A delightful apartment, close to the thriving seaside town of Newquay and itâs many beaches, and ideal for exploring the beautiful North Cornwall coast.. 10 steps to entrance.

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only, sorry no hen or stag parties.. Set within a private and secluded location, yet within walking distance close to some of the countryâs most popular beaches, you will find this stylish apartment, ideal for a family, and recently refurbished throughout for Summer 2022 and new boiler added in 2023. It provides the ideal base from which to explore not only the vibrant town of Newquay and itâs countless attractions, but the North Cornwall coastline, including seaside gems such as Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac and Boscastle to name but a few.
The apartment boasts an open-plan living area with a bright, spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen has all you need, with many new appliances and plenty of workspace. There is a dedicated dining area and space to relax, including stylish black sofas (a 2 and 3 seater), and 55" TV. The décor throughout is bright and crisp. The two bedrooms provide a haven to relax and drift into peaceful sleep; one with an excellent kingsize bed with en-suite featuring bath with shower over. The second bedroom is again furnished with twin beds, whilst there is a family bathroom too. Being so near to iconic Fistral Beach, you have sea and beach views, yet with wonderful privacy you can still relax, unwind and recharge. With a dedicated private parking space, you can walk to many of the attractions or shops and leave your car behind.
There are many family-friendly beaches, with stretches of golden sand, rock formations, secluded inlets and coves all waiting to be discovered. At low tide, the unlimited supply of rock pools provide endless fun and excitement for children of all ages. Discover the superb all-weather aquarium, the zoo and harbour, with its fishing fleet of colourful boats, or visit the many shops and restaurants; this amazing place has something for every day of your stay.
