Great apartment, great location

The accommodation is fantastic and leaves nothing to be desired! The complex is very well secured against unauthorized visitors, and you feel very safe! The nearby airport is very convenient. The location is excellent for excursions. The hostess is very friendly and arranged a great check-in experience.

Amazing sea view

We had a fantastic stay at Viktorias apartment. Especially the view from the balcony but also the location in front of the beach and just 10 min walking to El Medano is amazing! And Viktoria as a host is super helpful and kind. We would definitely come back!

Fabulous Holiday

Victorias appartment is in a great location, close to beach, supermarkets, bus stop and 10 - 15 min walk to centre of El Medano. The apartment is spacious with a huge balcony overlooking amazing views. Highly recommended homfrom home with

El Medano Adventure!!

We would just like to add to all the other great reviews that the glowing references were all richly deserved. The apartment is lovely, bright and spacious with fabulous views. It's very well equipped and as others have said , Victoria could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Had a great stay and have already booked for 2016.

Ocean View Apartment is a truly fabulous place to stay. Well positioned to view the Ocean and people-watch all day! The huge terrace is spectacular, with dining table and chairs, parasol, cute outside lights and 2 comfortable sun loungers. The residential neighbourhood is clean, respectable, quiet and not touristy at all. El Medano town is within easy walking distance, with a large Hiperdino and other smaller supermarkets, to keep you stocked up! The apartment is spotless and wonderfully equipped and Victoria, our host, has put a lot of thought into making it a home from home. Communication was brilliant and we were sorry to leave, but will hopefully return! Thank you Victoria for a memorable holiday

excellent place

We had a great stay in this apartment. Our host Victoria was very kind and helpful. The view is great, and location is not far away from the small town el medano with restaurants and shops. parking in the underground is very handy. Some wind can be expected here as it's a well known kite-surf zone, but it was ok during our stay, and very sunny ! We hope to come back soon :-)

ALMOST PERFECT !!

Loved el Medano would return in a heartbeat such a laid-back resort so much going on. Ocean View apartment had everything we needed and a fantastic aspect. Victoria, Trish & Yaya couldn't have been more helpful. You can book this apartment with absolute confidence.

Return Visit for Christmas and New Year

Our second visit did not disappoint! Improvements to shower room much appreciated as was new TV. Lovely apartment, spectacular view and both Victoria and Yaya could not have been more helpful. Hoping to book again soon so don't want to tell everyone how nice this is!!!

Super penthouse apartment

Superb apartment with everything you need while on holiday - full kitchen facilities, super shower, spacious sitting room. Front balcony was massive and offered wonderful views of all the ocean activities - great to watch the surfers. Victoria was extremely helpful, meeting us on arrival and giving us general overview of the area and arranging taxi for us on department - allowing us to stay in apartment til we were due to leave at 4.45pm.

My wife and l arrived at the apartment and were met by Victoria. As usual we were given a warm welcome. As this was our second visit to the apartment we knew what to expect. The apartment is spotless and caters for your every need.We see it as a home from home and the views from the large balcony are spectacular. Shops,bars and restaurants are a stone throw away.Everything is supplied to make your stay a special one, Victoria even supplies you with a wheeled shopping trolley to make shopping easier, whats not to like.

Great Apartment

The apartment was better than the photos, particularly the balcony where we spent most of our time. It was spotlessly clean, everything worked beautifully and Victoria was a very helpful host. It is maybe 10 minutes walk from the centre, but its all flat and mostly along the seafront. The upside of that is the peace and quiet and the sound of the ocean which I am still missing! Would not hesitate to book this apartment again, thanks Victoria.

Perfect

We had a fantastic week. The penthouse balcony is not overlooked so you can catch some rays in privacy. The area is very chilled and relaxed. The apartment is in a perfect location for all the beaches and restaurants. Victoria wad a fantastic host and amazingly helpful. She even left a welcome package pf red wine, fruit and choclate which was very nice. The apartment is 17 euro taxi away from airport. Perfect

Lovely lovely stay!

Victoria was a lovely and gracious host. She was incredibly flexible when we were late getting in and was kind enough to make sure that we had bottled water and some light snacks on arrival as we had had a very very long journey.The apartment was immaculate, clean, spacious, and well appointed. The beds are firm mattresses, but in excellent condition, which was great as I had a back injury. The balcony is large and bright and a lovely place to sit out. Proximity to the beach is fantastic as are the views. The car parking was convenient and the location overall could not have been better.We can only recommend Victoria incredibly highly and grateful for her hosting our stay.Many thanks!

Wonderful condo

Fabulous area in the lovely little town of Medano. The condo overlooks the ocean on one side & you have a view of the mountains in the other. My friend and I each had our own room and the condo was equipped with everything one could need. We were able to park our rental car in the secure garage, and felt very safe. It’s an easy walk to the town center of the great town of Medano! The location of the condo was only 12 minutes from the south airport, with easy access to the main highway to get to other parts of the beautiful island. The owner, Victoria, met us on arrival & was very pleasant and helpful! We had a glorious time in Tenerife and were extremely pleased with the condo and location!

Brilliant

Victoria was v helpful when she met us outside to show us in, explained how most things worked ie TV, hob etc, maybe a bit of info on how to use the washing machine but managed it eventually, the balcony is a real advantage as it is v big, the two cleaners were excellent and so proficient at their job,a little bit out of town but you get used to it supermarket was not far away and there is a small dialprix just up the road at the del mar hotel, views over the sea was great and you can watch the surfers etc, overall a very peaceful and pleasant stay, and Victoria even managed to arrange our taxi back to the airport and made sure that it turned up.

great apartment!

The location of this apartment is terrific, as is the huge balcony. El Medano is a very relaxed, unspoilt small town with some good bars and restaurants. However, after reading previous reviews before we went, it seemed the noise from aeroplanes was not a problem - but it is a great problem. We were very sleep deprived throughout our holiday as the planes are on a flight path right over the apartment. They were not a problem in the day of course, as we were up and out and about, but be warned, you will not have a decent nights sleep during your holiday. We appreciate it is not Victoria's fault, but feel it is something you should be aware of.

Sorry to hear you experience disturbances from airplanes. We find guests don't generally have an issue with this. But, I guess everyone experiences things differently. It could have also been a particularly busy time of the year for the airport?

Fabulous Apartment!

This is a really fabulous apartment! From booking I had good communication, with all queries answered in a timely manner. Victoria met us at the apartment and showed us round, explaining how everything worked. The apartment is very spacious with quality appliances and a very comfortable bed and furnishing, plus a fabulous shower with lovely constant hot water. The views from the spacious terrace are incredible and I loved getting into bed with the patio doors open, being lulled to sleep by the sound of the sea - absolute heaven! The apartment is around a 10 minute walk to the lovely main square and town of El Medano which has a good selection of restaurants and bars, and another lovely beach. Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to problems at home, and Victoria was really helpful with the inconvenience this caused me. I highly recommend Victoria's apartment and would return in a heartbeat.

Victoria est une hôte tres agréable gentille,, elle vous accueille avec un magnifique sourire vous explique tout ce qui a savoir sur l' appart,, garage etc.. appart tres bien équipé il manque rien.Une vue magnifique sur la mer tres bien situé dans 1 résidence privée.Pt bemol les avions mais on les oublies très vite. Très bonnes literies.. Wi-Fi bonne..Bilan:Super semaine... et encore merci Victoria pour pour votre dispo et pour le départ à 6h30 avec votre bonne humeur. Hésitez pas pour la location...

Tout y est : la grande terrasse vue mer, l'accès immédiat à la plage, la propreté et les équipements de l'appartement, le calme, la disponibilité de Victoria, et le professionnalisme et la gentillesse des femmes de ménages, qui lors d'un séjour long viennent chaque semaine.
