Notre combinaison salon / salle à manger comprend un centre de divertissement avec une grande télévision connectée, un canapé en cuir, des chaises Lazyboy et plus encore. La salle à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes.

La cuisine comprend de beaux comptoirs, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers, des armoires personnalisées, une barre de petit-déjeuner, une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, une élimination, une laveuse / sécheuse, du linge de maison complet, etc. Nous avons ajouté de nombreuses touches et articles personnels. Tous vos besoins ont été anticipés.

L'unité a une chambre principale joliment décorée avec un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat, un grand dressing éclairé et une grande salle de bain principale. La deuxième chambre dispose de 2 lits queen-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une salle de bain complète.

This condo and the owners are absolutely amazing!!!! Due to the hurricane we had to move our stay around and the owners where so kind and helpful!!! The condo itself is perfect. Everything you could need was here. The beds are super comfortable. We loved that the beach service was included. We will definitely be back.

Once again, David and Peggy's place did not disappoint! This is our 2nd time renting from them and will definitely be back. Condo is spacious, immaculate, well appointed and just as described, beds are very comfy! Expansive view of the pool and beach are 2nd to none!! In addition, David and Peggy are super responsive and great communicators. I can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend.

This condo in Miramar Beach was the perfect place for our family vacation, especially for grandparents and grandchildren. The second-floor location offered beautiful views overlooking the beach, and being a corner unit gave us even more privacy along with stunning front-facing views of the water.The layout was comfortable and convenient, making it easy for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. Waking up to the ocean view each morning was a highlight, and the location made it simple to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, scenic getaway in Miramar Beach.

This condo was wonderful! Everything was clean and spacious! We had a beautiful view out the balcony. The pictures do not do this property justice! We had a little trouble learning the “lay of the land” navigating the resort. Once we figured it out we were set! Our only complaint was at night the pool area and restaurant were a bit noisy. We stayed during a very busy season and came from a different time zone so we went to bed early. Beds were very comfortable!

Very beautiful condo. We loved the layout. We had 2 adults and 4 teens. Plenty of room for everyone. It was much bigger than expected with plenty of seating for everyone. Decorated beautifully. We arrived much later than planned so we weren't able to check in at arrival but just did that the next morning with no issues. The host was quick to reply when I was unsure of how to get in the building at first(we were trying to get in a side door that stayed locked without a code) the lobby/beach access code were different than the condo door code so it was my confusion that led to the issue getting in at first. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

Immaculate condo. Very spacious and comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows through the whole living room with clear views of the white sand beach. Slept like a baby. Couldn’t have chosen a better place!

Beach views are great! Overlooks the outdoor restaurant too. Beautiful at night with the outdoor lights and lanterns. Great food 1 flight down. Beach bar right across the street, connected by a walkover. Very safe here! We keep coming back to 201.

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years and Surfside has always been our favorite place to stay. It is only a few steps from the beach, close to shopping, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and activities. The resort has always been kept in pristine condition and is a family friendly vacation destination.

Our condo is a warm, inviting beach resort. The condo has a spacious living area for guests to gather watch TV, play games, and just spend time together. The building has interior, air conditioned hallways, a wonderful restaurant, on-site spa, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, large pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and covered parking. Surfside is so conveniently located to all the activities that Destin has to offer, even offering a private beach just steps outside the door.
