Listen to the ocean while you relax in our beautiful ocean view condo in San Diego’s world famous Pacific Beach. 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeps 6. 2 ocean view porches to enjoy: one off the living room, one off the master bedroom.

Private secure building with one garage parking spot (6 ft 6 in height clearance)... but you won’t even need a car. Everything you could want is all walking distance, one block to CVS and Ralph’s, and dozens of local bars/restaurants in the area. There is a large community sun deck with a jacuzzi. Easy access to the condo with an elevator from the lobby attached to the parking garage.

Cable HD TV in living room and HD TVs with Chromecast in both bedrooms. Romantic double shower in the master bathroom. Full kitchen with everything you need to feel like you are at home. We even provide beach towels/beach chairs/body boards for your beach enjoyment. We also have a locked gated area in front of the condo for bikes.

Please keep in mind this is a quiet residential building with full time residents, it is not a party complex. There are strict rules regarding noise and any violations could result in fines levied against the tenant, up to and including eviction.

Perfect location and darling decor. This condo was a perfect home base for a relaxing weekend with my BFF. Close to everything and even had a sun deck that allowed me to lounge close to the beach without having to be on the beach.

This condo had everything we could ask for and more! The amenities were amazing, beds were comfortable, host was super attentive, and you can't beat the location! Definitely recommend if Pacific Beach is your destination!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Overall, the condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were tons of beach toys to use. Being 3 women and a 4yr old, we were happy to have the gate that locked on the patio, even though Pacific Beach is pretty safe. It just added an extra feeling of security. There was a glitch checking in, but we contacted the manager and he was able to help. The TVs were also a bit complicated to manage. We ended up texting the hosts for help with the one in the living room and they walked us through the procedures and apologized for the difficulty. I would recommend this condo if you are traveling to San Diego. It’s close to attractions and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Great beachfront condo (although with a very limited view unless you go down a floor to the common deck area) well supplied and equipped. Great location with all you need in walking distance. Garage parking was a nice perk. Good directions and self checkin.

Such a great spot for our get away. Close to so many shops and restaurants. The cozy and clean living area and well stocked kitchen made our stay feel like a home away from home. Host was easy to communicate with and they went out of the way to make sure we had all the amenities available that we needed!

With this location it would be hard to think you could avoid some noise as others have mentioned. We liked having the sheltered garage for parking. There were an adequate number of restaurants nearby as well as coffee shops within walking distance. Just opening the sliding glass window or doors a tad you can hear the ocean waves. Overall, we were satisfied with what we experienced.

Our family of 4 just finished our stay at this perfect Pacific Beach condo. This was a wonderful location for our spring break vacation. The condo is in a great location on PB. The unit itself is so comfortable. Having underground parking on site was fantastic. The beach access was excellent. This condo had everything you needed...from kitchen accessories to cook, beach toys and chairs, games, and other little touches that made this a place I will look forward to returning to in the future.Communication with Justin was excellent.There are several coffee and food options in walking distance. We enjoyed amazing sunsets every night of our stay, while listening to the waves while enjoying coffee each morning. We were all sad to leave this gem of a condo.Until next time.....

Awesome Vacation!

We had a great stay at Justin's Pacific Beach condo. No complaints! Excellent location and the condo had EVERYTHING you could possibly ask for in a vacation property.

I am a flight attendant who loves to travel around the world. Originally from Phoenix, I moved to Seattle in 2007 when I met my husband, Barett. After years of coming to San Diego multiple times a year, we bought our beach condo in 2020.

I have been coming to San Diego every year since I was born. My parents used to rent this condo from the original owner. When he decided to sell, he offered it to our family, and Barett and I couldn’t pass up the offer. We are excited to share our beautiful home on the beach with you.

Listening to the ocean while you sleep coupled with walkability that means you won’t need a car and space to bring the whole family.
