Sandra et Eduardo vous attendent avec des saveurs portugaises Ă  dĂ©guster, une dĂ©licieuse Sangria au champagne aux fruits rouges pour fĂȘter vos vacances. Bienvenue! Soyez notre invitĂ©!
Cette belle maison, construite dans les annĂ©es 1930, a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e en 2016. C'est une maison design avec un nouvel intĂ©rieur, mais avec tout le charme d'une maison portugaise traditionnelle. Chaque dĂ©tail a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©alisĂ© avec LOVE. Il est situĂ© dans la pinĂšde de BanzĂŁo-Colares (Sintra), dans un quartier trĂšs privĂ© et sĂ»r, entourĂ© par la beautĂ© de la forĂȘt de Sintra. De magnifiques plages et de nombreux sites historiques sont trĂšs proches. Vous pouvez marcher ou faire du vĂ©lo sur la plage.
Cette maison de deux étages peut accueillir 11 personnes avec tout le confort. Le premier étage comprend deux chambres et deux salles de bains. Le deuxiÚme étage dispose de trois autres chambres et de deux salles de bains. Trois lits bébé ou lits bébé sont disponibles sur demande. Il y a deux salons (dont un avec smart tv), une salle à manger et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée.
Les portes sont ouvertes sur le salon, avec salon de jardin, table et chaises de jardin en plein air, une cuisine prĂšs du barbecue, entourant une belle piscine (8 X 4 Mts) AVEC PROTECTION CLOTURE, avec 8 transats + 4 chaises de jardin avec serviettes.
Piscine chauffée sur demande (Chauffage de la piscine: supplément de 25 EUR par jour). Le chauffage de la piscine dépend des conditions météorologiques - généralement possible d'avril à octobre.
Nous avons un service de location de vélos supplémentaire. C'est super d'aller à la plage et aux restaurants à vélo.
Pour les enfants, mais aussi pour les adultes, nous avons une salle de jeux séparée prÚs du jardin avec ping-pong et badminton. Nous avons une aire de jeux pour enfants dans le jardin de 16 m2 et une maison en bois que les enfants vont adorer!
Imaginez-vous assis au bord de la piscine, prendre votre petit-déjeuner et planifier une journée passionnante pour explorer Sintra, les villes voisines et les villages historiques.
Notre intention est de fournir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour découvrir le meilleur du Portugal!
Pour des périodes de plus de 6 jours, notre femme de ménage nettoie la maison et fournit des serviettes propres au milieu de votre séjour.
Service de taxi disponible: de 1 Ă  4 personnes 50 € au total. De 5 Ă  8 personnes 80 € au total (de l'aĂ©roport au Barca Charmhouse et vice versa).

This was so much fun staying here, we really enjoyed it!Sandra was extremely responsive and helped us a lot with planning transport ahead of the trip. She also prepared some amazing food for our arrival as well as arranging a meal one of the evenings at our request. We were three families travelling with four young children and the house was set up perfectly for our needs with plenty of ways to keep the children entertained. The only reason for the lower vote was that we found some of the local restaurants weren’t very welcoming to young families - for a group of adults I think it would be a good area to stay in.

The photos do not do the property justice - particularly the outdoor areas. It is so beautiful. Sandra is a very accommodating host, allowing us to check in early due to our flight arrival time and was there to greet us when we did arrive. Sandra was very easy to stay in touch with and answered all my questions very promptly. We cannot thank Sandra enough for the wonderful stay we had in a Barca charm house and would not hesitate to recommend anyone stay here!

Brilliant!

Superb hosts, very friendly and helpful. always on hand to offer tips about the area or house. The villa is in an excellent location, close to beaches, lovely towns like Sintra very close and Lisbon is even close enough for visits . Colares was perfect for our family as it had everything with needed. The house was well equipped, the WiFi was good. We loved the pool and bbq area. Would defo stay again.

All the reviews were true! Sandra and Eduardo own a perfect place for a group vacation. Their hospitality is first class and they are very concerned about their guest’s well being. The pool and outside dining area were wonderful. The location is very convenient for a wide range of activities. I based my choice of this house on reviews and we were not disappointed. It was a wonderful location and we had a great trip, especially with such wonderful and responsive hosts. The only issue we had was plumbing/ventilation of the three bedrooms downstairs could have been improved because of all the rain.

Perfect family vacation stay

A Barca charm house was the perfect place for our entire family to enjoy a week in beautiful Portugal. Sandra and Eduardo are the most charming hosts and so helpful. The house was supplied with everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. There are bikes, games, toys and an awesome heated swimming pool. So close to all the major sites and beaches. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

As good as it looks!

The house if just as friendly and fun as it appears in the photos. The air here is filled with birdsong and the property provides more facilities than we could ever use. The hosts welcomed us warmly and seemed available for anything we may need. This place is a great find.

Barca Charm House in Colares

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The owners were so helpful as soon as we booked it. Sent us many ideas for things to do while we were in Portugal and greeted us with a delicious pitcher of Sangria and some local treats. This was our first experience with Vrbo and we were very happy!

A wonderful family gathering.

We chose the Barca Charm House for its location, family friendliness and wonderful reviews. Each review referred to the hospitality of our hosts and I have to agree with previous reviewers, Sandra and Eduardo were exceptional. The house is comfortable and fully equipped. There was everything you could possibly need and so much more. The only item we were unable to bring with us was a potty for our 2 year old. Sandra was immediately on the case and brought a brand new potty round which was so helpful! There is so much to see and do in the area that a week just wasn’t long enough. We left with heavy hearts. Our family are spread out over the world and time spent together is very precious. We made many happy memories in the Charm house. Thank you Sandra and Eduardo. Wishing you both health and happiness.

The best hosts ever! 5 stars!

The hosts were absolutely incredible from the moment we booked till the moment we left - they went above and beyond! Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel so at home and comfortable. The house was fantastic and so easy to get everywhere by bus or walking. Beach and playgrounds! The kids loved playing in the pool and the sandpit and the little houses. Perfect house for our family

We had an amazing stay (7 adults and 4 kids), Sandra and Eduardo were such thoughtful hosts, and my only regret was not staying longer! The house is well equipped and roomy for large families with young kids, and there are so many things to do nearby. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and so responsive when we needed advice about excursions, etc. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

Sandra and Eduardo were lovely hosts and greeted us with a drink and a tasty selection of food. They were friendly and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The house was fantastic and clean and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. We chose to pay a bit extra to heat the pool which was at a perfect temperature. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying in their charming house and would definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful house with amazing hosts

We loved our stay here. They had thought of everything and we felt so comfortable and welcome. When we arrived our hosts made us some delicious Portuguese food and drink which made the start of our holiday even more special. The pool and outside dining area were the highlights for us, we spent many happy hours here. The location is perfect for visiting local beaches and exploring nearby historic places of interest. We had one car but found walking to the beaches and nearby supermarket very easy. We will be back. Highly recommended.

Summer Family Gathering

The Barca Charm House was the perfect home for our family vacation. We had two four year old and one six grandchildren and our grown children and spouses. The house easily accomadated usThe house was so well equipped with all kitchen supplies , toys for kids and adults and lots of towels for bathroom s and swimming. The best were the wonderful owners, Sandra and Eduardo. They were always available for any of our needs and were so warm and friendly ‘absolutely rent their home again.

The perfect place to stay! Highly Recommend

We had 9 adults, children aged 7, 6,2 and newborn. The Barca Charm house was perfect for all ages! We loved the outdoor kitchen and the pool. Wonderful communication. Sandra and Eduardo had excellent communication and recommendations for our group. Their welcome Portuguese starters and Sangria were delicious as well as the meal they prepared for us. It’s an excellent location with bus stop right outside to Sintra or the beach. Ubers were cheap and came quickly too. Easy walk to Colares for groceries and brewery. Wonderful memories of the Barca Charm House

Our family of 9 spent 2 wonderful weeks at the beautiful vacation home of Sandra and Eduardo in Colares. Everything was perfect - from the beautiful interior, the pool, the garage with the pool table and dart board and the bicycles available to us. Sandra and Eduardo were always available to answer our many questions, make suggestions and prepared delicious paella for us twice. We went home with so many great memories and will always remember our stay. A big 'obrigado' to our kind and lovely hosts.

Perfect Family Holiday

I booked this villa for my wife’s surprise 60th, she wasn’t aware the rest of the family was there the day before. we are a 3 generation big family ranging from 9 months to 60 and based on the fact it had five bedrooms and 4 separate bathrooms it was perfect, when we arrived it stood up to our expectations plus more, it’s a perfect villa for big families, the pool, garden, the BBQ and outside kitchen all made it a holiday not to be forgotten. It’s central to all your needs, a day trip to Sintra, Lisbon, the local beach’s , shops and restaurants, I would recommend the fish restaurant called Bar Do Fundo at the end of the beach road of Praia Grande and watch the sun set, if you want simple food and some great beers then head off to the beach village and try AMA stone bake Pizzas A massive thank you to Sandra & Eduardo for your hospitality and arranging a traditional Portuguese birthday meal for us , the paella was out of this world😘

An amazing family holiday!

After having spent nearly two years apart, we had the most wonderful time at Barca Charm House. The house is beautiful and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property. The children especially loved the outside play areas, the adults loved the most incredibly well equipped outdoor kitchen and we all loved the pool. The location is outstanding and we really enjoyed being able to visit Sintra, Cascais, Ericeira as well as the spectacular Praia Grande. Amenities are excellent and the local restaurants are superb. Eduardo and Sandra were incredible hosts and we were taken back by the feast they prepared on our arrival. Thanks so much for the most wonderful family holiday - we will treasure those memories forever.

Beautiful house, fantastic outdoor space

Plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Honestly, other than sleeping we were rarely inside the house because the outside space is so wonderful, with beautiful plantings and landscaping. The outdoor kitchen and dining area has everything you need, even a dishwasher. The kids loved the pool, table tennis, and badminton. Sandra and Eduardo are as kind and helpful as everyone has said, and we enjoyed two of their home-cooked meals and recommend them. It's an easy walk from the house to get groceries, pastries, beer, wine, etc.
