This place was different and it was expected according to the reviews. The only thing that was not mentioned was the smell from the sewer, holy moly! Marco greeted us and let us in the apartment after a little wait. Marco was very personable and gave us the Italian welcoming we did not expect, in a good way.

This apartment is ok. Just ok. The people working for the company that owns it are lovely, as are all of the hardworking cleaning staff. The owners need to level up the unit. It is as bare bones as it comes. No art, no lamps no curtains, sheets only, and they can’t be bothered to stock the kitchen with basics that don’t come out of a sealed single use packet. Sadly we were also unlucky with the sewer system which is apparently very old and we had an awful smell in the unit. The management tried to do their best to cover it up, and from what I researched and understood from the staff it is something you must just deal with when in Florence. It is very well located right near the Mercato central and we felt very safe. I hope the owners will take the time and level up this unit so that it is not just a place to drop your bags and shower because it could be wonderful with more decor and thoughtful touches in the kitchen.

Great location!

The location is perfect, right next to large markets and multiple excellent restaurants.The train station is less than a ten minute walk away. The management company is very responsive and answers questions/provides assistance quickly. The apartment is very large but given the price I expected something a little nicer and it needs updating. The bedrooms were sparse and didn’t have curtains (there was curtain hardware but no panels) or decor. Our room only had a bed, one tiny night table and a closet. A bench, dresser, or even suitcase rack would have helped so we wouldn’t have had to put most of our belongings on the floor. The terrace is actually a very small balcony. There is no elevator and you will need to carry luggage up several stairs. The air conditioning works great and we stayed comfortable in spite of the record heat. One bathroom is small and poorly lit but the other one is huge and has the best shower of all our rentals in Italy. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Localisation exceptionnelle. Propreté, confort, climatisation, équipements... très très bien.

A part une mésentente malheureuse pour le RDV d'arrivée, tout était superbe. Emplacement, confort, équipements, prix. 5* Il faut voir pour bien préciser le num de tél pour fixer le rdv. Sinon PARFAIT. Grazie.

Appartamento molto comodo, silenzioso e pulito, siamo stati benissimo. Ottima posizione, in 5 /10 minuti di camminata raggiungi tutte le attrazioni da visitare.

Great for a family as able to cook for ourselves, had 2 bathrooms, was close railway station and all the sites we wanted to see.

San Lorenzo comfort

We were met at the apartment by a friendly young man who showed us all of the features & answered our questions. The apartment was well furnished & the location was fabulous! 2 blocks from public transportation & restaurants just outside our door. The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe.
