Zinc 39 est un appartement moderne et lumineux situé au 3ème étage d'un développement d'appartements contemporains dans un superbe emplacement sur Headland Road. Il possède des baies vitrées qui rendent l'appartement lumineux et aéré avec accès à des balcons donnant sur le monument aux morts avec le chemin côtier du sud-ouest au-delà et avec une vue sur les autres plages de Newquay, ce qui en fait un endroit relaxant pour profiter de vos vacances. L'appartement se compose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains (dont une en-suite) avec un salon / cuisine ouvert. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances agréables n'est qu'à quelques pas.

L'appartement est accessible par un ascenseur et des escaliers.
Il y a une cage de stockage commune verrouillable pour les planches de surf et de bodyboard au sous-sol du bâtiment. Il y a un parking public du Conseil de Cornwall à l'arrière de la propriété avec un accès direct par étapes dans l'immeuble.

Malheureusement, les animaux ne sont pas admis et l'appartement est strictement non-fumeur

We had a fantastic stay at Zinc Apartments in Newquay. The flat was modern, clean, and really comfortable — perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better. I loved the short 5-minute walk to Sainsbury’s, with a lovely view of Towan Beach along the way, and Fistral Beach was just a stone’s throw from the apartment. Everything we needed was close by, yet the apartment felt peaceful and private. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly base in Newquay.

Excellent property close to town and all amenities with the added bonus of 4 mins to fistral beach, very clean and tidy , and you get a paid parking space for the week which was great we didn’t use the car unless we went off for the day . Highly recommend this property we will be staying again .

Lovely place to stay

The apartment was very, very clean & very well supplied with everything we could possibly need, real home from home. Beds comfortable . Beautiful property

This property is stunning and has everything you could need during your stay. It is a 5min walk to Newquay town and a choice of beaches. The property owner is lovely and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived which is great as you never want to be far from your car when all your luggage is still in there. You were also able to contact her if you needed to and communication was great. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just 300 metres from the world famous Fistral beach and a two minute walk into the centre of bustling Newquay with all its amenities. We enjoy this part of Cornwall's coastline as there are some great walks from outside of the apartment with spectacular scenic views and great waves in windy conditions .

The apartment is an excellent base from which to explore the very best that Cornwall has to offer. It's a 2 minute walk into town or to the beach and there are several fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. It is also directly opposite the wonderful Newquay golf course and very close to a number of surf schools.
