L'emplacement idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et s'amuser, notre adorable chalet de plage situĂ© au cƓur de Rehoboth Beach avec 2 places de stationnement rĂ©servĂ©es (2 permis de stationnement de rue Ă©galement disponibles). À un court pĂątĂ© de maisons de la plage et au coin des meilleurs restaurants et magasins, vous ĂȘtes littĂ©ralement Ă  quelques pas du meilleur Rehoboth a Ă  offrir et la meilleure partie est que vous n'aurez jamais besoin de dĂ©placer votre voiture!

Le Cottage comprend deux espaces de salon avec canapĂ© et chaises confortables, tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, internet sans fil et lecteur DVD. Notre cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec toutes les commoditĂ©s dont vous avez besoin pour faire un excellent repas. Le chalet peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  14 personnes dans quatre chambres Ă  coucher, toutes avec des lits confortables: la chambre n ° 1 avec un lit queen dans la chambre principale; Chambre n ° 2 un lit double et lits superposĂ©s (2 lits simples) Chambre n ° 3 2 lits simples Chambre n ° 4 2 lits simples. Il y a aussi un canapĂ©-lit de taille Queen dans le salon principal et un futon complet dans le second salon (qui offre une bonne quantitĂ© d'intimitĂ©!) La maison dispose d'une climatisation centrale et de ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre, plus une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur, une douche extĂ©rieure est Ă©galement situĂ©e en face de la maison et un gril Ă  gaz dans la cour. La cuisine: - Grille-pain - Micro-ondes - PoĂȘle et four - RĂ©frigĂ©rateur - Vaisselle de table - Four - Lave-linge et sĂšche-linge Notre maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'Ă  14 personnes. Host was very quick to answer questions- and very accommodating-

Perfect location with young children/ grandchildren- the “ cottage” was perfect and as described- the host was most accommodating, as we were able to check in a couple hours early as we were arriving from 3 different states! Absolutely perfect vacation spot!

Great cottage for families with kids

This property was accurately described in the online materials. It is a large, well-kept cottage which seems to be two “apartments” combined. Kitchen was quite adequately equipped for cooking. The host allowed us to check-in early. Quiet, but Very convenient to the beach and shops. We appreciated the outdoor shower to clean sand off the children. I would definitely stay again!

Best location!

Emma was especially pleasant and helpful and is among the best hosts we’ve worked with. The house and apartment (we rented both) had everything we needed for a good vacation. The location was just perfect—a short walk to the beach and good restaurants. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Late Summer Weekend

House is great! Great location and everything we needed for a great weekend. Emma was very communicative and provided us with everything we needed. Parking situation was easy. Two spots in the driveway and two parking passes for street parking. Would definitely stay again.

Great place!

We are very happy with our stay at this VRBO. Short walk to the beach but just a tick away so crowds going there were not bad at all. Place was clean and had plenty of space for our clan of 14. 3 bathrooms was a plus for sure! Owner was very helpful and communicated with me whenever I had a question. Would recommend for sure!

Perfect for our family and loved the location

We couldn’t have asked for a better situation with two properties on the same lot for our family reunion trip! Proximity to the beach was just awesome. Only complaint was the kitchen has a problem with ants.

Perfect Beach Stay

We had a family of 8 stay and it was the perfect spot. It is a block from the beach and a couple of blocks to excellent shops/restaurants. This is an excellent area for kids of all ages!

Great location and hosts, but tight quarters.

The location was excellent. The property was great for the kids since there wasn't alot of stuff around that could break. Not so great for those with limited mobility. I thought we could manage with the steps outside, but it was difficult to get around with a walker. The host was very accommodating, with no real problems. If you can get around easily and you are looking for a place that is in a great location and not too formal, this was great.

Great house close to beach!

Pros: 1. Phenomenal location. Close to beach, boardwalk, Rehoboth Avenue. Couldn't ask for a better location. 2. Very responsive owners. We had a couple of minor issues and they responded quickly. 3. Clean house, reasonably well-stocked kitchen, and enough space for four adults and four teenagers. 4. Quiet neighborhood, which is surprising considering how close it is to the boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue 5. Great outside shower - we liked it better than the inside shower. 6. Nice screened porch. Cons: 1. House is nothing fancy. It was clean, etc., but this is not the granite countertop vacation house of your dreams. 2. There was enough room but it was kinda tight at times. 3. So-so lighting, which I wouldn't mention except it rained one day. It was kind of dreary inside. 4. The actual location of the property is odd. It's well off the street and right next to other units. It looks like it was dropped into place, like a barracks. The bottom line is everything involves compromise. If you prize a good location and don't mind a basic cottage, this place is the best. We absolutely loved the location - it really made our trip to be able to just walk to the beach or shops any time we wanted. If you want the granite countertops, etc., then you're either going to have to get something farther away or pay upwards of 50-75% more. If you're truly rich, then you probably won't be interested in this place b/c you'll pay $10-12,000 per week for a truly fancy house without blushing. For the rest of us, this place was great.

Perfect spot

Perfect spot near the beach, with plenty of space. Neat outdoor showers make it easy to have a beach day. Walking distance to everything on the boardwalk and only 15 min drive to Lewes and other neat beaches.

Excellent location. Adorable space.

The cottage has large bedrooms with ample sleeping space and the kitchen has everything you could use. The location is just a block from the boardwalk....so perfect. Everything was easy about reserving the cottage, checking in and out. Will definitely return!

Family reunion in Rehoboth

Great location for our stay in Rehoboth. Close to beach/boardwalk. All ages enjoyed aspects of this location. Owners were very responsive and house accommodated our families very well.

Lovely beach home with nice kitchen, lots of seating, screened porch. Everything was clean and in good working order. Owners very responsive to questions beforehand, very smooth process. Highly recommend.
