Récemment décorée dans un style contemporain, cette maison est un ensemble complet avec une grande cour arrière et une piscine privée chauffée. Entrez et profitez de la vie à aire ouverte. Le salon est le centre et le cœur de la maison avec la cuisine donnant. La cuisine a et mange dans l'espace salle à manger et la barre de petit déjeuner pour manger facilement ou converser pendant la cuisson. La cuisine est bien équipée et dispose d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable. La chambre principale de taille queen et la suite de bain principale généreuse est a sa propre aile d'un côté de la maison et l'autre côté de la maison est complète avec 3 chambres queen supplémentaires et salle de bain.
Grill et profitez de la piscine à l'arrière. Obtenez un bronzage ou asseyez-vous juste dehors dans cette cour orientée plein sud. C'est un coin, donc la confidentialité est à son meilleur. Great place for everyone!

Our family stayed in the home for a month while relocating to down to AZ for work and we absolutely loved it! We have stayed in numerous vacation homes over the years and this one is definitely top 5. It truly felt like home.

Our Stay at Stratford Place

We stayed at the house for over a week and everything was perfect. The Place was as described and we had no problems while during our time there. Check in was very easy and fit our schedule even with flight changes. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great stay!

Overall we had a great experience! The house was spacious and very comfortable. (Beds were ALL comfortable!)There were plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the games in the closet.

Home was clean & comfortable. Neighborhood was great. Easy to get around. Walked, biked, hiked, golfed, zoo, tons of things to do! Thoroughly enjoyed heated pool!

I do agree about the stainless fridge maybe being time to replace and the leak reported has been fixed. home was perfect for our needs. we go every year and this was our favorite place to stay. safe pool area and toys available. lots of towels. Everything was clean, the kitchen was great for cooking everything you need. great for walking and grocery stores near by. I would recommend this home to anybody!

Nice updates

We have stayed at this home and it never stops surprising us. The updated flooring and brighter interior colors as well as the new outdoor patio furniture are a nice touch. We spent several weeks here and felt like we never had to leave as we had all we needed right in the back yard. The heated pool and comfy outdoor furniture was used extensively.

Completely inviting and accommodating. Big house with lots of seating in kitchen and living areas. Big patio table and chairs by pool. Pool is big and so nice. Huge master bedroom with en-suite. March in San Tan Valley

The weather in March 2019 was very nice in San Tan Valley! We enjoyed the heated pool. The Stratford Place house was okay. It could use some upgrades. There is no water & ice dispenser on the frig, so plan to buy water & ice. Barking dogs at the neighboring houses were annoying at times. The Apache Sun Golf Course is only five minutes drive away & reasonably priced, which we took advantage of several times.

Nice House

The house was very nice, but the Queen Creek location was too far away from grocery stores, church, shopping, tourist attractions, etc. The neighborhood dogs were very annoying, especially the ones next door to the house. The pool was not heated, and it was very expensive to pay for heat. There was pet hair on the furniture and blankets. The kitchen was nicely stocked, and fun to cook in. We had to cut our visit short because of the Corona virus.
