We had a fantastic week at Keswick Reach.

We had a fantastic week at Keswick Reach. Very clean and comfortable lodge. Very peaceful and quiet. We were in lodge 121. Would like to thank all the friendly staff and a big thank you to Maya who went above and beyond to make our holiday special.

Great value, well placed to visit Cumbria.

Great value, well placed to visit Cumbria. Comfy clean lodge, but we didn't need to use the log burner so cannot comment on that. Well-equipped with kitchen equipment and towels, big bathrooms and comfortable seating, I would recommend this lodge.

Had a lovely relaxing stay.

Had a lovely relaxing stay. Lodge was clean and spacious. Perfect layout as my daughter is disabled and she had no issue getting around the lodge. Adequate cups, plates, etc even complimentary tea & coffee. Bathrooms were spacious - appreciated two baths and two showers. Staff were very helpful & friendly even got a call day before arrival to say lodge was ready and could check-in from midday. Location is beautiful. Definitely be back.

Lodge was lovely and peaceful my only slight complaint was the bed is probably needing to be replaced as wasn’t comfortable and made noises when you were turning over etc

The staff were great and enough of them, very helpful and polite and when we required the maintenanc

The staff were great and enough of them, very helpful and polite and when we required the maintenance staff they came promptly. As is with a holiday site small but non serious repairs and maintenance sometimes required. Would be a thought to have “punch list” to leave for next guest arrival.

Lovely, lovely, lovely.

Lovely, lovely, lovely. So lovely we’ve rebooked for our anniversary and requested the same lodge. The bathrooms are very nice, central heating throughout, the cabin was very clean and loved the feature of the dishwasher and washer/dryer. The perfect little lodge! And the log burner was so nice to curl up on the armchair and read in front of. The beds are relatively comfortable but most of the pillows were lumpy. Not a deal breaker but hotel pillows wouldn’t go a miss.
