Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location

We were in the area for a wedding at a winery and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.The home is 10 minutes from Sonoma County Airport 5 minutes to Healdsburg Plaza- 7 minutes to Windsor- Everything was exactly as described, close to everything yet still offered a peaceful wine country retreat. The home is beautifully decorated yet still comfortable and very well stocked with anything you would need. The gorgeous windows and huge doors bring in all the natural light and showcase the beautiful countryside. Great indoor/outdoor living. The management team was very responsive and helpful throughout our 5 day stay. I would 100% recommend this home for anyone visiting the area- we were sad to leave but will be sure to return for our next visit to the area.

I brought my family for a quick vacation in wine country. The property did not disappoint. The pool kept the kids happy while my wife and I enjoyed all the local restaurants. The hosts were responsive to our requests.

Ideal family getaway

The home has great style and a clean, modern aesthetic and an amazing pool (didn't need the heater in the summer) Everything was comfortable, spotless, and kitchen was well stocked. We made great memories of morning tea out back near the master bedroom, game nights in the living room, bocce ball at sunset. Only caution is to be careful with the neighbors. We accidentally turned into the wrong driveway the first time and the lady was very upset. But rest of the vacation was peaceful. Downton is so close with plenty to do including live summer concerts. Looking forward to our next trip!

Get away from it all

Quiet. Private. Beautiful. Clean. Minutes from town, Russian River, wineries. Simple, well thought out design with zero clutter. Wonderful place to create family meals. A jewel. Not a party house! It would be tragic to hear of anyone showing up and trashing this place. The property manager was responsive, informative, and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We will definitely be back.

Nice house witih some downsides

Reviewer Comments: We chose this house primarily because of the option to heat the pool, but we spent most of our time there communicating with the property managers because first the spa and then the pool heat was not working. They were professional but it was annoying and though they gave us a bottle of wine, they didn't offer to return any of the extra money we paid for heating that was not fully functional. Pros: The house is well stocked with a lovely kitchen, lots of windows, and close to Healdsburg. Pool heating option was a big bonus for us. Cons: Be aware that there are neighbors close by, including homes under construction. You can also hear noise from 101. No king bed and main bathroom lighting is poor. Gorgeous windows but they were dirty/not well cleaned so you saw a film and smudging. Patio furniture is pretty worn and no cushions. Overall stay was good, but could have been better for the price. I would recommend depending on the situation.

Not comfortable for those of us that have king beds in our primary bad for not paying attention to that detail.

We lucked out and the rain stopped for the weekend we were there and had magical views of the land all around the house! Everything was extra lush as well. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can't say enough great things about this wonderful Healdsburg escape. The house is super clean and better set up for a rental than I have experienced in many years. the expansive windows give it a great expansive view into trees and nature. In person exceeded the pics by far. The pool and jacuzzi heated perfectly and kids spent hours in them. The kitchen is very well stocked with chef level stove, appliances, etc. The heated concrete floors were loved in the winter month. The house itself sits down a country lane that was so quiet, night time star gazing pretty darn cool. Shante was very helpful and helped coordinate everything logistically. You are just 5 minutes from the Healdsburg Square with anything close by when needed but just removed enough to feel peaceful. A total gem all around, we will be back for sure. Much thanks!
