L'agro-turisme Cuore Verde, dans une nature intacte, entre l'art des centres historiques et des bourgs médiévaux, accueille ses hôtes en appartements dans une villa rurale du XVII sec. poste aux pentes d'un col en un' oasis naturaliste de 18 hectares complètement clôturé menés avec le pratique dell' agriculture biologique (dont Cuore Verde a été précurseur en Ombrie), à 2 km de Spello. Récemment restaurée est meublée finement avec des meubles d'antiquitè, la villa, sur trois plans, peut recevoir 18/20 personnes.
Au plan terrain on trouve une cuisine professionnelle complètement équipée, avec lave-vaisselle, four électrique, dispence avec grand frigo, et un grand salle dans laquelle il est possible même consommer les repas.
Le prix comprend l'électricité, le linge de chambre, de cuisine et de toilette, le nettoyage final, l'utilisation de la piscine avec tapis roulant et trampolines pour l'aquagym, la lessive, le four à bois, la télévision, le WiFi, les vélos, le trampoline.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. It is even bigger and prettier than it looked online and was super clean and well equipped. Worth noting, however, that there staff are present onsite every day so it didn’t feel like we had the place fully to ourselves. There is also only one taxi company so it was tricky to get places without car spaces for the full group.

Absolutely lovely

Our group had a fantastic time at Cuore Verde. Nadia and her family were responsive, incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to be around. The property is gorgeous and we had an unforgettable experience. I'm so grateful to have had the chance to stay here, and I hope to come back one day!

Great place for holiday !!!

We spent two weeks with the group of 16 people and here are things we appreciate: -amazing and peaceful place surrounded by nature, next to lovely Spello -very big, clean and nice swimming pool -very well-kept home and garden ( everyday swimming pool and yard cleaning) -professional kitchen equipment -nice furniture in every room -the owner every day takes care of the property -free and good quality cosmetics -towels and bedclothes washing included -very kind and positive owner who cares about clients! It was a great time in Umbria and a very good choice 👍. We highly recommend this place.

Fantastic house and pool!

We rented the full house for a week in July. We were 5 families, in total 10 adults and 10 kids. The house is big and fit all of us, and the pool was great! The kitchen is perfect for a big group and we made dinners together every evening! The kids loved the trampoline, swings, etc. We were there in July and it was a bit too hot without AC, but Nadia was helpful with fans. All in all we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back. Thank you!

I would move here tomorrow!

I can’t put into words how much our family loved this property and the owners. Nadia will forever have a place in my heart. The home was immaculately clean and welcoming and there is something there for everyone and every age. I loved walking the property. Swimming in the pool and enjoying the magical views. Our family enjoyed every minute and Nadia checked in daily with us to make sure we always had what we needed. It is a beautiful short drive into town and there is everything you need including a great supermarket and cafe. I give this stay 5+ stars. Stay here. Visit Spello.

We were a group of 15, including 5 children (ages 6 to 10) and grandparents. The house is large…there was a 2 bedroom cottage too, which we did not use. All the bedrooms had very good, very new air conditioning which was great because it was hot during our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable and large, and all had their own separate kitchens/fridges. The pool was great, and very big. Both at the pool and by the outside dining area the owners had installed some anti-mosquito spray pipes which did a very good job . The location was excellent. This was our first time in Umbria. There was a supermarket 5 minutes away. The town of Spello was very beautiful and had lots of restaurants. Assisi was close. Likewise Spoleto. The owners put us in touch with some great chefs to cook dinner for us a few nights. They were terrific. Overall a great house and a great holiday.

70th Birthday

Lovely stay and wonderful location. The only complaint I have is the lack of privacy from the owners. You never knew when they would be stopping by and made you feel a bit uncomfortable and not fully at rest there. To the point she was in the room while I was still in a towel from the shower talking to me when I felt she could have given me a few minutes to get dressed before having the conversation. Stopping by on easter with her family and letting them use the trampoline while children from our family were on it. Raising her voice at a 8 year old who had just opened the foosball table and it started to rain so she ran inside leaving it uncovered. Just all around you never knew when they would be there and we were never fully at ease. Besides that the host were very accommodating opening the pool for us and making dinner reservations but maybe it’s a cultural difference but I don’t think they need to be on site every day checking in on you.

The most incredible experience! Magnificent!

We had the most incredible stay at Cuore Verde. The host Nadia couldn’t have been more considerate and accommodating (even bringing me the most beautiful bunch of flowers for my birthday), and the house is absolutely extraordinary. Everything is done to an exceptional standard, and nothing is overlooked. The team who managed the place were friendly and warm and took such great care, including small personal touches from their farm goods etc. Each room is beautiful, serene and elegant, and Nadia went out of her way to accommodate our needs with children’s beds and cots etc. There is loads to do for the kids - a trampoline, table football, swings for the smaller ones, ping pong. And of course the incredible pool! With each room having its own bathroom and kitchenette, as well as a wonderful communal space and outdoor area to share, it is an amazing place for a group who also might need their own space from time to time. We also had the privilege of a meal cooked by Nadia’s nephew for my special 40th birthday celebration which was out of this world. I couldn’t recommend this property more highly - it was everything I had dreamed of for a special birthday celebration with friends, and more. Thank you to Nadia and her team for making it so memorable, and I hope we will be back!

Schönes Haus

Wir waren eine 13 köpfige Gruppe und haben das gesamte Objekt gemietet. Am Haus gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es ist alles sauber und alle Geräte und Einrichtungsgegenstände sind in gutem Zustand. Auch sind Nadia und ihr Mann sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was uns aber weniger gefallen hat ist, dass täglich die Vermieter unangekündigt auf das gemietete Gelände kamen. Wir fühlten uns beobachtet. Das das Poolwasser getestet und kontrolliert wird ist ja gut, aber das der Vermieter unter Tags einfach in den Poolbereich läuft und ohne ein Wort eine Probe nimmt, obwohl auch einige Frauen oben ohne am Pool waren, geht gar nicht. Die Tests sollten eventuell in der Früh gemacht werden. Die Reinigung findet ja auch morgens statt. Es wäre schön wenn in Zukunft den Gästen ein wenig mehr Freiraum gestattet wird.

Ein wunderbarer Familienurlaub.

Diese wunderbare Villa in ländlicher Lage, in der Nähe von Spello ist ein Traum. Großzügiges Grundstück, wunderbarer Pool, sehr geräumige Villa. Alles sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Verhalten der Vermieter. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank !

We booked this villa for 2 weeks for a family vacation. It was fabulous and Nadia is an incredible h

The property is well set up for a large group or family with self contained suites and a large common area for gathering together. The pool is immaculate and well maintained and there are lots of things to entertain the kids on the property. Nadia is a super host who checks in to make sure everything is going well and makes you feel at home at the property. We hired her nephew whonisbanchef to prepare a meal for us one evening. Five courses with wine pairings, one of the best meals we had while in Italy.

The property was better than anticipated. The hosts were incredibly gracious. Every bedroom having its own bathroom made a huge difference. Can't wait to visit again.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und viel Platz für uns 15 Personen in einer herrlichen Landschaft. Besonders genossen wir den Swimmingpool und nutzten zusammen die große Küche zum gemeinsamen Kochen.

Great family holiday!

We took all our children and grandchildren-17 in total and we all had a great time. However we did hit a very hot spell of 41 degrees C and so air conditioning might have been helpful!

Great views, perfectly maintained

We stayed a week in the 2 person appartement on the ground floor. Very nice. Cool, nice bed and bath room and the kitchen annex living room nicely furnished. Outside you have your patio with astonishing views and well maintained pool and grounds. Spello is a beautiful toen with enough very good restaurants. Nadia speakers English very well is nearly ever day there ti check her guests. One thing I shoud do different: remove the hedges around the swimming pool for the view.

First of all I would like to thank all the guests who appreciate my place; about the hedges surrounding the pool is a great security for children besides,. the low in Italy impose that the pools must be in a closed area therefore we prefered to se a green hedge rather than a wire netting. Nadia.

Casa molto bella situata in un contesto mozzafiato

Abbiamo trascorso la fine del 2014, la casa e' molto pulita e curata in ogni particolare, abbiamo soggiornato in 4 appartamenti (eravamo in otto). La cucina in comune e' molto ben fornita per poter trascorrere delle belle serate cenando davanti al camino. É a un paio di km da Spello, splendido paese da visitare, inoltre in poco tempo si può raggiungere Foligno, Spoleto, ecc. Consiglio a tutti questa soluzione
