Spacious and serene unit, located 15 mins drive from the airport, with easy access to the mountains and highway - Stoney Trail and DeerfootTrail.

The bed is so comfortable that the Marriott bed topper was not required by guests. Free wi-fi, TV, cable including sports channels, work table with executive chair and extendable monitors.

Private bathroom and extra space for sitting and dining. The home is beautifully landscaped and you have private entrance to the unit.

Guest access
There is ample street parking. The bus stop is just across the road, for easy access to downtown, Country Hills, Evanston, Cross Iron Mills Mall, and other places around.

Other things to note
Livingston is a master-planned community with vibrant street life, generous natural spaces, and a 35,000 sq ft community centre.

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect with shops and amenities nearby. Fantastic place

I booked this place for my parents to stay here while they visited us. My parents loved how clean and very well equipped the home was, being that they are very picky and super clean people this was important. It had everything you needed and more. My parents also said the bed was comfortable, Internet was good and had no issues whatsoever. The home came with complimentary drinks and a bottle of wine! The owner, Paul was very kind, helpful and was always available when needed. I would definitely book again for my parents.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The unit is small and only suitable for 2 people, but very cozy. It has everything needed for a short stay. My wife and I were in Calgary for 6 days, and had a very nice stay in this property. The neighborhood is quite new, and quiet, although there is a 4 lane street that gets quite busy during the prime daytime hours, a half a block away. Across the street is a compact strip mall with an excellent sports bar we had dinner at on wing Wednesday. Would highly recommend! Never met the owner Paul, but responds quickly to email. 10 out 10 from this travelerK.N. British Columbia
