L'emplacement est tout simplement superbe - sortez du jardin et vous êtes à deux pas des plus beaux villages toscans et ombriens. Très paisible - mais aussi à proximité de deux très bons pubs qui servent de la bonne nourriture. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, une salle à manger confortable et un salon séparé. Machine à laver, douche extérieure et jeux pour enfants à portée de main. Il y a aussi des transats et des fauteuils pour le jardin

Beautiful house with excellent pool

Beautiful house surrounded by large and secluded garden. Huge pool suited everyone’s needs in party ranging in age from 7 to 78. Perfect for sitting out and eating. We had some problems due to illness before we went. Owners were exceptionally helpful in dealing with these and made our stay perfect. Pool and grounds very well maintained throughout our stay. Online listing could be clearer about payment for electricity. Overall an excellent place to holiday with very helpful owners.

All we hoped for and more!

We rented for the month of October, 2024. We broke the month into 3 section of 10 days each. The first section we invited friends, 6 couples, all retried adults. The next group were nieces and nephews all adults 30 to 40 years old. The last group was brothers and sisters. Needless to say I was worried that the Property would not live up to the pictures, no worries! The property is everything we wanted and more. Perfect! We had such a good time, plenty of areas to congregate, swimming pool maintained, rooms beautifully decorated and the whole place very clean. I recommend to everyone, you won’t be disappointed. Excellent home for multiple families

This property is an excellent option for multiple families with children. We were 3 families with 6 children ranging from 2 to 12. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space and a large pool. Just outside the villa there are multiple playgrounds for the children to enjoy. The property is very clean. A little dusty in some parts due to its age, size and countryside location. Luca is fantastically responsive and friendly. A really excellent host. It was great to see Lido each day checking on the property / cleaning the pool and helping out with any questions we had. The kids loved seeing him! You definitely need a car but there is good parking availability and the nearby hilltop villages are truly stunning to visit, especially Anghiari. The 10minute walk to the pizza restaurant up the hill is off road so, if you can, it's worth it but if not then the drive is quick too. Nearest shop is a 2minute drive but quite small. Bigger shops within 10mins in Sansepolcro. We arranged for a chef to cook for us one evening. I highly recommend but do it earlier in the week as the leftovers will last for days!! Definitely worth returning with big groups again.

Das Anwesen ist einfach toll! Der Pool ist unschlagbar, wir haben ihn auch Ende September super nutzen können. Die Villa ist super, wir waren 9 Personen und haben uns alle wohl gefühlt! Die Zimmer sind alle super und jeder hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer oben hatten auch alle gut Platz, nur der TV ist für die Größe des Raumes etwas klein. Die Küche hat zwei Kühlschränke, so kriegt man alles gut unter. Allerdings fehlen in der Küche ein paar Küchenutensilien, wie normale Messer, Topfdeckel. Und Teller und Tassen waren bei 9 Personen recht knapp. Wir haben draußen, wie auch drinnen gut zusammen frühstücken und Abendessen können. Den Grill haben wir auch gut benutzt.Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub in der Villa!

Lovely villa with all amenities, delightful host family who did everything to make our stay enjoyable & comfortable. Very sad to have to leave such a beautiful part of Italy. Hope to return!

Semplicemente straordinario!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa fantastica villa in compagnia di un gruppo di amici. Il posto è fantastico, molto spazioso e tranquillo. Avevamo con noi 2 bambini piccoli e la casa si presta a lasciarli liberi di giocare in tutta sicurezza. La piscina è enorme e lo spazio attorno oltre ad essere molto curato trasmette pace e relax. La famiglia Palazzeschi è stata gentilissima e super disponibile, dai primi messaggi con la dr. Osanna fino all'accoglienza, alle indicazioni sul posto durante la nostra permanenza e alla manutenzione fatta quotidianamente da Lido in modo discreto e accurato. Della casa siamo stati tutti entusiasti, offre grandi spazi interni e camere climatizzate tutte molto silenziose e arredate in pieno stile del casale toscano. La posizione anche se isolata è vicina ai principali centri, 10 min. da San Sepolcro e 30 min. da Arezzo dove si possono trovare tutti i servizi necessari ma ci sono molti piccoli borghi nelle vicinanze raggiungibili velocemente che meritano di essere visti come Citerna, Anghiari, Monterchi ecc. Speriamo in futuro di poter ritornare in questo posto straordinario!

Excellent in every way

Villa lay out and furnishings perfect for adults and kids. Yard, pool, and recreation area ample for big family gatherings. Owners available daily for villa questions and local restaurant and historical site info. Area cook is excellent for onsite big family meal preparation. Italy at its best!

A beautiful and historic villa in the heart of Tuscany

Cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience at Villa Ferraguzzo was. Starting with the proximity to Anghiari and major towns, we had access to many of the major sites in the area. The Villa itself was beautiful, from the ride through the main gates towards the luxurious swimming pool or along the cypress avenue towards the forest Our group of 14 were very comfortable and in a trip to Italy full of highlights, this was very high on the list.Luca provides very comprehensive and helpful information both about the property and the surrounding area. It is a beautiful family home

AMAZING VILLA HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Lido Ferraguzzo- is very kind and considerate. The villa Padronale 's amazing and extremely clean. The view from the apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures. The extraordinary pool is very nice: Lido cleans every day. For children a paradise, many games, trampoline, swings, ping pong ... Highly recommend!

Wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool

Sehr schönes Haus mit geräumigen Zimmern. Die Gartenanlage ist super gepflegt und auch der Pool wird jeden Abend gereinigt. Grill vorhanden. Küche in einem guten Zustand, alles ist vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Besitzer super freundlich, Kontakt vor Anreise bereits bestens. Zu empfehlen!

Excellent holiday

We were a group of 8 adults and had a fantastic holiday at this villa. The bedrooms are really comfortable and it was good to have so many bathrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, very well cared for. Luca, the owner, was really helpful when we needed advice but not intrusive in anyway. A fabulous villa, location an holiday and we would thoroughly recommend it!

Dream Villa in Beautiful Setting

Our group of two families absolutely loved this large villa. Plenty of space for everyone young and old to spread out. We spent most of our time in the large pool or sitting at the long table on the terrace playing yahtzee and sampling the area's wonderful produce. One evening we had a chef cook for us and it was fantastic - like eating at a restaurant, but at the villa and with no washing up to do! The beautifully furnished bedrooms are all very spacious with their own bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained, with the added bonus of air conditioning which is charged separately, but extremely reasonable assuming you don't have it on 24/7. The mosquitoes were our only bother so take some plug-ins and insect repellent with you. The owners pop round every day and are available to organise just about anything you can think of, which included booking our table at the local pizzeria for our first and last nights (highly recommended but go early to catch the view over the valley). The level of care and attention is second-to-none and the best we've received on any trip. The setting is really pretty and although rural it's still convenient for day trips to nearby villages and towns (10 to 20 minutes), even cities if you are prepared to travel for an hour or two. We visited Citerna, Sansepolcro and Anghiari during our stay and loved their old world charm. The young adults in our group went to Rome for the day by train from Arezzo (journey time and prices vary greatly though so check ahead of time as to which service suits you). Supermarkets are also an easy drive, and the nearest town of Fighille is walk-able. It has a small supermarket and bar/cafe which we frequented on more than one occasion! All in all we had a fabulous relaxing time at the villa and no one wanted to leave. The children in the group absolutely loved the pool and one of our quieter teenagers declared it was 'the best holiday villa ever!'. We will all have a soft spot for this part of Italy and have fond memories to keep of our Italian holiday in Villa Ferraguzzo.

absolutely great place!

very nice and spacious house, many bath rooms, huge kitchen, 3 refrigerators, (very) large swimming pool, Lucca and Lido took very well care of us +looked after pool and garden + helped us with all we needed. Rooms upstairs could benefit of AC (but the weater was terribly hot with temperatures of 35-40°). IN SUMMARY: WE CAN STRONGLY (!) RECOMMEND THIS PLACE We can strongly recommend this place.

Excellent House, Owners. Great experience

This was our third year sharing a vacation home with our friends. There were 6 children and 4 adults all together. The house was spacious to accommodate all of us very comfortably. The kitchen well equipped. There is a enough space for the kids to run about freely and even a football post within the vicinity, as well as a play ground. The BEST part of the house, was the pool, cleaned daily. Beautiful and reasonably sizable , deep enough on the deep end for the kids to dive in. The owners do not interfere at all but do come by daily so one can always ask for assistance or get tips. I would highly recommend this place and would consider visiting again. Many many thanks Luca and Lido for the wonderful week and delicious cake. They even baked us a fresh cake one night for dessert, and it was delicious.

Fabulous rural farmhouse

This villa really does live up to it's description, with it's large gardens, fabulous swimming pool and excellent accommodation. The pool was kept spotlessly clean and the gardens were well attended. The villa had lots of space and the bedrooms were all of a large size so were reasonably cool even though there was no air-conditioning. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a real luxury. The villa was cleaned to a high standard after one week, with all the bedding and towels being changed, including the pool towels of which there were plenty. A car is essential for this property but it is well located to visit many interesting places within a couple of hours drive. The owners are fantastic and extremely helpful, with advice on where to visit, solving any small issues (flat tyres on the bike or broken light bulb), even taking my boys on a tractor ride! We enjoyed a traditional Tuscan meal cooked by the owners which was fabulous and excellent value. We rented this villa between 3 groups of friends, with the children ranging from 5 - 18 and all thought it suited their needs. Would highly recommend this accommodation for large groups of family or friends.

Great place to spend the vacation!

We had an absolute fabulous time at Villa Ferraguzza. Me and my family (We, 6 adults and 6 kids) had a great time in the heart of Tuscany. The house and rooms was well equiped and clean. The large pool was great for sunny warm days. And the area had many little villages close by for an afternoon/evening dining or drink. Luca and Lido offers the best service and I can reccomend to spend your holiday at Villa Ferraguzzo. Joel and Viktor loved driving the tractor...:) //Lotta
