Centre historique de Rome Trastevere-Piazza Navona, Bright-Confort- AC, WiFi

Cet appartement est situé dans le quartier de Trastevere, l'un des quartiers les plus anciens du centre historique de Rome. Il est situé dans un palais historique du 1700.
A l'intérieur de l'appartement, vous pouvez voir le cellier original de 1700 en bois et les murs en «cotto» rouge.
L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait. L'appartement est encadré dans le centre historique de Rome. Vous pouvez facilement rejoindre à pied les sites les plus importants de la ville.
L'appartement est Ă©galement bien desservi par de nombreuses lignes de bus.
La propriété a été rénovée en 2014 afin d'en faire un mélange de confort et de style ancien.

Ce grand et confortable appartement (70 m2 de large) est composé de 2 CHAMBRES:
La premiĂšre CHAMBRE (24 m2 - 258 pi2) est trĂšs grande et ensoleillĂ©e, elle donne sur 2 fenĂȘtres insonorisĂ©es via della Scala, qui est une rue trĂšs calme et sĂ»re. Il y a un lit double confortable, un canapĂ©-lit et un salon avec table et chaises (la chambre dispose de la climatisation);
La deuxiÚme CHAMBRE (18m2 - 193 sq2) est également ensoleillée et grande, elle a aussi un lit double et elle donne sur une cour intérieure trÚs calme (la chambre est climatisée).

Le grand SALON est élégant et bien meublé, il a un canapé et une grande table (il y a aussi une chaise bébé). La cuisine est entiÚrement meublée et équipée avec congélateur, machine à glaçons, cuisiniÚre à gaz, four, cafetiÚre électrique et tous les ustensiles de cuisine.

Il y a une salle de bain complĂšte confortable avec douche. Il y a un sĂšche-cheveux, du savon et du shampoing
À l'entrĂ©e de l'appartement, vous pouvez trouver toutes les cartes et guides de la ville.
Les enfants sont les bienvenus, nous fournissons également gratuitement un lit bébé et une chaise bébé

The location is excellent, right amidst the hustle and bustle of Trastevere with its bars and restaurants. We found everything as advertised and Rosaria was extremely helpful. Good chance we would come again.

Die Wohnung ist leider entsetzlich laut, man schlĂ€ft schlecht, sie riecht nach Kanal, die Dusche fließt nicht ab und das WLAN funktioniert nicht.

Fun place in the heart of Trastevere

The apartment is a short walk from many attractions and some of Google's highest-rated restaurants in Trastevere are just steps away. That also means it's loud all night long (including seagulls and fighting cats), so bring earplugs. But Rosarip and Angelo are great hosts who arranged to have a driver pick us up from the airport. We had a wonderful stay here!

Cozy apartment in convenient lively location

This cozy apartment in Trastevere is located in the heart of the neighbourhood action. It offers the convenience of walking to many of Rome's main tourist sites. It is on a busy narrow street with popular bars and restaurants. The two bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed; however, the lively atmosphere of the street below is disruptive with its stores (music) and young bar patrons. There is a reason that the neighbourhood is referred to as the "movida". It moves and shakes at all hours of the day. The apartment has a certain old world charm with a pretty decor. The bathroom is adequate but the shower is small and the water does not heat up well. The high wood ceilings offer architectural interest but result in a rather dark interior. The hosts were wonderful. They were incredibly communicative and helpful. Upon our arrival, Rosaria met us at the taxi she had arranged for us from the airport. She showed us around the apartment and was in touch as needed throughout our stay. She arranged transport back to the airport at the end of the week and again met us to see us off. We enjoyed our stay but found the apartment very noisy.

Great stay

Amazing spacious apartment right in the heart of Trastevere. Aircon in each bedroom was perfect for the high 30deg weather we had. Rosaria/ Marco were excellent hosts meeting us at the apartment and always reachable on WhatsApp.

Historical center of Rome

This apartment was perfect for my wife and I for out trip to Rome and Rosaria couldn’t have been more helpful. For starters we arrived early for check in but Rosaria s there waiting and ready for us. Secondly, she arranged a private transport to pick us up at the airport and to take us back after our stay. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. The place also has super easy access to local restaurants and public transportation.

Trastevere!!

Perfect location in a spectacularly busy neighborhood of Rome. Many places to eat and enjoy a Roman experience! The property is near taxis and a bus line and wonderful walking tours of the city! A little noisy but only if you leave windows open and sleep in the room fronting the street! Rosario’s was great about communications and helpful with transit to and from the airports. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location

We throughly enjoyed our stay it was nice to be in an area that is lived in by locals. It is a very vibrant area so if you don’t like noise it’s not for you but you just can’t beat all the little local shops and 300+ restaurants all in all very good value for money and a charming host.

Great stay

We loved our stay in Trastevere, it is a great location for all the sights. We walked everywhere and the neighborhood had great restaurants and a great vibe. The owner showed us everything, We were able to store our luggage because we arrived early, she arranged transportation to Airport and Train. Would definitely stay here again.

Tromperie

La rĂ©alitĂ© ne correspond pas Ă  l'annonce. La photo de la chambre est trĂšs belle, mais elle donne sur une rue piĂ©tonne bourrĂ©e de restaurants, donc bruit jusqu'Ă  2 ou 3 heures du matin. Les autres piĂšces (une deuxiĂšme chambre et un "sĂ©jour", qui est en fait une cuisine un peu amĂ©liorĂ©e) n'ont pas de fenĂȘtre, juste un vasistas qui donne sur une cour sombre. Les portes ne ferment pas. La cuisine est mal Ă©quipĂ©e : pas de four Ă  micro-ondes, cafetiĂšre "italienne" ridiculement petite, obligeant Ă  faire plusieurs fois le cafĂ© de suite. De plus, l'appartement est en fait un demi-appartement. La porte d'entrĂ©e, blindĂ©e, donne sur un vestibule duquel deux portes (fermant Ă  clĂ©, heureusement) permettent d'accĂ©der Ă  ces deux demi-appartements. Un seul jeu de clĂ© pour deux. Nous avons donc dĂ©cidĂ© d'Ă©courter notre sĂ©jour. Cette annonce ne devrait pas figurer dans votre catalogue.

Rosaria was fantastic to work with. She was very helpful in making arrangements for dinner, shuttle and taxi. She met us at the apartment when we arrived and showed us all the details. Great location, lots of restaurants nearby in a bustling area.

Great location, great apartment!

The place was nice, the hosts were helpful and the location was great. The only issue was noise from the street but thats the location. They had double pane windows which was as good as it gets. This neighborhood is up until 2am! Great accommodation though, would come again and recommend!

Perfect Location

You are steps away to great food and drinks. And late night gelato! The apartment is stocked with everything you need and a big fridge. Rosaria was available by message out entire stay. We kept the front windows closed at night and the street noise was not a issue. Overall it was a great stay

Very nice as apartment. We loved the neighborhood. Great restaurants we went to Mass at the church that is very close by. The street is noisy but it happy noise of people experiencing life joyfully walking together laughing and talking. We liked the energy.

Nice place to stay

We had a nice stay in this apartment: it's in the middle of a lively neigbourhood and at walking distance to the centre of Rome. Because of the location, there's quite some noise in the evening/night (despite the double glass windows), so if you sleep in the front bedroom, wearing earbuds may be desirable. The host was very kind and responded quickly. We definitely recommend this place!

Great location

The flat as in a great location, but very noisy! Bars were open till 2:45 on some nights- super loud! The light came in thru bedroom window( need black put blinds) closest to the street- just loud! Bed was super comfortable and room temperature was fine. The check in process requires a person, so no late night checking allowed
which was tough for us since our flight as very late.
