CONSTRUCTION NEUVE Contemporaine 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains Villa 5 * pour 6 personnes.

Casa Palmer donne sur le 16e parcours de golf Green of Fuerteventura - Ce parcours de golf de championnat a accueilli l'Open espagnol en 2004. La villa a une vue fantastique sur le fairway et de la terrasse sur le toit, de superbes vues sur l'ocĂ©an peuvent ĂȘtre admirĂ©es.

L'espace extĂ©rieur dispose d'une piscine privĂ©e (chauffĂ©e sans frais supplĂ©mentaires), de chaises longues, d'un barbecue et d'une table et de chaises extĂ©rieures. Il y a mĂȘme une pratique Putting Green pour profiter ..

La chambre principale, avec lit double, a une salle de bains avec une douche à l'italienne. Il y a une autre chambre contenant un lit double et une troisiÚme chambre avec deux lits simples. Toutes les chambres ont des armoires encastrées et la climatisation (et beaucoup de cintres !!)

Il y a une cuisine moderne entiÚrement équipée avec four / plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur-congélateur, avec la buanderie donnant un accÚs supplémentaire à une machine à laver.

Le coin salon donne sur la piscine et le 16Úme Green. Nous proposons une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une télévision multi-chaßnes avec des films, Sky Sports ainsi qu'un lecteur DVD et un haut-parleur BOSE pour la musique.

La villa est située dans une excellente position avec accÚs à toutes les commodités locales - supermarché, bars et restaurants à distance de marche. Le centre de Caleta De Fuste est à environ 15 minutes à pied, une promenade de 10 minutes vous amÚnera au centre commercial et à la plage Alantico. Si vous préférez un taxi, cela ne coûtera qu'environ 3/5 euros par trajet.

La Villa est située à seulement 15 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport et coûte environ 15 euros par trajet.

Également fourni pour votre commoditĂ© - planche Ă  repasser, fer Ă  repasser, sĂšche-cheveux (un dans chaque salle de bain), serviettes de bain et de plage et coffre-fort.

We had an excellent stay at Villa Palmer, the Villa had everything we needed with a lovely view of the golf course and all day sun. The pool was great for the family and nice unexpected surprise that it was heated during our stay.We hired a car for convenience but the location of the villa is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and amenities.All in all we had great stay and would recommend to anyone seeking a relaxed stay with a great location near to all shops and restaurants.

Throughly enjoyed our return trip to Villa Palmers! Villa is just as advertised and absolutely amazing! 25 stars!!! Location is perfect for golf lovers and access to all amenities, beach a 10 min walk. Heated pool is a bonus with lots of comfortable chairs and sunbeds. Aircon in all bedrooms means everyone gets a comfortable nights sleep. So all in all a very relaxing stay. A car is not essential as airport is only a 15 min drive away but an advantage if you want to explore the island. Have booked a return trip already and can’t wait to return.

Fantastic chill out villa

We loved this villa. The views are awesome and the location is great - just a few minutes walk away from the Atlantico shopping centre and 15 minutes walk from the centre of Caleta. We had a lovely stay at the property, with a beautiful view over the golf course and close proximity to local amenities. We’ve been coming to Fuerteventura for over 25 years and have stayed in a lot of different villas in and around campo de golf and this one is in a great location, very close to the Atlantico Shopping Centre. We always hire a car, so it’s only a five-minute drive into the centre of Caleta or a no- to the shopping centre. The villa had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, a dishwasher, and all the essentials and we had everything we needed to feel very at home during our stay. There’s plenty of outdoor space with lots of sun beds and room to move around, which we really enjoyed.The only slight downside was the presence of quite a lot of ants, which we managed with ant powder and is absolutely not uncommon in Spain. Other than that, we weren’t disturbed at all which is lovely as you can totally relax. We did have a small electrical issue, but Steve came round very quickly, sorted it out, and was easy to communicate with and was absolutely brilliant and sorted a local electrician who made sure we had power and the issue was resolved - thanks so much Steve!The only improvement would be the pool — the lining has become discoloured from the sun and doesn’t look great. With that said, weather was gorgeous, the view was stunning, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent property would defiantly stay in the future.Peaceful , relaxing location overlooking the golf course.Good air conditioning.My only criticism being picky is the pool is stated as heated , it was according to the pool guy, but was minimal ,certainly not heated like six other villas we have stopped at in this area. The pool water was crystal clear but there was a heavy scum line which wouldn't take much cleaning with the correct products. The shower head where you should shower before entering and leaving the pool needed replacing /cleaning as the water only dribbled out and you were unable to shower off.Like i say that's being super critical and doesn't take away from the 5 star rating i have given the overall villa.We had a very enjoyable stay thank you!

Wonderful Villa for our winter sun break

We had a wonderful time in this Villa. It was beautiful inside and out and we could tell it was done with care. The pool was great and the area outside too. We loved the view over the golf course. Brilliant place, better than expected

Place was clean, tidy and larger than expected. It was in a quiet residential area that was close/walkable to everything. The view of the golf course was lovely but still wasn't really overlooked making it great. It had everything you would need and booking and communication was easy. The heated pool was great. If considering booking you would not be disappointed, go for it
