Seabirds House is a large Edwardian sea-captain's house with a very commanding position overlooking St Ives and the sea in all directions.
The views are superb - even window cleaners are amazed by them! It’s almost unique in St Ives to be able to see both the crashing waves on the Porthmeor surf beach, and the sheltered harbour beach – and you can see right around St Ives Bay and down the north Cornwall coast too.
Godrevy Terrace is quiet with very little passing traffic - you'll only hear the wind, the seagulls and the sea itself. Yet it's 2 or 3 minutes down the hill to the lively heart of this bustling little holiday town, and equally quick to get to the 3 main beaches. It takes a little longer to walk back up the very steep hill - so Seabirds is not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Flat 4 is at the top of the house with a stunning view. It is comfortable and convenient with everything you need for a holiday including a washer dryer. But we don't claim to provide "luxury" accommodation and we don't have dishwashers or very posh kitchens so our prices are reasonable for comfortable holiday accommodation that undoubtedly has the very best views in St Ives.
Flat 4 has a parking space suitable for a normal family car, and an electric car charging point.
We also have Flat 2 Seabirds House, a one bedroom flat with a similarly amazing view, which is on a separate listing - 8154012.
And a small separate one bed flat 100 yards away also with a lovely sea view across gardens - our Barnoon Flat - listing 8151990.
