Set within your own separate chalet bungalow you’ll have ,kitchen,shower room,privacy throughout and own entrance-We’re very close to great beaches and local amenities but also a very quiet area.
You can drive right outside so easy parking
Its very quiet and the outdoor area is not enclosed.
We are dog friendly but must be kept on lead outside as no contained outdoor area. Also there is no BBQ area(unfortunately vbro can’t get rid of on listing)🤔
Strictly for two people shared or into two twin beds.
for anniversaries or occasions you can contact for us to help is no problem , just message before arriving:)

Lovely property in ideal location to explore the beaches and also the centre of Newquay. Very well presented accommodation, and offered all you could need and more! Presented so well and owners could not do enough for us. Will stay again

Excellent property, great location to Newquay and all the surrounding beaches. Well equipped property and was great that there was some fresh milk in the fridge so I could have a coffee after a long journey and a few local beverages which was a lovely touch. Off road parking and as the town is within walking distance was great that I didnt need to drive everywhere. Hosts were great with communication throughout. Would highly reccomend this moderrn and lovely decorated property.

Lovely beach stay!

Stayed at St Michaels for three nights after a few days camping and it was just the tonic - great apartment and so close to Lusty Glaze beach which was amazing. Tracey and Matt were lovely hosts and left us a selection of local drinks which was a great touch.

Ideal Location

The property is ideally located - walking distance to amenities and beaches. Was in a very quiet area too, which we liked and meant no noise disturbance at all. The hosts are easily contactable if needed, but leave you be to enjoy your stay. We'll definately stay again.

Perfect Cornish Holiday

My niece and I have just had a wonderful holiday stay here. The bungalow is super clean, stylish and comfortable. The hosts Tracey and Matt, were so helpful, providing local area info for us as well as a lovely welcome basket. Will definitely return!

Daughters wedding

Fantastic property, everything you need is within it, great location, walking distance to Lusty glaze beach for daughters wedding. Nice quiet area, and the welcome gift was very much appreciated, would highly recommend this property. Within driving distance of other areas - Padstow, St Ives and walking distance of fistral beach & other lovely beaches.

Home away from home

St Michaels was the port in the storm we needed to get away from our messy kitchen refit. All our needs were catered for within the property, and the welcome cream tea, Cornish tea bags and bottles of Cornish cider, lager and bitter went down a treat. The location was perfect, as it allowed us to explore the local area. Particularly the beaches. Thanks Tracey and Matt. We will be back!

Smart Residential Property

Booked as the listing says 5 mins from Porth beach and Lusty, this is inaccurate and takes 10 mins to walk to either. Listing also states there is a hot tub which there isn’t. No secure outside area to use with a dog

Vbro glitch with hot tub as we’ve never had one…too expensive - we definitely do not have a hot tub. We explain in the description that there is a small outside area but not enclosed but understand it can get lost in all the description. we do love having fur babies stay tho:) The timings on the beach walks is put there by Vbro.. (probably google map thing)I just put the pin on where I am in the App. I’ve never actually timed it and would depend on how much Grigio I may or may not have had but still a lovely walk.. Just in case: We definitely do not have a hot tub.. We love Dogs.. thank you 🙏🏻

Perfect home

I had a lovely week staying at Tracey and Matt’s lovely home. It is in an ideal location - walking distance to many beaches (including Fistral Beach!) but in a very quiet position. Loved being able to park right outside the home, which made is very easy for me to unload and load up again. There is everything in the home for your comfort - I didn’t want for anything. Extremely friendly local people made the holiday great! I felt very safe in the home (especially being alone) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and also return myself. I hope to see you again in the not too distant future!

Fabulous accommodation

The accommodation was high modern spec, very clean, well equipped with a lovely welcoming hamper for both ourselves and the dogs. Location was very quite but local to amenities and beach. Cosy and comfortable with great communication and updates.

Perfect place to stay. Nice and quiet area

The apartment is really nice with an aesthetically pleasing decor. You feel the warmth and harmony as soon as you step in. The area is nice and quiet and literally 5 minute walk to Lusty glaze beach. Mathew and Tracey were so helpful with giving us suggestions on places to eat and visit. They gave us a lovely welcome basket which was so nice of them. Would definitely recommend!

Our names are Tracey and Matt and I’ve lived in Newquay for nearly 40 years and love it here- we have 2 children and 2 dogs and find Newquay a very easy pace of life:)

We’re very close to beaches and town so quite easy to park up outside your bungalow and just walk everywhere:)
Newquay is also ver central for visits to other towns in Cornwall
