The property is very well situated to see all major sights. The apartment is very spacious. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable! So nice to have a little outdoor space in Venice! Very clean and well appointed! Also convenient to a grocery store:)

The apartment was well outfitted and maintained. It was bright, with a beautiful view and close to everything, but, also bordering a quieter neighborhood, which we rather enjoyed. The air conditioning was a big plus, as it was hot during our stay, and we could sit at the window and watch the gondolas go by at the hottest part of the day. It accommodated our family of five nicely.

Fantastic property in excellent location. Paola was great & very accommodating with our travel delays, etc. My only suggestion is to please invest in some blackout curtains. There was only lace on the windows. We had a wonderful time!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Venice. The place is conveniently located near Rialto Bridge, offered nice canal views, wasn’t noisy at night, great AC, and suited our family of 5 well. Our host met when we arrived for a smooth check in. Ask for soap, shampoo, and wash cloths to be stocked.

This beautiful apartment was more than what we could have hoped for our family of 4. Spacious. Clean. All amenities we needed. The air conditioning was excellent especially on the hot summer nights. Beautiful decorations. Easy traveling to St. Mark’s square, Rialto Bridge, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! We liked the place as it had a lot of character and loved the location. Some great places and even our favorite gelato place around the corner. Host met us at the place at check in. She even helped us with private water taxi arrangements and received good prices!

This is an amazing location. Pretty close to water taxis, plenty of room and amenities. Paola our host was awesome at keeping in touch, answering questions, giving recommendations and provided phone numbers for private water taxis and a porter. The private taxi and porter were amazing and essential to an easy exit and transportation to the airport. It was super close by the apartment. 2 of the guests used a porter, but my husband and I found it very easy to get our luggage on our own as the pick up was very close by. This apartment is also very close to an ATM and grocery. The kitchen is stocked with supplies making it easy to cook and eat at home as well. The apartment itself was super spacious, extremely clean, and quiet. It has a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins, and a loft with separate door that has a twin bed. All rooms have mini split A/C and work well!! 2 nice sized bathrooms. Small European style washer and dryer. Great views of one of the canals. Great price for everything you get.

This was the most amazing experience. It was everything it promised to be. Our host was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. One word of advice - there are 2 steep flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Think carefully about luggage, as everywhere you turn, there are stairs. The view was amazing and photos from the apartment windows turn out like post cards. This is a 10/10 stay and we hope to return one day.

The apartment was Magnifico! It ideally served our family of four needs, and it was perfectly positioned in a calm neighborhood near the hustle and bustle of nearby must see sites.

Paola, was lovely meet us at the water ferry and walked us to the unit. Explained everything beautifully, gave some dinner and shopping options. Venice was wonderful!
