Propriété de charme dans le centre historique de Venise

Dans le centre historique de Venise, Ă  quelques pas de St. Mark’s Square, le centre mĂȘme de la ville. L'appartement est au premier Ă©tage d'un palais du XVIe siĂšcle avec entrĂ©e d'eau privĂ©e. Il est de taille trĂšs confortable (environ 1615 pieds carrĂ©s).

Il dispose de trois chambres (une chambre principale et deux grandes chambres simples), une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, un grand salon avec un nouveau grand canapé et deux fauteuils. Il dispose de deux salles de bains (la principale avec baignoire et douche, la seconde avec douche). Il est meublé avec des meubles anciens de style vénitien.

L'appartement donne sur un cĂŽtĂ© sur une petite cour avec une tĂȘte de puits romane et la vue extraordinaire sur St. Le clocher de Mark et de l'autre sur trois canaux intĂ©rieurs typiques et un pont de pierre juste en face de la fenĂȘtre du salon.

Our family loved our stay in Venice. The apartment was clean, had a great view of the canals and was centrally located to see the best parts of Venice.

Great location

The location was wonderful. Very easy to get to all areas we wanted. It was also quiet because it was in a little alleyway and not right where everyone was walking. The host was so wonderful answering all of my silly tourist questions.

This property is a perfect location for exploring Venice. We enjoyed our time here as it was a quick walk to nearly anything you want to do. Very typical Venice apartment though - so showers are sized to fit small people (not a problem for us). Kitchen was great though and allowed us to do some breakfasts at the house. We came to eat Italian though so didn't do any significant cooking in the house. Overall great place to stay,

Magical Venice

Great location-only on bridge to carry luggage over. Beautiful apartment overlooking canals where you can watch and listen to the gondoliers. Very easy place to stay.

Lovely Apartment on the Venice canal

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment, with a perfect view out the living room window of the action and festivities on the canal. Very comfortable, and easy to navigate from there to other parts of Venice. I would recommend staying here.

The apartment is located in the hub of Venice. So if you want that- this apartment is in the busy part of Venice. Transportation was very convenient The canal has busy noise in the morning. Our family of 4!adults stayed here and the flat was definitely big enough. The 2 single beds are a bit small if you are an adult. We loved our stay in Venice.

Our stay was great we enjoyed the apartment, it was so close to everything!! The owner gave us a walking tour around Venice that was fantastic. Our entire visit could not have gone better.

Great location. Gondolas right outside our windows! It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning was only in 2 bedrooms. The one bedroom and other spaces were not so enjoyable. The locals were not used to the heat either!

Venice stay

Loved the property location. Was very very upset at our host who yelled because we got on the wrong ferry and held him up. My suggestion is go to the end of ferry ride Rialto and then ring him. It actually made me so upset for most of my stay in Venice.

Terrific property for a visit to Venice

The property is very conveniently located near both San Marco and Rialto. The interior is very nicely appointed with family heirlooms. It is spacious and quite quiet. Would recommend this property for people looking for accommodation in Venice

Monica and Carlo were great. Communication was excellent on how to reach the lovely apartment from the train station (use line 1 - go to the far right after exiting Santa lucia station). Monica met us and gave great information on places to eat along the way. Beds were very comfortable and the views from our livingroom were amazing - Gondolier route (singing/just watching them navigate through the canal).Warm, inviting atmosphere within walking distance to many attractions or other neighborhoods. When leaving - you will need a water taxi (if early am flight. Need to take the "N" and book water taxi - pickup will be Riva del Carbon (near the Rialto Bridge). Learn to read signs on corner of buildings to navigate the streets.

Pros: Excellent location within a short walk of most key tourist sites in the city while also being in a quiet section that highlights the more residential side of Venice. Very spacious apartment with nice furnishings and overall vibeCons: Hot water went out on first day of stay and was not fixed during duration of our stay. We ended up only having hot water for 1 of 4 days

Great property rental. Easy walking to greater Venice. We all loved it. Me and 4 girl friends spent 3 days of our trip there. Mostly ate our meals "out", but was close to grocery shopping and all other shopping and tours also. Loved it.

A perfect location in Venice

This apartment is located very near both San Marco and Rialto, and all the sites there. It is the perfect location from which to explore all the beauties of Venice. The apartment itself is well appointed, clean and comfortable, and Carlo and Monica are great hosts. This is our second stay and we found it as delightful as the first. We will book again when in Venice. I highly recommend!

Charming and you can’t beat the location!

If you’re wanting a central location with easy access to pretty much anywhere in Venice, this property is ideal. A short walk to St. Mark’s or to Realto to catch the vaperatto anywhere. The property is charming and canal views can’t be beat. It is an older property but for us, that was part of the charm. And I can’t forget
amazing gelato right around the corner!

Lovely apartment in ideal location

Loved looking out over the canal. Perfect location for St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. Great access to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately it was extremely hot during our visit and the apartment was not well air conditioned which made our sleeping and time in the apartment uncomfortable.

Lovely home in a great location!

We have been to Venice 4 times with our daughters and said this was the best apartment so far!! The location was perfect and the apartment views were beautiful! We stayed here the last week in June, we were worried about not having ac but the master bedroom has ac and there is a fan and we sleep great!

Amazing place on the canals

We stayed for three nights. The apt was as spacious. It was really fun to watch the gondolas turn the corner of the canals. Carlo was an attentive host. We also did a tour with his wife and it was well worth the price. Learned a lot from Monica.

Amazing location and views! Love this apartment!

We would stay here again! You’re right by the Rialto Bridge area and also right by St. Mark’s. So close to everything! With canals and gondolas outside of your windows, this is a wonderful place to stay! Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! My family of four adults loved staying here! Thank you to Luca, who was so kind during check-in, and Carlo for hosting this apartment. :)
