Beautiful apartment in a nice quiet area of the city. Host was great and really took his time to make sure we were comfortable. Good access to sights and city center. Venice is amazing and this apartment added to experience.

This place was amazing tbh, It was a bit tricky to find at first as the map was getting confused. We were able to find it without to much effort. Giovanni went above and beyond to help us understand the local area. With a complete binder of information and guides. The unit was in a great location for access to all the major tourist spots we wanted to see and the taxi boat to/from the airport. I would absolutely stay again!

Giovanni was excellent! He met us at the Water Bus and walked us to our home away from home. The place was as described, very comfortable and welcoming. Giovanni went over everything and had a map with numbers on it and a booklet to explain them all. He made recommendations for a few restaurants, we tried them and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend staying here, 5+ star review!

This place was perfect for us, it is walkable to everything you will want to see in Venice but in a quiet area of the city. Giovanni was super helpful assisting with advice on how to get to the place, he offered suggestions for restaurants and he kindly met us in the middle of the night as our plane was delayed. I highly recommend this place for your visit to Venice.

Giovanni's B&B was perfect for us!It is far enough away from the crazy and noisy areas of Venice, but close enough to everything to make it an ideal place to stay.It was really like staying in a neighborhood with locals.Giovanni personally checked us in and gave us some excellent tips on where to shop and where to eat and his Guest Binder was one of the most thought out and complete that we have seen. Complete with a number keyed map of Venice showing the precise location of everything in his Guest Binder (Fantastic!).Any questions that we had were either answered in person or almost immediately via text. At one point we lost WiFi due to a neighborhood planned outage, and as soon as power came back on, and we still had no WiFi, he came right over to make a simple fix to the house router—all good after that!Having two bathrooms for a family of 4 was a wonderful!Giovanni is an absolute gentleman who seems to really care about having things go smoothly for his guests and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful quiet and central location

Wonderful spot for our family with 12 year old and 18 year old boys. The location was quiet and easy walking distance to everything in Venice. We had a wonderful time during our 3 days/nights in Venice!

Great stay in Venice

We really enjoyed our time at Giovani's apartment. The location was central but also in a quiet residential part of the city. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and bathrooms. My best sleep in Italy. The annotated map and guidebooks were also much appreciated! We would stay here again.

Roomy and Close to Amenities

Owner met us at the water bus station and guided us to the property. Walked us through the property and provided a "Guest Manual" which included recommendations for restaurants and excusions. We highly recommend this place.

Great spot in Venice

Nice apartment, 15 minutes walk from Saint Mark’s Square. Giovanni was extremely helpful, responding quickly to my texts, meeting us at the dock and getting us to the apartment.

Beautiful stay

The house is beautiful and clean in a very quiet area. The rooms are large and spacious. Great restaurants nearby and all the main tourist attractions within an easy walking distance. Giovanni was very helpful meeting us at the ferry and walking us to the unit, taking the time to show us the house and other useful information. He was also helpful and responsive during our stay.

Lovely apartment! And Giovanni was so nice! There was a problem with the air conditioning upon arrival but he had already planned for a portable unit. Location is in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds, which is what we like. Overall, great spot!

Fantastic apt well located for families

Loved this place for our family of 4! so well located within easy walk of everything in Venice and also very close to water bus stop for train station and airport. Giovanni was terrific to work with and so communicative and responsive. Gave us great suggestions too. Would definitely return! Thank you Giovanni!

Serene Location

The property was in a quiet area away from the busy crowds of Carnival. Steps away from wonderful restaurants and shopping. Giovanni was an excellent host who met us at the water taxi and personally escorted us to the property. He provided recommendations for dining and activities that were amazing. Highly recommend if you desire a quaint location away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it!

Clean, quiet and roomy

This apartment worked great for us. Close in but off the busy streets, it was very clean and had everything we needed. You do go up several steep flights of stairs which is common in Italy. I just wanted to note that. Giovanni was a wonderful host. Thank you!
