Notre charmant petit appartement se trouve au centre d’un quartier parmi les plus élégants et dynamiques de Rome. L’appartement est fabuleuse a procain de une des les places les plus anciennes et les plus belles de la ville : Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, le coeur battant du quartier. Vous vous trouverez au centre de Trastevere, un des seuls arrondissements à avoir maintenu avec ténacité un caractère romain authentique!

L'appartement est idéal pour deux personnes. Il a été magnifiquement restauré et meublé avec goût et attention pour le confort. Il se compose d'un espace mezzanine avec un lit double et petite terrasse privative, un espace salon, une petite cuisine bien équipée une grande salle de bain avec douche et une autre petite terrasse au rez-de-chaussée.

D’ici vous pourrez rejoindre, en quelques minutes à pied, le centre-ville et les principales attractions touristiques en traversant le Tibre. Idéale pour ceux qui veulent explorer la ville à vélo ou à pied, la zone est également bien connectée grâce aux transports publics. Les trams 3 et 8 sont situés sur Viale Trastevere, à quelques centaines de mètres. Avec la ligne de tram 8 vous arriverez à Piazza Venezia tandis qu’avec la ligne 3 vous pourrez rejoindre la Villa Borghese et la Valle Giulia, passant par San Lorenzo, connu pour être le quartier le plus jeune et plus éclectique de la ville.

À l'arrivée, chaque client de plus de 10 ans doit payer 6 euros par nuit pour la taxe de séjour municipale (uniquement pour le 10 premières nuits en cas de longs séjours).

The small flat was perfect for our needs as we explored Rome. The location is excellent and the availability of local foods and shops was very good. We had no trouble accommodating the staircase to reach the bed on the second floor however, I would caution anyone with mobility issues as it may be difficult for some people to navigate. The host was extremely helpful with our check-in and with arranging taxis as needed for us during our stay. We would definitely look to charm properties again if we are staying in Rome.

Charming Trastevere

We have stayed in Trastevere before so we picked a property in a familiar area. We were unfortunately meeting the host who was very accommodating. The property is very handy to all that the area has to offer although we received no recommendations. Property looks per the pictures but smaller. The stairs are not for the weak of heart. The internet works well. The shower needs to be repaired as water sprays all over the floor. The gas in the stove needs more pressure. Would recommend a list of instructions for the VRBO that we are used to seeing. Overall we put up with the inconveniences. The host was very good about arranging a taxi to airport for us on departure

Excellent location

Excellent location in Trastevere - near to, but not right next to, the action in this very busy neighbourhood; we did not hear any noise from the busier areas while in the unit. The photos make the space look larger than it is, in our view, but it was still usable. The staircase could be challenging for someone with mobility concerns but was not a problem for us. For light sleepers, the walls are thin: the unit next to ours was empty during our stay but is being renovated, and we could hear both sides of a telephone call that someone made in that unit. Check-in was smooth and easy and the property manager was very friendly and reachable.

Trastavere Flat

I found that not only at this property but at most all of the 12 properties we stayed in Sicily, Rome, and Malta, that the photos of the units make the rooms look much more spacious than they really are. We had a good visit and were able to let the helpful manager know of items that needed attention after we checked out. In general we found on our two month trip that the managers all tend to depend on the guests to make them aware of issues instead of having their housecleaner or an inspector go in between guests to see about any maintenance issues. So the burden becomes the Guests to contact the manager during their vacation time to coordinate having someone come during your stay to take care of the issues which is an inconvenience, unless you dont mind someone coming into the unit with all your belongings/valuables while you are out during the day on your vacation. We elected not to have anything done during our stay in order to protect our valuables and belongings as we did not want to have to wait around for a maintenance person to come during the day. They were mostly minor issues anyway, but needed attention just the same, like the freezer needing defrosting, doors dragging on the floor surface, outside plants dying from no watering, weeds needing to be removed from view in the balcony area, couch leg no longer stays screwed in, loose toilet seat, that sort of minor issues. Overall this property was fine for us and the manager was very helpful and responsive.

Très bien situé- lit confortable - l’essentiel pour cuisiner des trucs hyper simple. Le seul commentaire c’est que l’insonorisation est nul - on entend très bien les voisins discuter et le son de la télévision. Oreilles sensibles s’abstenir. Certains trucs ont besoins d’amour. Genre robinets.

Its a perfect location in Travestere, within walking distance of all the main cultural sites in Rome. The apt is clean but a little bit on the small suze. For the price, it was wx ellent.
