-LA LOCATION D'ÉTÉ NÉCESSITE DES RÉSERVATIONS DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI! (25 mai - 31 août)

Ces cottages originaux de Mission Beach sont situés à seulement un pâté de maisons de la bande principale de Old Mission Beach. Beaucoup de magasins, restaurants, bars et pubs à 5 minutes à pied. La propriété est entièrement meublée avec beaucoup de draps et serviettes, Cuisine entièrement rénovée avec comptoirs en pintes, avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes, ustensiles, micro-ondes, cafetière, cuisinière, four, barbecue pour chaque unité, télévision à écran plat avec câble numérique et DVD Lecteur, Internet WIFI haut débit gratuit. Une porte hollandaise avant dans chaque unité au cas où vous voudriez de l'air frais et humide. Un grand patio donnant sur l'océan avec douche pour se rincer après une séance de surf rafraîchissante ou nager. Plus beaucoup de sièges à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.

Beaucoup de jouets de plage et de jeux pour les enfants:
articles de construction de château de sable, frisbee, smash ball, chaises de plage, ballons de football, planches de boogie, etc.
L'aéroport et le centre-ville sont à seulement 10 minutes. La Jolla est à seulement 1,5 km, une balade à vélo facile sur la côte! Pacific Beach est à seulement 1/2 mile au nord et Ocean Beach est à environ 2 miles au sud.
L'arrêt de bus public est à un pâté de maisons de la rue principale - Mission Blvd.

Extrêmement proche de tous les restaurants, magasins, locations de vélos, locations de planches de surf, voile à deux, jet-skis, etc.

We had the absolute best time at the Beach Cottage! The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the outside sitting area was amazing. We cooked most nights, and it has everything you need to make a delicious meal. We loved that the sliding glass doors make for a lovely breeze throughout the day. The location is PERFECT and communication with the host was great. Check in and out was easy, we will definitely be back!

The location and view is perfect for people watching. We have stayed at the property before and each time it does not disappoint. Sarina (property manager) is great.. always very responsive. Would highly recommend any of the 4 units on the property.

We couldn't get closer to the ocean! Being right on the Mission Breach boardwalk was fun. You'll love it if you're a people watcher. The cottage was as advertised - clean, sufficiently stocked, basic, and small. For the money, we couldn't have had a better location. We would definitely stay in this cottage again.

Amazing cottage on the beach

Had the opportunity to take my 5 year old on a father son trip to San Diego . We had the most amazing time. The cottage was clean and the location couldn’t be any closer to the water. Sand toys in the car port, chairs , and a small umbrella and beach towels . The management team communicated with any all allQuestion . Full equipped with dishes, cups silverware everything we needed. Definitely going to stay there again.

PERFECT Spot

I have been going to Mission Beach since before I can remember with my family. My grandparents owned a condo on Oceanfront Walk so it turns out I'm a real beach snob =P. This place was the PERFECT spot!!! The location, the deck, the layout, everything was AWESOME!!! The bed & couch were also very comfortable! We will definitely be back! Thank you Mission Beach Management for a wonderful experience!!!

LOCATION - LOCATION- LOCATION

This is a great place for 2 people with front row to ocean and people watching all day. Could not be closer to water. Close to shops and grocery store. We enjoyed our stay. Did get our propane tank stolen but on us for not locking it up. We stayed 7 nights so had a few extra amenities with us like own pillows, pots and pans was great, as house had the amenities you needed but we do a lot of VBRO places and never know you will get. Would stay again and recommend. Second time in the yellow cottages.

Cozy property

Had an amazing stay here. Everything you could need was provided. Plenty of storage for myself. More than 2 people might be a little cramped but doable. If you are looking for luxury this is not it, however, for me it was extremely cozy and clean. Perfect location. Lock box was a little sticky. May want to switch to a pin pad door lock for ease of entry. Would definitely book again.

What a location!

We really enjoyed not only the beach access of course, but the small town feel Mission Beach provided. We were able to walk to local shops and necessities. The parking is very cramped so make sure to get a small car. The house is literally on the boardwalk which was fun to people watch right from the couch. Perfect place to stay in San Diego. The only negatives were the bed was terrible, which is typical for a rental. Also some check out rules, such as doing some maid work (starting laundry and dishwasher) and (really weird) return the TV to a specific channel or get a fine.

Too Small

Couldn’t ask for a better location. However the house is so small & the tiny one bedroom had a full size bed in it that was just the frame & mattress! No box spring. A dresser at the end of the bed that there was no way you could us it because you couldn’t even stand in front of it to open the drawers & then there is the huge tv mounted on the wall of this tiny bedroom I felt like I was laying on the floor almost trying to watch tv it felt like sitting in the front row of a movie theater.& the living room has a broke down sectional where two teenage boys had to sleep with a small TV That had something going wrong with it

Location, location, location. If you want to be on the beach this is it. Wife and I talked last night about how many people we saw on the boardwalk. All different kinds of people and the regulars like SLO-MO, Jay Ondo (boxing gloves guy). It was exactly what we needed. We walked to the grocery store which is about a mile away and restaurants that were close. Hosts were friendly and available. If we get back to this part of Mission Beach we will definitely stay here again. Thank you MBM

Location location

This little house was great to stay at. Location is key when staying in mission beach and you can’t beat being directly on the boardwalk with a nice patio area. Having a dedicated parking spot is key especially in mission and pacific beach for anybody that hasn’t been to the area parking is hard to come bye. Would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent setting for a couple

My wife and I have stayed in Mission Beach every summer for the past 14 years (except 2020, of course). Sometimes we bring several relatives, but this may be our new go-to property when it's only the two of us. We love being on the ocean front, sliding the curtains open to look out at the crashing waves, stepping right outside for a walk. We enjoy all the activity. This cottage is small and cozy and well maintained. The shower is excellent! Laundry room only steps away. The cable/Internet is very fast (though we lost signal momentarily a few times each evening). I would suggest that the property managers provide a better description of the parking situation. (You do not park in the garage/carport; instead you are in front of the Tow-Away sign and that is a very short space.) Management is very responsive. though once we got settled in and parked, we did not have any problems. Hope to be back next year!

This is an amazing little place perfectly located along the strand. Close enough to everything but far enough away to not hear much during the night. This place has everything you need…EVERYTHING! The bed could use an upgrade but I would absolutely stay here again…hopefully soon

Our home on the beach

We were there from 10/23-11/2 and could not have asked for a better place to spend our 1 year anniversary! This place had everything we needed and it was easy to feel at home in. Sitting on “our” bench to spend our afternoons was the best experience for us! We will definitely return to this wonderful spot.
