1.5 km away you find a small village (Malveira da Serra) with Supermarkets and Restaurants and 5 km away from the beach, Praia do Guincho.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed over 2 levels. On the ground level, you find 3 bedrooms (3 double beds). On each side of the corridor you have one bathroom (1 with a bathtub, the other with a shower). From this corridor you also access the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. After the corridor you find a guest WC.
