Ce condo a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse, 3 télévisions, DVD, WI-FI, entrée sans clé et un trÚs grand balcon. Cette unité peut accueillir 6 personnes avec un roi dans le maßtre, 2 jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Edgewater est sécurisé avec parking couvert et idéalement situé à proximité de tous vos besoins commerciaux. Host was very accommodating-good with response time.We were disappointed that the pool that was supposed to be heated was not and was told that it wouldn’t be until November when it was very clear that the weather wasn’t going to get better before then. Therefore we were able to enjoy the pool only the day before we left for our home. The location of the condo is excellent but could use some updating and need to replace a few basic things. Overall a decent stay but not great!

Great pool, 4'-6' deep. Great chair service at the beach. Unit decor was not typical beach look, but not really an issue. The food at the shack was great, he should stay open longer than about 11-2. Unit linens could be upgraded, fitted sheet would come with you when you roll over. Staff keep kids out of the hot tub, but overall don't interact much.

Smooth check in process with detailed notes to understand how to get into the property, and the room. Smooth stay. Pretty properly. But even as a tech person, I had trouble getting the televisions to work and did not get any response from the property manager.

Great Condo for a Girls Getaway!

My friends and I had a great time and loved this spacious condo. It was perfect for the four of us. Very clean. The only issue I had was not receiving a door code, but the owner messaged me back right away and got the code to me asap. Great views from the huge balcony. I think I enjoyed the balcony the most, lol! Hope to be back again.

Our stay was too short!!!

First time in Miramar Beach and this property. Access info was sent ahead of time, check in process was easy. Basic toiletries provided, well stocked property. Great water pressure and comfortable master bed. Unfortunately, we had quite a bit of rain but we were still able to enjoy the pool (temp was just right) and the beach. Covered patio was awesome and roomy and loved the underground parking. Super convenient to restaurants and grocery store and not super touristy like Destin ! would absolutely stay here again !

Family Vacation

We had such a great time at the beach in this condo! The whole building has been updated in the last few years... Including the elevator issues mentioned in other posts. This condo is perfectly located close to the beach and only a few steps from the elevator to the pool or the stairs to the beach. The owners were great at communicating during our stay and truly care for you to have a wonderful visit while there.

Another great stay here!

We came back for the 5th time and had another great stay. Tracy and Larry are always very responsive in case we have any issues. Would recommend it 100%! The location, the condo amenities and the layout of the unit is perfect for my family (2 adults, 3 kids).

Perfect location!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The location couldn't be better for beach access and the beach itself was clean and beautiful. I would 100% stay in this condo again. Bring your own beach towels.

Perfect Family Spring Break!

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay the beach side paradise! The Edgewater Resort is really nice... Great pools and beach access. The condo was very clean and the hosts made everything extremely easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This unit in Edgewater is large, very clean and convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to each question. I will be adding this unit to my short list for future stays in Miramar Beach!

The condo location and view of the ocean were excellent! It’s a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Annual Trip

The location and condo are really nice! The master bed was so comfy! The air was set to a good temp so from the moment we walked in it was a relief from the muggy Florida weather. Loved having access to the beach chairs and umbrella. The gate key and pool key are in a drawer in the kitchen. We missed that and had to deal with security when we went in and out but that was our own fault. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
