Cosy holiday cottage with a homely feel and beautifully decorated. Boasting a private hot tub, sauna and steam room for guests to enjoy use of!

Located in the rural village of Ingham in Norfolk with several beautiful beaches nearby, within a 10 minutes drive. Perfect accommodation to explore stunning beaches in Norfolk and enjoy a peaceful countryside retreat.

2 bed cottage, sleeps 6, with double glazing, central heating, free unlimited WiFi, private hot tub, sauna, steam room and enclosed garden. Pearl rated.

Entry into hallway with doors leading to kitchen, lounge and bathroom.

Kitchen area with integrated oven, separate electric hobs, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and washer/dryer machine.

Cosy lounge with free standing furniture, TV with firestick, double sofa bed and electric log burner style fire. Dining area with table and chairs, seating up to four guests.

Lovely location near lots of dog friendly beaches and some great restaurants. The hot tub was lovely. The mattress on the main double bed really needs replacing. We thankfully brought a mattress topper with us which helped but we would have struggled without it. But otherwise a lovely little place and we had a lovely time exploring the local area.

Lovely cottage struggled with sleep as matress not very good can feel coils. And no garden light which was difficult with dogs in the night. Apart from that it was a lovely cottage and we ahd a very nice stay.

Great relaxing stay, has all you need

Lovely stay, we all came back very chilled. Hot tub area is fabulous and everything is very clean and catered for. January stay so got to see the seals at Winterton. Definitely recommend for a stay, area is sooòo quiet.

Had a great stay with friends and my 2 dogs. Secure garden with a fantastic hot tub and sauna (steam room coming soon too!) Great base for exploring the coastal walks. Will book again

When we arrived it was really a home from home, lovely little cottage, set in peaceful and quiet village, there was everything we needed and hot tub bonus!, Norwich not far away for a bit of retail therapy, and a visit to the beach, couldn't recommend highly enough

Lovely cottage in a small village. Felt very homely. Nearest beach is about 10 min drive. Hot Tub and Sauna, very well maintained and clean. Would stay here again.

Good hot tub & sauna room. The children's playground in garden was ideal for our 5 year old granddaughter. Hob needed a good clean before use, not helped by dripping grease from the overhead extractor hood (needs a good degreasing and new filter).Small bedroom is not really big enough for two single beds as no room to walk in between them. Mattresses to all beds very soft, probably past their best.

Superb cottage in an ideal location

Me and my husband spent 3 nights in November at this cottage and wished we booked for longer. The cottage was clean and comfortable in a great area. Kitchen fully equipt, cosy front room and the hot tub and sauna were fantastic to relax in after spending all day walking. Highly recommend, we will be back! Also recommend a visit to Horsey Gap, seals with pups lay on the beach !!

Beautiful cottage

Such a lovely cottage with everything you need for a break away. The board games came in handy when the weather wasn’t so good and we all enjoyed the hot tub! Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely pet friendly cottage

Lovely cottage, only the two of us plus small dog stayed, everything we needed. Clean and modern, shower great and comfy bed. Lovely garden, really nice to come back to and enjoy the evening sun..the hot tub and sauna were fab..very relaxing, shame the bifolds weren’t able to be fully pulled back. Would definitely recommend as not far from some lovely quiet beaches and easy to get to Cromer, Sheringham and Great Yarmouth too.

Lovely quiet property

The house was very cosy and welcoming and quiet despite being right on the road. The garden is a nice size and perfect for some night-time star-gazing. The sauna and steam rooms were well used during our stay - the only negative we experienced was the water in the hot-tub smelling fairly revolting, thankfully we had gorgeous weather so could keep the outside door open for fresh air. All in all a very relaxing stay in a lovely area.

Cozy little cottage

Overall the cottage was lovely and cozy , all the amenities you could possibly want . The twin bedroom and bathroom was a little on the small side for a family of 4 adults and a child like we were . The addition of the hot tub and sauna was an added bonus . And the little one loved the mud kitchen and play area. We had a lovely stay at Autumn Cottage 😊

Lovely cottage a walk away from the coast with local charm

Lovely little cottage with a great outdoor space for sitting and enjoying the short English spring/summer. Very cool spa facilities as well gives the extra touch. Basic bits given for a pleasant stay. Very clean and easy to find. A watch out for any of my fellow people over 6ft, the ceilings are low downstairs. Always duck!Would definitely come back here!

Cosy and relaxing cottage

We loved the location close to the sea. It's a cosy little cottage, well decorated and warm with compact rooms and low ceilings. Too cold to be outside (in March) but we noted the garden was set up nicely for younger children and outdoor living in season. We mostly ate out but the kitchen was fully equipped. Rooms were spotless and the clincher for us was the hot tub and sauna, relaxation and luxury you'd expect in a larger place. Ideal for a couple/family with 1-2 young kids.

The cottage was fantastic Myself my sister and our two children stayed Mon to Fri.It had everything we needed and more we actually met the host on arrival she was so lovely and very accommodating.Kitchen fully equipped and all plastic cups which we loved with kids .WiFi fab . Plenty of room for one car .easy to find .Hot tub fab . We didn't use sauna or steam due to weather being sooo hot. But both looked fab .Play area was fantastic for our children.Beach 10 min drive . We will be coming back to stay at this beautiful little cottage

Lovely homely cottage

We had a lovely stay at this cottage, however I probably wouldn't stay again. It is dog friendly but as we don't have dogs we noticed a lot of dog hair and with 2 young children who are sticky with sun cream, it's not the best combination. I would also be aware that in the heat of summer, the hot tub becomes too hot to use. We weren't able to use it for a couple of days so it would have been nice to be made aware.

As the cottage is dog-friendly, we completely understand that guests without pets might be more sensitive to things like pet hair, especially with little ones around. We’ve passed your comments on to the owner and their cleaning team to make sure it’s something they keep a closer eye on going forward. Also, really appreciate the heads-up about the hot tub. In the summer heat, it can definitely get a bit too warm, so we’ll speak to the owner about adding a note in the listing or welcome info to help future guests manage that better. Schöner Herbsturlaub

Ein wunderbares Cottage in hervorragender Lage. Wir hatten eine sehr gut Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung und mit dem HouseKeeping. Die Einrichtung ließ nur wenige Wünsche offen, z.B. eine andere Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer und eine Kaffeemaschine wären gute nächste Investitionen. Sehr gelungen sind der Spa-Bereich und der Spielplatz für die Kids. Für uns ist das Cottage tatsächlich eine Möglichkeit für ein verlängertes Wochenende
