The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, heating, air conditioning, free WiFi. From the large windows of the apartment you can see Campo San Giacomo and it is very close to Rialto.

The apartment is composed of two bright rooms. In the dining room we have three large windows where you can see Venice in all its angles; there is also a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy a good glass of wine.

The windows face a quiet canal, little used by big boats, only small gondolas, typical Venetian rowing boats, pass there.

Guests have access to the whole apartment.
