Tropical Breeze est une maison de vacances avec trois chambres et trois salles de bains, dĂ©corĂ©e dans un style lumineux, tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, lecteurs de magnĂ©toscope et de DVD dans chaque chambre, balcon privĂ© de la suite principale pour prendre votre cafĂ© ou un cocktail de fin de soirĂ©e, une baignoire dans le jardin. dans la salle de bain principale avec douche pour une dĂ©tente en fin de soirĂ©e et un lit king-size pour votre confort de sommeil. À l'extrĂ©mitĂ© opposĂ©e de l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur se trouve une chambre d'amis avec deux lits doubles, un grand dressing et sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e avec une combinaison baignoire / douche. La chambre d'amis au rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend un lit queen-size et une salle de bain privĂ©e avec une douche double Ă  l'italienne. Chaque chambre ayant sa propre salle de bain privĂ©e. Me and my family loved everything about our stay. The house was very comfortable and provided everything we needed and didn’t think that we would need. It was very clean and modern looking. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Anytime I texted the host I received a text back in a very timely manner. We will definitely book again for our next vacation to Destin.

Great property

We really enjoyed the location, the pool, and the golf cart. Having the golf cart included in the property reservation made it very convenient for moving around the area and shuttling family and items to the beach. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

This place was such a gem and being practically a block from the private beach entrance. We used the golf cart everywhere as it was extremely accommodating. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was more than above par. Thank you!

Perfect getaway close to beach

Loved our stay! The golf cart made getting around to restaurants and shopping a breeze! The house is well maintained and clean. The pool out back was wonderful for morning and late evening swims. The resort had a large pool and other amenities that we didn’t use. Hoping to book again for next year!

Sophomore spring break

Wonderful trip! Great location. Golf cart is key! It was a mom and four sixteen year olds. They had the upstairs and I had peace on the main floor. Pool was warm and a great addition. We loved the golf cart and the freedom it gave us!Highly recommend this location!

The house is great. Golf cart was an amazing addition. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach. The pool is a little small, (which we knew)but it was nice for the kids. We had a wonderful family vacay!

Disappointed

This property has certainly not been well maintained over the years and through the many times it has changed hands/managers. Overgrown shrubs made it difficult to walk down to pool area. Pool patio was a mess. Pool was a mess. There was a dead rat that had been rotting on the pool patio for probably 1-2 weeks as it was infested with maggots and many other bugs. 2 dead and 2 live palmetto bugs(cockroaches) in the house. Endless lightbulbs out and things broken. House was barely spot cleaned but not thoroughly cleaned. Many repairs needed. Tried to clean up and fix up what we could which we shouldn’t have had to do on a VACATION! Reached out to property manager about the dead rat the very first day and after hours I had to clean it up because they wouldn’t get someone out for another day or so. Just overall not a pleasant experience at the house. It used to be taken much better care of than it has been in recent years. If it wasn’t for the location of it and the golf cart it would have been a complete let down. Won’t be back unless major changes are made and someone actually takes care of it and cleans it up.

The property was very clean. Lots of beach toys & towels. Very close to the beach. We had issues with the golf cart but talked to the owner about it. Easy communication. Be sure to read the checkout list closely.

What a great place for family vacay!

Absolutely wonderful place, great location, and easy to communicate with owner. The golf cart was an awesome bonus, as the beach commute with beach towels, umbrella, cooler, etc was easy to transport. What a quick walk too if you don’t have to carry a lot of stuff! Absolutely loved oir stay and definately stay again and again. Thank you Car!

Summer Getaway

Property was nice. Beds comfy. Seating nice. Pool small and a bit to enclosed felt a little claustrophobic. I usually bring my own pan to cooked breakfast but forgot and the pan were bad. We have alway been right across from beach. So didn’t go as much because didn’t feel like carrying stuff and even to get closer hard to wheel wagon up concrete barrier. Loved the golf cart. We always rent one so have it there was nice. Overall we had a great time but will look at other properties for a better pool and better beach access.

Enjoyed our stay

We were very happy with our stay. If considering this home I would suggest realizing the beach access is a small space that is in between two other sections Not a big deal at all just your access for private beach is small. Having said that it is all we needed. One day setup late and was further back then we wanted but not a big deal at all. Short walk to beach or can shuttle on golf cart. Cannot park and leave golf cart which is fine. Just good to know. The house is simple and cute. Nothing fancy. Which is not needed. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of infant items there which we brought our own and did not need but wish we would have. So don’t pack a pack and play. A sit me up seat. Very nice those things are there. The pool was a great convenience Not a splash pool and small. It was perfect!! House is spacious. We had 6 adults and an 11 month old. The communication between the manager and us was top notch. Any questions or issues they were super fast in response and solution. We left behind some beach chairs, an air pump and three umbrellas and hope other families will enjoy our contribution! Overall would highly recommend this place

Great time at Tropical Breeze.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We come to Destin often and this has been one of our favorite homes. We were two families with children of all ages and the house was very accommodating. It was very roomy for the 10 of us and had plenty of bed and bath space. Even though the houses are close, the backyard with the pool is private. There’s a large fence which gives you plenty of privacy. The pool was great and the kids loved playing in it after being in the ocean. There is an awesome Sonos speaker inside that has amazing sound and is easy to connect to. The house is about a 5 minute walk to the private beach. The private beach is small but there’s enough room to set up a canopy or umbrella and then enjoy more of the beach. It wasn’t crowded when we were there and we could get a spot any time of the day. The golf cart was fantastic. We would load everything up for the beach, take it down there and then come back and park it back at the house. There’s no parking at the beach but it’s close enough that walking without a load of beach supplies wasn’t an issue. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything. If you’re looking for a great place to stay, Tropical Breeze will not disappoint.

Our family purchased this home in 2020 as the Pandemic sent us looking for a drivable destination to spend family time from our home in Parker (DFW area), TX.

We absolutely love the Emerald Coast and the location of this home. Our desire to find a home with a private pool and walkable to the beach was found here with Tropical Breeze. We also like having all the amenities and attractions nearby. We hope you enjoy the home and area with your friends and/or family as much as we do.
