The dining room has seating for 8-10+ and additional sitting space for two at the island. Also on the first floor, a full bathroom with shower, washer/dryer, and access to the backyard.

SECOND FLOOR: Two large upstairs bedrooms - one with Queen and full-sized crib, the other two Queen beds and a full-sized crib. Shared full bath.
