An excellent accommodation. Great views and a very comfortable apartment in a prime location. Umberto, Gianna and Elvis were very helpful and communicative in every way. Fabulous stay in Florence. The flat is in a perfect location in Florence to see all the major sites. The view from the window is amazing. The flat is just the right size for two people. We had four people with us for the first few nights and it was a bit small, but when it was just the two of us it was perfect! We would love to stay in the flat again and would highly recommend!

Fantastic location

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to view all of the sights, museums, etc and as a bonus, apartment is not too far from the train station. Apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple.

Cannot ask for anything more in a place like this and such well maintained property. In the heart of historical Pizza de la Signoria pretty much all landmarks are in a walking distance.

Excellent location and in the heart of Florence

This property was just as listed. Prime location for exploring Florence and in the heart of a safe and historic square. Nice place for a visit to Florence. AC, elevator and washing machine was great for us.

Excellent location

We spent 4 weeks in this apartment on Piazza Della Signoria. It was delightful. The location was excellent for walking to every site we visited in Firenze, and there were MANY. Also, the view out the windows was fabulous. We will certainly book this apartment again for our next trip to Firenze.

Perfect location for two in Florence!

Umberto and Gianna both were great in coordinating our arrival, and exit. When I researched areas to stay, I fell in love with the piazza. Then I discovered this wonderful apartment and booked immediately. We loved every moment, and would gladly return any time!

The apartment was in a great piazza, often crowded but not too noisy from the fourth floor. Well appointed and good size for two people. The housekeeper was kind and helpful!

Can't beat the location!

We love Florence because it's so walkable, and this location is in the center of everything. Spectacular view overlooking the Piazza della Signoria. Perfect for two. Appreciated the elevator.

Perfect place in Florence

My partner and I stayed here for almost a week and we could not have been happier. Perfect location, great view, and great service. It was nice to leave our apartment and be right in the heart of Florence. Nice little kitchen area with everything you need, nice bathroom and great layout. We have been in a hotel for one night and we already miss it!

Right on the Piazza Della Signoria!! Perfect for exploring Florence. You can walk to everything and enjoy all that Florence has to offer. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the activity of a busy Piazza and the ability to look out your window at the Pallazzo Vecchio and history!!!

Dated apartment. Needs new bed. A fan would have been nice since the AC wall unit was ineffective.

This apartment has everything needed for a great stay. The location is to die for and even though it on the busy piazza it is pretty quiet being on the 4th floor. The gem is Gianna the host of the apartment! Always super helpful and kind. She is by far the best host we have ever encountered.

Fabulous apartment

We had a fabulous 4-night stay in this apartment. The location and views of the piazza were truly amazing! The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Very clean, very safe and it had everything we needed. Communications with Umberto and Gianna was easy and both were very helpful with restaurant and taxi reservations. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for my next visit to beautiful Florence.

The best view in Florence!

This charming apartment has everything you could want— centrally located with an iconic view of Piazza Signoria, it has a kitchenette, washing machine and an elevator! We stayed for 8 nights, it was just perfect for a couple who had work to do; Zoom calls from the dining room table and room to spread out. And when it was time for fun, we were surrounded by historic sites, great shopping and restaurants, with gelato on the corner… we loved it, we will be back 💕

A wonderful place to "call home" in Florence

The apartment and host experience were fantastic and we would definitely recommend to family and friends wholeheartedly. The location is central to all things magical that constitute the uniqueness and beauty of Florence. Walkable to all the major attractions and sites and more. Ms. Gianna and Umberto were wonderful to work with and made our stay both memorable and "easy." Highly accomodating in all respects and we recommend, it will not disappoint.
