Situé dans le paisible village de Ullock avec plus d'un acre de jardin cultivé pour vous de profiter, avec étang et le pont de bât. En voiture privée avec un grand parking, terrasse avec une vue dégagée, près de Cockermouth et du côté calme et préservé des lacs, avec Loweswater seulement une sorte d'entraînement Tous de plain-pied, confortables et chaleureux, avec vue sur le jardin depuis les fenêtres, parfaits pour observer les oiseaux.
Le hall d'entrée mène dans un confortable salon / salle à manger avec des fenêtres sur 2 côtés d'une télévision, un lecteur DVD et de radio, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils électriques. Le haut débit est également disponible, et les livres et les guides sont là pour vous à utiliser. Chauffage central complet est inclus pour vous garder au chaud durant les journées plus fraîches.
La chambre a 1 lit double, armoire et les draps sont inclus. Service de blanchisserie est disponible.

A lovely cosy apartment perfectly situated for visiting the Western Lakes and the coast. Marion and John were welcoming and helpful hosts. The garden is amazing!

Absolutely lovely place, very cosy, clean and comfortable. Marion and John are lovely and very welcoming. The apartment is in a beautiful location, ideal for a trip to the lake district .Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely week at Treetops. Lovely apartment and beautiful gardens to sit in.The owners John and Marrion go that extra length to make your holiday fantastic. Treetops is near enough to the Lake District but also close enough to the coast. We particularly liked Maryport. Fantastic carvery on a Sunday at the Life Boat Inn at Maryport, go hungry.The Squirrels Pantry at Cockermouth was great for breakfast, they even had gluten free options which was great.If you want a relaxed quiet and restful place book a break at Treetops.

Lovely hosts very helpful. The village is a perfect peaceful hideaway near the coastand on the edge of the western lakes and a recommended pub only a mile away. Two good shopping towns within 6/7 miles. What more could you want ?

We had the most wonderful stay at Marion and John's apartment. The location is so tranquil,the gardens are simply stunning. Marion and John are wonderful hosts,nothing was too much trouble and the unexpected welcome gifts were very much appreciated. The Western Lake District was resplendent with breath taking scenery. Check out the tips in the visitor book for hidden gems!Highly recommend this beautiful accommodation.

A fantastic self contained apartment in the peaceful village of Ullock.Marion & John. who's house the apartment is situated in met us on arrival & made us feel welcome.The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, a comfy lounge/dining room, a nice hot shower & a comfy bed.The bottle of wine, tea, coffee, orange juice & box of chocolates waiting in the apartment were a generous touch that made our stay even nicer.The house is surrounded by Marion & John's beautiful garden, with plenty of outdoor seating that we had to enjoy. We loved watching the many birds from the lounge at the bird feeder & the hedgehogs at dusk. It is very peaceful.Ullock, is a 10 min drive to Loweswater & well situated for exploring the Western Lake District & easy access to the coast. The nearby village of Dean is a pleasant miles walk away, with a good pub.We'll be back to stay again

We had a great 4 night stay here. The apartment had everything we wanted, and the lovely gardens were an added bonus. The location is ideal for visiting Buttermere, Loweswater and Ennerdale. Very friendly hosts and the wine and chocolates were much appreciated.

Lovely long weekend retreat

I was lucky enough to be able to stay at this property for 2 nights whilst exploring the Lakes. It was perfect, so comfortable and the hosts were so kind and welcoming. Would love to come back again soon as the place was like a little home away from home. Thank you for letting me stay! :)

We really enjoyed our time here, just wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is comfy, cosy and welcoming and Marion and John are lovely people.The bird feeders just outside the window are inspired and much more entertaining than watching TV. We were even lucky enough to have a visit from the red squirrel which was amazing.Thank you Marion for the warm welcome and the lovely treats, we will definitely return.

Fabulous stay!

What a lovely experience. John and Marion were very welcoming. The location is spectacular with added on site beauty. The gardens and fabulous wildlife outside our window was the highlight of our stay. Thankyou both.

We have lived in the village for over 40 years, and love to welcome visitors to our cosy peaceful home for their holiday, and have a wealth of local knowledge to enable you to enjoy your stay here.

We built this house ourselves, and the apartment has been available for letting for over 20 years, with many people coming back year after year to enjoy walking the fells, or just relaxing and exploring the lakes, coast, and local towns.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

In a small rural village, we are just 5 miles from Cockermouth, and within easy reach of the Northern lakes, Loweswater within 4 miles, Buttermere and Crummock a short drive away. Keswick only 20 miles away. A wealth of wildlife in the extensive gardens, with a variety of birds and even red squirrels feeding just outside the window. A stream with packhorse bridge, pond and woodland path all there for you to enjoy when you arrive.
Pubs in the neighbouring villages of Dean and Branthwaite offer good food, just a short walk on warmer evenings.
We live on the premises and will be here to welcome you, and deal with any queries you may have.
