Gwel Enys est l'une des 5 propriétés de Trelissick Court, un bel immeuble suspendu avec des tuiles traditionnelles en ardoise de Cornouailles. Il y a 2 places de parking privées pour chaque propriété et sa position surplombant la baie de St Ives offre une vue imprenable sur la mer et le port. Situé dans de beaux jardins bien entretenus, il est idéal pour les familles et les couples, avec des zones sûres pour les enfants à jouer et des endroits ensoleillés pour les adultes pour se détendre. Cet appartement au rez-de-chaussée a été entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût à un niveau élevé dans des couleurs côtières fraîches. Il y a un salon ouvert et lumineux avec cuisine et salle à manger, et des portes-fenêtres donnant directement sur la grande terrasse, parfaite pour manger en plein air. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain avec douche double, et la deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux avec un lit pliant supplémentaire adapté pour un enfant. La salle de bains familiale dispose d'une baignoire avec douche de tête. Il y a un accès gratuit à Internet haut débit et Sky TV dans l'appartement.

The property was clean and in very good standard. We enjoyed having breakfast outside by looking at amazing sea view. You need walk up to hill or use long stairs if you are walking from/to center. If you don't like walking this might be an issue but it was ok for us.

We had a brilliant stay in St Ives. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious for a family of four. The kitchen was really well equipped and we found everything we needed. We loved the location and were grateful for the fantastic local tips from our host. Communication was great and check in was easy. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space. Great place and amazing location! We had the best time at our stay in St. Ives. The spot was an ideal size for our family of 5 - it was great to have 2 bathrooms! The host was thoughtful and considerate - we really appreciated the binder full of instruction and suggestions for our stay and the complimentary coffee/tea/biscuits. The place was very calming and clean and very well thought out and you can’t beat the amazing view! I would live to come here again some day.

We had a lovely relaxing time there, the welcome gift of biscuits, coffee and tea was a lovely treat. Having parking was a real bonus.The sea views from morning till night was probably the best thing for me. Definitely recommend staying at this property…

The property is exactly as shown. The views are beautiful, the terrace great in fine weather. The shuttle bus at the corner down to the town is very efficient and allows you to stay out of the crowds.

Great Apartment

Stayed for a week during May half term....the apartment was great, 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and town (although uphill on the way back, which was fine for us). Very clean, all the facilities we needed. Would recommend for your stay in St Ives. Advantage of two parking spaces!

We are a family of four from Worcestershire, and we have been drawn to the beauty of St Ives for many years. Its combination of fabulous beaches, traditional Cornish harbour, beautiful scenery and great food makes the perfect place for a family holiday and it holds a special place in our hearts.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

When we were finally able to realise our dream of buying a holiday home in St Ives, we were delighted to discover that there was a flat for sale, where we had actually stayed ourselves, during a wonderful week's holiday in 2006. Another visit confirmed that it had everything we were hoping for: light spacious rooms, fabulous views and patio, and the all important (and rare) parking spaces. What's more, it was in the quieter, sought-after Belyars area of St Ives, yet still only a few minutes' walk into the heart of the town.
We have loved creating our Cornish home from home, and have named it "Gwel Enys," which means "Island View," to reflect the beautiful view of the Island which can be seen from the living room and terrace.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What we love most about Gwel Enys, is being able to throw open the patio doors and enjoy the terrace as an outdoor room, with the large gardens as a safe place for children to play. Having fast fibre Broadband and a second bathroom is extremely useful now that we have two teenagers! The two parking spaces also mean that different branches of the family can come and go as they please.
