Wonderful apartment. Try clean and cozy. Has all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. Location is close to the train station which was convenient for arrival and departure.

This apartment was gorgeous, beautifully appointed, and very spacious, with plenty of room for both relaxing and sleeping. The view was amazing, and the location was superb, especially since we arrived by train. The stairs were a challenge with our luggage, but we knew about them before booking, and they were definitely doable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

The property was at the top of three very small flights of stairs, which were difficult to navigate with large suitcases. The view was wonderful however there was no coffee or Nespresso machine, and there were no paper towels or wine glasses. The WiFi was good in the main rooms but was very weak in the main bedroom.

Dear customer, I remind you that a moka pot and coffee, the traditional method of making coffee in Italy, were available in the apartment. Paper towels are not an extra; if a guest needs them, they can be purchased directly from the local supermarket. For wine, you can also use the regular glasses available in the apartment. Beautiful apartment! Excellent location Near buses taxes and trains!I would certainly recommend!I really thought the listing said there were two bathrooms, but there was only one.It would be nice if they had a few paper products like paper towels or napkins and Kleenex. IThe stairs are really tough with a lot of luggage, though. I wouldn't recommend for older people.I would still recommend highly for able body persons.

Wonderful apartment. Clean and fully configured. A full-sized fridge! Location is wonderful too with a view of the canals and occasionally a gondola or two. Ada was great for our checkin and quickly saved us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Highly recommended!!!

This was an excellent place to stay! Very clean and comfortable and has all you need. It has a beautiful view of the canal. Close to everything on Venice!

Beautiful apartment and great location! Everything you would want is nearby - coffee, food, transportation. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was very central and the view of the canal delightful as described! Luigi was responsive, check in was smooth and attendant arrived promptly. Couldn’t get over the amount of tourists, even in February. As others noted, staircase is steep to the apartment but manageable. Thank you for a lovely stay in Venezia!

Great location for a stay in Venice. Easy access from the train station and easy walking to all the famous sights. Watching the boats and gondolas on the canal from the many windows was a delight.The apartment is furnished with beautiful glass from Murano. It’s a very special place and very comfortable.
