Villa de charme avec piscine privée surplombant la mer et sur la plage

Maison située dans un endroit calme avec piscine privée (11x4,5m) avec vue sur la mer, à 300 m de la plage et à 5 km d'Albufeira. Maison avec beaucoup de lumière sous la forme de «L» dans la chambre et la cuisine, avec des façades entièrement vitrée, avoir une relation forte avec l'extérieur, autour de la piscine et le jardin plein sud, qui se prolongent pendant une très belle véranda . Reliant la zone de la salle de séjour et salle à manger cuisine, il y a un petit patio où il comprend un barbecue pour manger en plein air. Bien que cette construction du corps pour un demi sous-sol qui comprend un garage pour deux voitures et une salle de jeux où il est disponible une table de ping-pong. L'autre corps de bâtiment sont les chambres, deux à chaque étage. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec un dressing. Les chambres, toutes avec salle de bains privative, sont orientées Est. L'accès aux chambres est dominée par une large gamme, tournée vers l'extérieur entièrement vitré.


La maison dispose également d'une terrasse au 1er étage en partie couverte exposée Sud et de l'Ouest, et un autre face au sud découvert qui a la fonction de point de vue.

Amazing stay ! Lovely Villa

We’ve just come back from a 2 week stay and it was a lovely holiday ! The owners of the Villa were great, made us feel very welcome. Great location, 5 mins walk to the beach and you can then walk down the coast to all the other beaches. Great restaurants, can be popular so good idea to book. We will be back !!

Amazing villa to stay in a lovely area

The villa was extremely comfortable and spacious. It had everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, The pool was a good size and there were lots of outside sitting areas. There were several good restaurants in walking distance. There were many nice beaches nearby and good walking along the coast in both directions. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Great Location

The house was perfect. The pool was great, the way the house opened up was fantastic. The location was also great. Away from the main area enough but close enough to get down there. Ubers were easy as well.

A great spot for a family vacation

Spent a week with friends at this lovely home . Hostess was very responsive. Home was spacious and clean. Location was good for doing day trips and walks to beach. Master bedroom mattress could use an update for comfort but other than that a great place and we would return .

Galé villa

Beautiful property throughout with a superb pool area. Extremely clean everywhere with plenty of kitchen equipment & crockery, etc. Could benefit from new towels & definitely needs new shower head attachments in all four bathrooms. Apart from these two issues, we had a fantastic holiday in this spacious & very well appointed property. A highly recommended place in which to have a truly memorable experience.

Absolutely amazing!!

My family and I stayed in the villa for a week and it was perfect. On arrival the owners greeted us and showed us the place. Both very friendly and approachable. The place was very nice, clean and spacious. We didn’t have a problem accommodating 7 people. Rooms were big and with a lot of storage. Each room had its own on suite which was handy with this many people. The area in itself is beautiful! It’s really quiet and peaceful around this time with local beaches just at your doorstep. The owners were really quick to respond to any queries we had which was lovely. The pool was cleaned twice throughout the week also. If we ever return, we would definitely be rebooking this place and we would highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et très agréable, a deux pas de très jolies plages. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très chaleureux et accueillants. Un petit souci de plomberie constaté à notre arrivée à été réglé dans les deux heures! Bravo! Très agreable,propre, quartier calme

Villa très agréable et spacieuse Les chambres sont grandes avec beaucoup de rangement, chacune a sa propre SDB. Pièce de vie immense avec télévision et satellite permettant d'avoir quelques chaînes en français. Grande piscine propre entretenue par un jardinier 2x la semaine. La plage la plus proche est à 5mn a pied, une plus agréable pour les enfants est à 10mn a pied. Un supermarché avec large choix et très propre a 15mn a pied. Le propriétaire parle un peu le français, très gentil, de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un séjour à 3 couples et 2 enfants, nous recommandons sans hésiter cette villa.

Excellent séjour dans une maison magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa L Tout y est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien, les espaces très bien répartis,des chambres très spacieuses avec salle de bain pour chacune d'entre elles. l'espace piscine est au top . La plage est a 5 min à pied tout au plus . Un grand merci à maria et Fernando pour leur accueil et de nous avoir ouvert la porte avec le sourire , même très tard le soir ( en raison d'un retard d'avion ) Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La maison est super! Elle est bien située par rapport aux plages, pas loin d'Albufeira. Les locataires Jose et Pilar étaient disponibles en cas de besoin. Ils nous ont super bien accueilli ! Peut-être prévoir des essuies de piscine? Sinon, tout était parfait!

La casa es muy cómoda, bonita, espaciosa, y cuidada, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Todos los dormitorios con persianas automáticas y aire acondicionado para los días más calurosos. La zona de barbacoa muy cómoda. Pilar estuvo atenta toda nuestra estancia por si necesitábamos algo.

Overall this villa is lovely. Big. Clean. Amazing pool. We had a great holiday here. I don't see why anyone wouldnt. But just a couple of things to point out. Dont leave anything on the grass, especially over night..the sprinklers come on about 4 in morning..don't know if it was the wet grass or what they are spraying on it, but your clothes or towels get a yellow stain on it and u can't get it out. (Not even 24 hour soak in neat vanish works). I assume the owners know this cause at towel change half way through holiday they were saying that towels were dirty and they were going to charge us for it. (Never had towels inspected before ) i told them to leave them and I would wash them, after two 95° washes it still did not come out.. and then realised what it was, as other items that had been left on the grass overnight had the same yellow stains on them.. They didn't end up charging us but I think that was because the villa ran out of gas one evening so we were with out hot water or showers until next day! And showers could do with sorting out..water sprays everywhere, which is why towels were drying outside in first place.. as had to mop water off the floor in bathrooms. Location is ok, about 10/15 mins walk awayfron bars, restaurants and supermarkets. This was fine for most of us, but we had elderly parents with us, so when they wanted to go anywhere it was an Uber (which work great in Portugal , very cheap and very polite drivers). Just something to take into account if anyone has problems with walking. And and a spatula would be useful for your fried eggs in morning. But as I said did have a lovely holiday here.

Perfect family holiday

What a beautiful villa in a lovely location close to gorgeous beaches. My husband and I, along with our daughters and family members stayed here for 2 weeks and had the best holiday. The villa was perfect for what we needed. Maria and Jose were wonderful and assisted us with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf

We hebben hier met ons gezin, 6 volwassenen en een kleine van 1 jaar, een week vakantie gehouden. Het is een zeer prettige woning met meer dan voldoende ruimte en privacy voor iedereen. Het zwembad is mooi aangelegd en een verfrissende duik op een warme dag, is altijd welkom. De woning is rustig gelegen en toch dicht bij strand, winkels, restaurants ed. Wij danken de eigenaren van deze woning voor de goede zorgen die wij hebben ervaren. Voor ons een heel mooie herinnering.

Neat, taken care of, fulfiling all expectations and simply beautiful!

We've been a group of 8 young adults in their 20's. The villa is so well equipped that we felt very like there was nothing missing. The landlord is an adorable family. The contact with them was very easy and they helped us whenever we were asking for something. A gardener cleans the Pool twice a week and keeps the garden neat. There is a pomegranate and a lime tree. Very cool. 4 bedrooms each with access to an own bathroom. A lot of windows and two balconies to enjoy the wonderful view in the environment and the ocean. Within 5 to 15 minutes by walk there are two beaches nearby the villa. All of us loved the time at this villa and would come there any time again!!!

Wünderschönes Haus & tolle Lage

Wir haben 15 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Es hat alles gestimmt. Ein toller Pool, sehr gute Lage und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Übergabe und Abgabe des Hauses bzw. der Schlüssel hat ohne Probleme geklappt. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett. Jose hat bereits bei der Ankunft auf uns gewartet und uns absolut freundlich empfangen. Der Strand war 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, was aber kein Problem darstellte. Der Pool und die Außenanlge waren sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das wunderschöne Portugal.

Best villa in the Algarve and amazing location!!!

We have visited Portugal numerous times and this was by far the best! The photos do not do this villa any justice it is beautiful!! Jose and Leonor were so accommodating through the whole booking process and on arrival. They provided a cot and high chair for our baby and even bought her a birthday present! The villa is very child and baby friendly! We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms and the living areas has ample space. You do not need a car as the villa is in walking distance to grocery stores, beautiful beaches and restaurants. I cannot fault this villa and we will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family and plan to return next year too! Thank you, thank you!!! We had such a brilliant week and are so sad it is over.
