with owners was very quick. All questions answered. Villa was spotless. Had everything you needed. Pool area was amazing, so much space - to sunbathe, dine or just chill with a glass of whatever. Will definitely return. And you get the sun all day.

Wonderful Villa for our winter sun break

We had a wonderful time in this Villa. It was beautiful inside and out and we could tell it was done with care. The pool was great and the area outside too. We loved the view over the golf course. The walk down by the sea into Caleta was lovely. Joanne was so helpful all the way through the process. Would thoroughly recommend!

Brilliant place, better than expected

Place was clean, tidy and larger than expected. It was in a quiet residential area that was close/walkable to everything. The view of the golf course was lovely but still wasn't really overlooked making it great. It had everything you would need and booking and communication was easy. The heated pool was great. If considering booking you would not be disappointed, go for it

Don't look any further this is the villa.

Great outdoor space and nice villa. We had a lovely time time and heated pool is great. Only negative was that we felt villa was generally not clean enough. Communication with Joanne was really good at all times.

A few years ago, my partner and I visited Fuerteventura and we instantly fell in love with the place. We decided to search for a property there to make it our new home. After exploring various locations, we finally came across a unique and perfect place in the beautiful area of Caleta de Fuste, which is located near to the Fuerteventura Golf Course.

Beautiful beaches, restaurants, and landscapes await you in Caleta de Fuste. The villa is just a 15-minute drive or taxi ride from Fuerteventura Airport (approximately 15 Euros one way). Conveniently, the property is situated close to a range of amenities, including supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, all reachable within a 10 to 15-minute walk or a short 5-minute taxi ride, which costs approximately 5 Euros.
