Apartment was great had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and everywhere was really clean. Was a slight mix-up with our arrival day but it was very quickly sorted. Host responded to any queries promptly.We were disappointed that there was no sun on terrace but that may have been due to time of year and the pool was close by anywayA suggestion we'd make is to have a window covering at the kitchen door for more privacy but we would definitely recommend and are already thinkimg about next visit

Brilliant apartment with lovely pool and great location

The apartment was lovely and had all mod cons. The terrace was massive, the photos don't do it justice. Great location, really close to everything but also not too loud at night. Check in was really easy. Would definitely recommend

Apartment was quite dark even in daytime and needed to leave lights on most of the time.large and noisy pneumatic drilling right below the apartment for all day which you couldn’t hold a conversation,never mind relax.water turned off on final day.the problems were not the owners fault and he was very nice communicating as much as he could but this is not a place I should likely return

Just too NOISY to consider rebooking We cannot fault the apartment, or the host. The apartment is clean and comfortable and could have been our ideal stay for future visits, however we didn’t get any peace to enjoy our holiday as we experienced extreme noise levels ‘every night’, and a few apartments in the complex were still partying at daylight .. also a large noisy hotel is directly behind the apartment but thankfully we over heard management addressing the noise at the hotel, but the apartment complex seems to have no management in place for such problems!. Our week of much needed rest and relaxation was unattainable and really disappointed that we had sleepless nights ‘every night!!’ Was a particularly warm week for us and no air conditioning or fan available to cool the rooms, and with the ongoing noise we certainly couldn’t open our doors.. ?? We do thank Claus, our host, that was very helpful and courteous and for a fee we had opportunity of late check out (due evening flight) having spoken to a few other people in this area it seems that this complex is generally considered noisy, our only fault is that we didn’t know.. you live and learn!

L’appartement était conforme à la description. L’emplacement est idéal à proximité des transports en commun, de la plage et des commerces ligne nous avons eu la possibilité d’arriver le matin. Cependant, nous avons eu la désagréable, surprise d’avoir un immeuble de plusieurs étages au pied de la terrasse. Il est dommage que le propriétaire n’ai pas mis une photo de la terrasse avec un plan large pour que les Locataires n’aient pas la désagréable surprise en arrivant. La propreté de l’appartement était moyenne

Fijn appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne bedden, verschoning van het beddengoed 1 X per 2 weken. Communicatie verloopt snel. Evt. mankementen worden direct verholpen. Eigenaar woont in hetzelfde complex.Centrale ligging. Busverbinding (Titsa groene bussen) erg goed. Van/naar het vliegveld kan met lijn 40 ca. 1/2 uur reistijd. Bus stopt vlakbij het appartement (halte Zentral Center).

Great location

Your location is brilliant.just on the edge of Las Américas and the edge of Los christianos everything you need is in the property. Microwave. Iron. Coffee maker. Washing machine. It's in a gated comunty and very clean Not a place if you want to be loud and stop up all night Brilliant pool hardly used as 90 percent of residents are permanent and don't use it .. If you want a quiet place to stay in a fantastic location book this

Relaxing break

Apartment was clean tidy and of a nice size. Shower was really good plenty of towels. Kitchen was really well equipped lots of cooking aids , pans, etc. Only thing missing which would have been helpful was a pair of scissors. Balcony of a good size, only down side didn’t get a great deal of sun. But that was mainly due to time of year. Overall apartment was just what we wanted. Thanks a lot. Alan & Denise Petty

Enclosed, residential apartments.

Homely apartment within a gated community with a mix of holiday lets and permanent residences. Has a distinctly "local" feel with mixed nationalities who are working in Tenerife. Within easy reach of the "party" zones but they don't intrude on the quiet peaceful atmosphere. Airport bus No 40 stops outside (Zentral Centre stop). Linda and Klaus are very good hosts.

La posizione è centrale e vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni, ma purtroppo l'appartamento non è il massimo...mobili vecchi e in generale la pulizia era scarsa tanto da dover pulire nuovamente soprattutto il bagno. Di positivo c'è la disponibilità dei proprietari e c'è da dire che l'appartamento è fornito di tutto: pentole, piatti, bicchieri, utensili vari, piastra per capelli, Sky , internet ecc. Da consigliare se non si hanno troppe pretese

Già appena entrate nell’appartamento I-1 la prima impressione è stata quella di trovarsi a casa: spaziosa (eravamo in 2), accogliente e pulitissima; in casa troverete tutto quello di cui avete bisogno sia per la cucina che per il bagno, addirittura una piastra per capelli! La terrazza è stata comodissima per cenare all’aperto, i letti molto comodi e la doccia gigante. La piscina in comune è molto grande, tranquilla e pulita. Siamo state accolte dalla mamma di Gavin che ci ha spiegato tutto quello che c’era da sapere e si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Spero di tornare presto! We stayed in the apartment I-1 and it was awsome, clean and comfortable. You’ll find everything you need in the house! Great terrace, shower and beds. Super recommended!

Lovely one-bedroom apartment - Home from Home and central to all amenities and the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our January stay at Linda and Gavin's one bedroom apartment. It was the best equipped apartment with everything from washing machine to needle and cotton. It was very comfortable and clean with free wifi and tv. Weekly cleaning and change of towels and linen. Thank you so much. Linda was next door, and Klaus in the Flamingo restaurant if we needed anything. Great service, really friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool - it could do with a bit of tlc, but sunbeds there if wanted. The apartment was very spacious and felt like 'home from home'. Unfortunately the sun didn't get round to the patio in January, but that wasn't a problem for us. We would certainly book this apartment again. We chose this location as it is central for all the amenities in Playa de las Americas, as well as being a comfortable walk from Los Christianos. Not far from the beach, and shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. There is an excellent bus service to get around the island with the bus stop being just a couple of minutes walk away.

Fantastic stay!

The property was in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants and shops, with a few small supermarkets right outside the apartment which was very useful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and had plenty room, especially on the terrace. The pool area was nice and also clean. The owners were lovely, and awaiting us on arrival. The check in/check out process was very simple and we couldn't have asked for much more. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
