Une maison à la campagne proche des plus belles villes d'art, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Citerna, Arezzo. Le jardin avec une grande piscine est clôturé et très sécuritaire pour les enfants. Le grand salon avec des portes vitrées donne sur le porche, vous pourrez vous détendre à l'ombre de la maison ou écouter de la musique ou dîner en plein air près du BBQ. Pour les journées chaudes, le soulagement des chambres fraîches avec air conditionné. Les chambres disposent toutes d'une salle de bain indépendante avec sèche-cheveux, douche ou baignoire. Les lits sont grands et confortables, le linge de contone.

Spacious villa in quiet location

We stayed in Villa Padronale which had 7 bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area was great - lovely green lawns and a big private pool plus access to football field, table tennis and boules close by. The local area has many interesting small towns worth visiting and not too touristy. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped for self catering (although a sharp kitchen knife would be useful and we had to ask for baking dishes which were then supplied) and having 2 fridges was very helpful. Our hosts were very welcoming and responsive to any requests.

Family birthday celebration

Villa exceeded our expectations spacious, well equipped, fantastic location even better than the photos. Pool and gardens tended every day but done very discreetly. Bedding and towels changed mid our 2 week stay and bathrooms cleaned. Electricity extra and paid at end of stay. Luca and his family very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Villa in a great location with easy access to lovely villages and towns. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Thank you Luca and family for renting your Villa to us.

Really a paradise, but can still be better.

We were a family of 13 persons living here for one week in May 2024. The whole property is very nice and well maintained. But there are some greenery on the tiles outside the house, and when it is raining it gets very slippery. One lady in our group fell and broke her ancle - so this greenery is important to remove. For all the rest - highly recommended.

Très jolie et spacieuse maison

La maison est totalement conforme aux photos. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le soleil escompté, presque toute la semaine a été grise mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de découvrir cette superbe région. Osanna et son mari, les propriétaires, sont extrêmement sympathiques et très disponibles, un grand merci à eux.

Nous avons pu découvrir une belle maison, grande et confortable, située sur une très belle propriété permettant de varier les activités de plein air. La piscine, longue de 18 m, est très agréable et bien entretenue. La campagne environnante est paisible, et se prête à des promenades pédestres. Les propriétaires sont attentifs et disponibles. Donc tout est réuni pour partir dans les meilleures conditions à la découverte de la Toscane ! Benoit

Una certezza

Siamo ritornati in questa struttura dopo la fantastica esperienza del 2021 e riconfermiamo ancora una volta la soddisfazione di poter soggiornare in una villa che offre tutte le comodità immaginabili. La fam. Palazzeschi è sempre super gentile e disponibile, gli spazi sono enormi e i bambini possono giocare in tutta sicurezza. Le camere climatizzate, la cucina attrezzata, il porticato per le cene in compagnia, la piscina, la zona bbq sono tutti spazi curati che permettono il massimo del relax. Un grazie ancora a Osanna, Lido e Luca per il servizio offerto. Chissà, magari in futuro ci rincontreremo ancora!

Wir haben mit Familie und Freunden eine Woche traumhaften Urlaub in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Zimmer im Haus sind grosszügig, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Am grossen Pool haben wir wunderbare Erholung und Abkühlung genossen, der Pool wurde auch täglich gereinigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, grosszügig und hilfsbereit. Unsere Kinder haben den separaten Spielplatz sehr genossen. Einkauf und alle Infrastrukturen sind in naher Umgebung zu finden. Alles in allem eine super Woche, gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

We spent 1 week in the Villa. We enjoyed the big pool, the possibility to eat outside and the big garden. There are supermarkets and a restaurant close to the Villa. The barbecue isn't close to the kitchen and we didn't find the pool table and the fitness room. All in all we spent a great time there, thank you Luca.

Stunning Tuscan villa

This villa is amazing! Our combined family of 12 ( ranging from 1-57years) have had beautiful holiday. The owners are passionate about ensuring theirs guest have maximum comfort . OUR FANTASTIC SUMMER HOLIDAY 2011

Last autumn my wife and I started talking about the summer holiday 2011. We started looking for a house to rent in Tuscany and she found Villa Ferraguzzo by “accident”. This villa looked too good to be true but she submitted a price request immediately. This villa was just what we had in mind as the whole family, ourselves, our two sons and their families, wanted to go. Three flats with seven bedrooms meant that we also could have visitors. Arriving in Rome in the afternoon and heading north towards Villa Ferraguzzo in the dark was a new experience as the road signs and the GPS didn’t marry up as expected. At 2 o’clock in the morning we arrived Villa Ferraguzzo. Luca and his dad Lido were waiting for us and gave us a warm welcome. Waking up the next day was nothing else but fantastic! The villa, the garden, the pool, the surrounding areas, everything was beyond our expectations. The photos on their website do not serve the villa right! It took us a couple of days to wind down and to understand that we were as close to heaven as we possibly could be still being alive. It is a quiet place and the only noise that could be heard was a few cars on the road close by and some tractors out on the field. We heard the birds singing and the wind blowing gently in the trees. Our grandchildren had a fantastic time, mainly in the pool, enjoying every second of our two weeks stay. If you are looking for a place to recharge your batteries, Villa Ferraguzzo can be recommended! Villa Ferraguzzo even has its own restaurant in the adjacent building. This restaurant is open on request and they served very good typical Italian food. Luca and his dad Lido doesn’t know the word no. They are doing whatever possible to make the holiday as comfortable as possible. Whatever your request is, they fix it. They were around every day, either to make sure that the stay was as perfect as possible or to cut the lawn, clean the pool or any other maintenance required. Luca organize whatever you want to do, either a trip to see all the fantastic towns in the surrounding areas, a course to learn how to make Italian pizza or anything else such as a visit to a wine producer in Chianti. Luca did also organize a taxi to Arezzo and the train for the departure of our friends. Thank you Luca and Lido, you brought our holiday experience to a whole new level! We will be back without a shadow of a doubt!

Fantastico!!!

We stayed 12 days at Ferraguzzo and had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect! The villa is well maintained. The rooms are all beautifully appointed and very spacious. The pool and outside grounds were spotless. Luca and Lido were wonderful hosts and were very helpful with each and every request. Our son is in a wheelchair and the villa is quite accessible! We had 11 people in our group and Ferraguzzo has plenty of space for everyone!! I would recommend this beautiful villa to everyone! We look forward to a return visit!! Grazie Luca e Lido!!!

Mon fils Luc et moi avons décidé de rénover cette belle maison de campagne, qui est situé au milieau de la ferme.
Nous aimons organiser des fêtes, accompagner les voyages de nos clients, préparer des dîners.
La maison est spéciale pour nous, elle était la maison de nos grands-parents, et avant celle de leurs grands-parents.
Voilà pourquoi nous avons décidé de faire revivre nos souvenirs dans les chambres spacieuses, dans la cuisine au rez de chaussée, sur le porticato.
