Great location! Half a block away from the Galleria dell’Academia where the Statue of David is. This was the first place we visited once we arrived. Very quiet and the A/C units kept the temperature very comfortable. There’s no elevator to access the apartment so be prepared to haul your luggage up three sets of stairs to get to the front door.

Barbara was a great host, very responsive in communications prior to our arrival to make our check in process seamless. Property was as advertised … clean and very spacious for our family of five adults. Great location … close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station with many restaurants near by. Property had everything we needed with no issues. Definitely would recommend this property.

Rounding up from 4.456. Spacious apartment. Decent, not great beds (really flat pillows) but serviceable. Towels were good! (Made in Italy.) Host was quickly communicative. Appreciate the night stand tables, and wish all hosts provided them. Terrific location.
Pillows are plentiful, but one is not enough and two are too thick, sadly. All of us thought this!
Thick cotton towels for all of us!

Bellissimo Appartamento

We loved the apartment! It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. My daughter remarked that the beds were more comfortable than the hotel in Roma! The staff at Flo Apartments (especially Barbara!) were most helpful and answered all my many questions in a very prompt manor. Thank you!

Fantastic Location.

We love the location. It was convenient to all the key sites in Florence. The check-in process was easy and smooth and our host was very helpful prior to our arrival. The unit is very clean and well equipped. We love the fact that the bedrooms and bathrooms were all on the back side of the apartment, so there was little or no noise. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Florence.

In the middle of it all!

This place was great first timer on VRBO and happy with my decision to stay at in this apartment, very clean and in the middle of it all walkable to everything! The only downfall is its in the 2nd floor the steps are very steep, to clime up and down luckily all of us are healthy and able to make the climb up and down.

Hello Cynthia, thank you for being our guest and for your review. I am sorry you did not read the description, because it is writtent that the apartment is on the second floor. You chose an apartment in a very ancient building and, like almost the old buildings in Florence city center, it has not a lift

Beautiful, Clean, Great Location and QUIET

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment. The team at FLO apartments was super communicative, the information about the house and location was nicely organized, it was truly a great launchpad for our vacation. We're a family of four, with a 21 year old and a 16 year old and we would absolutely stay here again if we return. We were visiting our daughter who is studying abroad so it was perfect for her to stay with us while we were visiting. Lovely home, great management team and an all in great experience.

Amazing location

This place was amazing! Perfect location, quiet at night but so close to everything in the city, walking everywhere was a breeze from the apartments location. The beds were great and everything was super clean. My credit card kept getting denied when the host tried to run it and she was so patient with us as we were having trouble getting our bank to accept the charge. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
