Ferme toscane magnifiquement restaurée - grande piscine et terrasse, vues fantastiques

Cette ferme vieille de 120 ans a été restaurée à un niveau trÚs élevé, avec de nombreuses caractéristiques originales telles que des sols en terre cuite et des poutres apparentes, ainsi que des salles de bains et une cuisine modernes. Dehors, il y a une pergola ombragée avec des tables à manger et des siÚges pour 14 personnes, et une grande terrasse ensoleillée, menant directement à une piscine de 12x6 mÚtres (environ 40x20 pieds). Situé sur 2 hectares d'oliviers, de figuiers et de cerisiers, Covivoli offre une vue magnifique et ininterrompue sur les collines toscanes vers Caprese Michelangelo, lieu de naissance du célÚbre sculpteur, peintre, architecte et poÚte.

La maison est situĂ©e dans l'est de la Toscane, prĂšs de la frontiĂšre avec l'Ombrie, et Ă  proximitĂ© des belles villes historiques de Caprese Michelangelo, Anghiari et Sansepolcro. À proximitĂ© se trouvent d'autres villes cĂ©lĂšbres, telles que PĂ©rouse, Arezzo et Cortone, et (un peu plus loin mais toujours accessible en une journĂ©e) Assise, Montepulciano, Florence et Sienne.

Covivoli fait une retraite de campagne parfaite pour partir à la découverte et explorer, ou simplement passer la journée à la villa en toute tranquillité. La maison, la piscine et les terrasses sont exclusivement à l'usage de nos clients et offrent un cadre paisible et privé. Choisissez parmi les visites touristiques, une excursion dans l'un des nombreux marchés locaux ou une soirée dans l'un des nombreux superbes restaurants locaux, ou détendez-vous simplement sur la terrasse en profitant de la vue, du soleil et d'une bouteille de vin local.

Covivoli dispose de 3 chambres doubles, 1 chambre lits jumeaux et un deuxiÚme salon avec un canapé-lit de bonne qualité, pouvant accueillir confortablement 10 adultes. Il y a 2 lits de voyage pour bébés et 2 matelas simples de rechange, donc Covivoli peut accueillir un maximum de 12-14 personnes / enfants / bébés. Nous avons souvent des groupes composés de 2 ou 3 familles avec enfants, mais avons également accueilli des groupes d'amis à la recherche d'un endroit magnifique pour célébrer un anniversaire ou un anniversaire spécial.

Nous offrons une gamme de services supplémentaires, tous organisés par notre directeur de maison, Chris (qui est anglais et vit avec sa femme italienne dans le village voisin de Caprese), notamment:

Rigtigt dejligt hus, grund og beliggenhed.Poolen er god stor og med gode parasoller.Fantastisk udsigt fra pool omrÄde og husets lÊkre store terrasse.Alt var som hÄbet og vÊrterne var nemme at fÄ fat pÄ og kommunikere med.KÞkkenet har hvad man skal bruge og vi lavede mad mange gange. Sehr schönes Haus, absolut empfehlenswert

Das Haus liegt traumhaft, etwas abgelegen in sehr schöner Natur eingebettet. Alles sauber und technisch in Ordnung. BÀder ausgesprochen schön, Betten bequem. Sehr schöner Pool mit verschiedenen Tiefen, Aussenbereich ausgezeichnet. Die Betreuung vor Ort von Chris war sehr gut. Wir haben das Essen mit dem Chef im Haus gebucht, es ist sehr zu empfehlen. Tischtennisplatte mit vielen SchlÀgern vorhanden. Im Haus etliche Gesellschaftsspiele da. Viele gute Restaurants im nÀheren Umkreis. Wer Trubel möchte, ist hier nicht richtig.

The house with the perfect pergola & view

Thank you for this experience Gareth & Kate (&Chris) - a lovely house far away from the city stress perfect to spend time with dear friends. Our stay was when the first heat wave hit, and in order to be able to sleep calmly with the windows open it would have been even better with mosquito nets. But besides this little thing everything was perfect.

Lovely property in beautiful location

We were 8 adults and loved our stay here. Pool is large and warm. Great accommodation. Good sized table outside for eating at. Very good communication before we went and property manager on hand if we needed anything during the stay. There are some lovely hilltop towns within 30 mins of the property, Arezzo is an hour away and there are restaurants and a supermarket 10 mins away. Can thoroughly recommend!!

Joy in the green heart of Italy

Beautiful house with stunning view

We (two families with grown up kids) had a lovely time in Covivoli. Beautiful house, kitchen well equipped, great pool, wonderful shady terrace. Not a very touristic area, which is a plus to us. Aghiari and Arezzo nice cities for a short visit and/or a nice meal.

Toskanaurlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe zu 8. im Ferienhaus und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Bereits im Voraus war die Kommunikation mit dem Ansprechpartner Chris unkompliziert und so buchten wir bereits zuhause eine Weinprobe im Haus. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war super, und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll war der Außensitz mit einer langen Tafel. Was bei 4 PĂ€rchen schade war, war dass das kleinste Zimmer kein Doppelbett hatte. Die Lage des Hauses war wunderschön, gleichzeitig etwas weit abgelegen von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder StĂ€dten zur Besichtigung. Dennoch hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub und wĂŒrden zu jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

A short idyllic break

We’ve returned to this property many many times over the years, which should tell you every you need to know about how much we enjoy it here. It’s in a great location with lots of towns nearby to visit or should you just want to sit on the terrace and look at the view, you won’t tire of it.

Beautiful rural Tuscan experience

We had a wonderful stay at Covivole - a fantastic farmhouse that has been lovingly restored and was the prefect space for a group of 10 (2 families) with modern facilities - the kitchen was very well stocked. The house was spotlessly clean, it has a rustic charm and all rooms have wonderful views. The Beds are very comfortable including the sofabed so we could sleep 10. But of course it’s the outside space that makes this holiday home and we were not disappointed - even better than the photos, with a huge vine covered terrace over a large dining table and far reaching views into the fields and hills beyond. Sunrise and sunset were both stunning times of the day. The pool is superb - very very large and more than enough space for swimming and mucking about for 2 families with older teenagers. There are plenty of sun beds and one large parasol. Lovely gardens and we stocked up on insect spray which is always needed in the countryside! Chris the housekeeper was on hand and helped us out immediately with a few issues , as well as giving us great recommendations of things to do and places to visit. A car was a must for exploring Tuscany and into Umbria or Emilia-Romagna - with some beautiful hilltop towns within easy reach and hiking /forests to explore. We also took a trip to the Adriatic coast - 90 minutes to drive there - but it was totally worth the effort. Thankyou Gareth, Kate and Chris - we will definitely recommend your wonderful farmhouse !

Special place

We all had a lovely week at Covivoli. The weather was hot, but the vine-covered terrace gave us plenty of shade, and the pool was delightful! Both the children ( aged 2 and 6) loved it! There are also plenty of good quality fans to keep the house cool. The views from the house are stunning and the location is so peaceful. Yet the supermarket in Pieve Santo Stefano is only 10 minutes away and is well stocked. There are several short flights of stairs which could be a bit of a challenge for a small toddler, but our little lad managed fine. Everything is very well organised by Gareth and Kate who supplied an abundance of information about the house and locality which we found very helpful. Also, thank you for the wine, it was delicious! We’d particularly like to thank Chris, the property manager who was always on hand if we had any queries, responded very promptly and was extremely kind and helpful. We would definitely like to pay a return visit to Covivoli!

Beautiful Hide-away in the Tuscan Hills

We spent a very nice and relaxing week at Covivoli. Although the house is a bit older than it looks on the pictures, it is very well equipped and the kitchen is quite modern. The pergola is a dream. There is lots of natural shadow (it was very hot end of June) and there is enough space under the Pergola for the Children to play. Also it has a great view on the surrounding hills and fields. Very quite nighborhood in the middle of nature. The pool is very nice and big and we spent most of the time there. One of the two umbrellas was broken when we arrived and also the pool cover broke probably long ago and should be replaced. Apart from that, the stay was just amazing and everything was perfect. Caprese Michelangelo is very close and we had a very good Pizza and delicious ice cream at the local "Sportsbar". We would definitely recommend this place to everyone who likes a week of dolce far niente.

Tuscan bliss

Covivoli is the most magical place, we had a wonderful two weeks there. The house is great, but the outside area and the view is what makes this house particularly special. The covered area at the back of the house is magical, vines growing up and a perfect table where we ate all our meals, with views for absolutely miles. The pool is fantastic, and a lovely big area around the pool, which is perfect for playing with kids. The house is really well equipped, so there was nothing else we could have possibly needed. Gareth was really quick to respond all my messages, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and the house manager Chris was amazing. So kind and helpful, he popped round to do the pool twice a week, and was on hand to answer all questions and make sure we had the best possible holiday. A big, big, thank you!

We had a wonderful time in an amazing house! The equipment and the conditions are great! Also the point of contact is absolutely helpful and very kind. Day trips around the house are the best to do and then chilling in this great pool. Calming down for a week in this perfect place I can recommend!
