Avec de grands jardins et une piscine privée Cette villa est idéale pour les adultes et les enfants. L'extérieur de cette magnifique villa dispose de grandes pelouses avec des parterres de fleurs et de palmiers, d'une piscine privée et un barbecue intégré. Ceci est couronné par des vues sur la mer et une zone de soleil prélasser isolée et est seulement une courte promenade de magnifiques plages. Il ya de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité et Albufeira est avec la vie nocturne animée et le centre animé de la vieille ville est à moins de 10 minutes trajet en voiture.

Great villa

The villa is great, it has evertrhing that you need for a good vacation! Villa is very spacious and the pool is perfect. Also the location is wonderful with restaurants and beaches near by.

The villa was perfect for our family of 6. The house was well stocked and in good condition. The children loved the pool and the views from the roof terrace were amazing. There were restaurants and beaches within a 10 minute walk. I would definitely return.

Wow, what a fantastic villa. Wonderful peaceful location with beautiful views over rooftops to sea. Villa was exceptional well equipped, had lovely garden and pool. Found plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and two small coves with beaches a short stroll away. Our family consisted of three generations including two children aged 6 and nine and we all had a fabulous time. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous

From the booking process, comms with owners to the support given by the property manager Tracey, everything was just spot on. The property itself is very spacious, immaculately clean and very well appointed. As 6 adults and a baby there was plenty of room for everyone, both around the pool and in the very welcome shaded areas. We wouldn't hesitate to use this place again.

Beautiful

Fabulous villa, much bigger than it looks in photos. Very clean and an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Gardens are large and beautifully landscaped. Will definitely visit again.

Our family of 6 vacation

We visited Portugal for the first time with our 4 young adult children and the villa was absolutely perfect! Victoria and Tony have a beautiful home and the property manager Tracey was unbelievable! We were taken care of from start to finish. Even when we lost power across Europe Tracey was there to help. The location is wonderful with shops and restaurants near by. I would highly recommend this villa!!

This villa has everything! It's spacious, has a big secluded garden with a nice pool. The view over the ocean is great and it is quiet sorroundings. It's only 400m to the beach!

Loved staying at Casa Sobre o Mar!!

The house is in a beautiful quiet location with sea view and easily accessible to supermarkets etc. The house is extremely well equipped with anything you might need and more. The house manager was extremely responsive to any question (like where to find recycling). Absolutely lovely stay at Casa Sobre o Mar! Would stay there again if traveling to Albufeira!

Lovely property, perfect for families travelling together as there is plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful property, spacious bedrooms, living area and kitchen. Outdoor area perfect for entertaining. Gorgeous beach and beach bar 5 minute walk and a short taxi ride into the old town. The marina is within walking distance, 20 minute walk so all in all perfect location. Lovely owners and property manager to deal with and any requests we had, were not a problem. Villa and garden cleaned twice while we were there and a change of sheets. It was a perfect stay and I would definitely return.

Beautiful view/location

Check-in & out was very easy, Tracey is great. The villa is located in a quiet location, with beautiful sea views. Most of our time at the villa was spent outside by the pool, Very relaxing. Walking distance to Arrifes beach & a quick drive to Sao Rafael beach. The Marina & old town are also a short drive away. If you don’t want to drive to old town you can hop on the train at the marina and it will take you there. An all day pass for the train is very affordable. We had a wonderful stay, love the location. Would definitely book again!

Simply fantastic!

We had an amazing stay at the villa, we really couldn’t fault it at all and definitely didn't want to leave! The house is in a perfect position just up from the beach, with plenty of restaurants close by (A Sardinha, Luna Diamante and O Marinheiro being some of our favourite local ones). The house has everything you need, plenty of space, perfect pool, and very good air-con. What also made it special were how friendly and helpful both the owner, Victoria, and the property manager, Tracey were. We’ve rented plenty of villas across Europe and this was by far the best managed.

The most fabulous villa, much bigger than expected brilliantly equipped even to sewing items,!

A fabulous, impressive villa, in beautiful gardens, stunning sea views, 10 mins walk to spectacular beaches, wonderful restaurants on the beaches. Our group of 8 were comfortable in lovely bedrooms, with lots of space to disappear if you needed to. Perfection, Thankyou Tracey for your very rapid responses to any query’s. We used Ubers to get around so easy and very quick to arrive. A wonderful holiday.

Outstanding villa

This has to be the best villa we have ever booked, amazing sea views, immaculately presented and so well equipped. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful, huge range of comfy outdoor furniture to suit everyone’s needs. The photos really don’t do the villa justice, the location is great. Several good restaurants in walking distance, Ubers are plentiful and very reasonable if you want another option. Communication with both Tony and Victoria (owners) and Tracey the villa manager was excellent, nothing is to much trouble and Tracey was so knowledgable about the local area. Highly recommend this beautiful villa. Thank you for accommodating us at such short notice!

Beautiful villa and lovely peaceful location

We stayed at the villa for the last week of the school holidays. We were a party of 5 and a 10 month old baby. From the outset the owner Victoria was very helpful and replied quickly to all our varied questions. We arranged the taxi via the villa manager Tracy. Nuno was there to pick us up and was really nice and his English was good. We used the company through our stay. Tracy was also really helpful with internet issues which she sorted out and when we locked ourselves out one evening! The villa is very spacious, has great sea views and provides a lovely relaxing holiday. The pool is certainly not small and provided enough 'entertainment' for us all with baby and our 10 year old grand daugther. The small beach is a few minutes walk and has a nice restaurant. For a night out it is a 5 minute taxi ride to Alberfera or an hour stroll ( with no push chair!). A great experience because of the vila's facilities, location and helfulness of all involved. If we return to that part of Porfugal we would certainly stay at the villa again.

A haven of relaxation home from home.

Prior to our arrival the communication we received from the owners gave us all the relevant access details for the villa. The property manager Tracey also text to ask if we needed any shopping due to our late arrival, which was very kindly bought for us for our arrival. The villa was beautiful and very well equipped, with lovely gardens & sea views. We had a baby with us and a cot & high chair were also supplied. The pool was great for a quick dip to cool down which was very refreshing for us, maybe we should have paid for the pool heating for the baby but we had a little inflatable paddling pool, one that had been left but also we took one which was perfect. The master bedroom upstairs had its own balcony with sea views & a seating area which is great to relax away from the rest of the group or have drinks early evening & watch the sun set. Although there are restaurants and supermarkets in the near vicinity we had a car, which was easier with the baby to go further afield, especially as it was very hot when we were there and some steep roads. Lidal was a short drive and cheaper than the nearest supermarket. Just be aware that the driveway is quite steep & we scraped the bottom of the car when driving in a couple of times, so we tended to park on the road afterwards. I think it would probably be fine if you had an SUV. Tracey was very quick to respond if we had any questions and very helpful. We would definitely stay again when we next visit Portugal. Superbe maison et emplacement

La maison est fantastique et très confortable ,tous les équipements séjour, cuisine … sont top les 4 chambres spacieuses dont 2 en suite superbes. Le terrain est spacieux agréable et la maison se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la plage des arrifes et st Rafael.Tracey qui gère la maison sur place est très agréable ,disponible et très réactive.Seul petit point qui m’a dérangé est que les volets laissent passer trop de lumière mais cette maison est fantastique.

La villa dans Son ensemble est exceptionnelle .. à l intérieur le luxe et le confort se marient à l extérieur qui est d une incroyable beauté L intérieur ne manque de rien (même les serviettes de plage vous sont fournies ) et le jardin ,avec sa piscine , plein de belles fleurs vous enchantent en ayant la plus belle vue du quartier qui est la vue sur mer ❤️ Les propriétaires très gentils ainsi que la dame qui s occupent sur place des occupants ne font qu ajouter notre enchantement pour cette location . Nous partons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et des odeurs de ce jardin ... merci pour tout et pour vos attentions avec les bouteilles lors de notre arrivée Nous reviendrons ...

Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner, als es auf den Bildern ist. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt Die Villamanagerin Tracey war für Fragen immer erreichbar und hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert! Wir haben bewusst ganze Tage im Haus, im Garten und auf der tollen Terrasse verbracht, um es einfach nur zu genießen. Es ist kein Schnäppchen, aber jeden Euro wert! Man ist schnell zu Fuß unten am Strand und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto leicht in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. In den 2 Wochen wurde das Haus 3 mal gereinigt, die Handtücher gewechselt und einmal sogar die Betten neu bezogen. Die Gärtner waren da und der Pool wurde gereinigt- das hätten wir nicht erwartet! Wir würden immer wieder kommen !

Perfect first time stay in Portugal.

Impressive Villa set in lovely gardens with impressive views. Clean and well equipped . Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Property owners and villa manager were both extremely helpful both when booking the property and during our stay.
