Les clients sont assurĂ©s de passer des vacances mĂ©morables dans cette maison de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain joliment meublĂ©e situĂ©e dans la pittoresque ville de montagne de Brevard. La chambre principale / principale a un lit Queen, et les 2 autres chambres sont meublĂ©es avec une reine dans un et deux lits jumeaux dans la 3Ăšme, confortable pour dormir 6 personnes. Le beau salon est meublĂ© avec de grandes fenĂȘtres donnant sur la cour privĂ©e et des planchers de bois franc. La cuisine est rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four Ă  micro-ondes, d'un four grille-pain et d'une cafetiĂšre, ainsi que d'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur spacieux et d'un four / cuisiniĂšre. SituĂ© dans le centre-ville de Brevard, les clients peuvent se rendre en ville ou au parc Silvermont pour le tennis, l'aire de jeux et les sentiers de jogging / promenade. We stayed with our 2 kids and my in laws! This house was perfect! The kids loved the yard and ran around it to see the white squirrels. We came for snowtubing at Moonshine Mountain which was a blast but loved all the great places to eat in Bervard! We also found the coolest park for the kids to play that is about a mile away from house called Franklin park! The house also had games the kids loved playing and my mother in law and I put 2 of the puzzles together they had at the house! The kids asked as we were leaving if they could come back and we stay at this house again!
The kids running around with the squirrels! They were so excited they even built them a “bridge” of sticks for them to get across the stream!

Very nice relaxing, peaceful house, even though we were there for a very tough family members passing. Would stay again if in that area (hopefully for a happier occasion).

Every time we think we’ll vacation some place else, Brevard, this home and its hosts bring us back. It’s a wonderful home in the perfect location to enjoy all Brevard, the Pisgah forest and surrounding area have to offer. We have stayed here several times and are always grateful for the fine hospitality.

This was our second time staying here. What a nice house with a beautiful back yard with a little creek that attracts white squirrels, deer and all kinds of birds. Very peaceful. The house has everything you need. Very clean and well appointed. Thank you Sara and John!

We had a great stay in this property. It is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Downtown Brevard is easily accessible walking or driving. We had some good hiking in the Pisgah National Forest which is also very easy to get to.

I could not have been more pleased with this home. It was very clean and very quiet and private. There was a beautiful view from the living room. It had great access to nature while still being walkable to town. Also, a very organized layout which made things like cooking much easier.

Enchanting

Lovely home in perfect location to walk to downtown, hike the Pisgah, or relax on the deck overlooking the yard and creek. White and gray squirrels, bunnies, and deer passed through the yard and so many birds serenading us. We had the great fortune of seeing fireflies in the evening! Five star hosts, too.

Beautiful with great location!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for a family of 6! We loved the family room with large windows overlooking the large backyard. We saw deer, white squirrels, woodpeckers and all kinds of wildlife from the deck. Downtown is a quick 15 minute walk or 1-2 minutes in the car. All the furnishings and amenities were comfortable and it’s the perfect place for a quiet retreat to the mountains with quick and easy access to all the great restaurants and shops inBrevard!

White squirrel magic and wonderful home

Perfect location to walk to fun shops and good food. Great hiking nearby. The Bracken Mountain Preserve is a close by gem. The hosts are welcoming and helpful. The home is very comfortable and in a lovely spot.

Unexpected guest

This house is comfortable, easy, friendly and obviously loved. Hurricane Helene came and we were totally safe from any flooding or trees falling. We had power, water and shelter, while only lost the internet and cell coverage, which was really odd. Being without any contact with outside world is a challenge. But the home was safe and we all loved our time there. Thank you.

Perfect Place to stay

Great house and hosts. Beautiful view of creek and trees. Highly recommend. It does have a steep driveway. My front wheel drive car spun out some trying to get out. Gotta make a little run up it. But no biggie. Just FYI.

Great location in Brevard

We used the house as a base for our hiking to waterfalls during the week. We hiked to 10 waterfalls during the week. Family came in from Greenville, SC to visit, and the accommodations worked well for us.

My wife and I and our 4 kids love getting up to Brevard for hiking to the many beautiful waterfalls or just enjoying a cookout in the large backyard at the house. When our children were little, they loved playing in the small, pretty creek in the backyard.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The Brevard area has many great hiking trails and waterfalls that our kids have enjoyed through the years. Also, the downtown location makes it easy to walk to festivals, stores and restaurants. Franklin Pool and Park, a public swimming pool and extensive playground, is within walking distance where we can picnic and swim together.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love the large private backyard and creek, great for a game of badminton, frisbee, or just to kick the soccer ball and throw a football.

Right around the corner is Silvermont Mansion with tennis and basketball courts, a walking/running trail, and a playground. Franklin Park, a public swimming pool and awesome playground is only blocks away, easy walking distance.

Downtown is just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to shops, festivals and restaurants.

The neighborhood is so accessible, safe, and walkable.
