The apartment was great for the 3 nights that we stayed. Easy to get around and not far from the public water bus. Host was quick to respond to anything and met us at check in to show us around and how to use the appliances. Would definitely recommend.

This is a charming, well decorated apartment in an excellent location. Martin is a wonderful host who communicates well, offering tips and advice that goes beyond what is expected. The apartment is in a quiet part of the island, but offers easy access to anywhere one wants to go with plenty of food options nearby. The apartment's location made it easy for us to arrive by train and take the vaporetto to a stop close and take a Alilaguna to the airport when departing.

Delightfully decorated … as I felt I was in an architectural Digest setting, perfectly placed in the Downtown setting of everything you want to see.

Martin went above the mark to schedule water taxis. We were never in question of being taken care of. There was a washer/ dryer in the apartment and loads of places to eat and shop within walking distance. I will definitely come back. I loved Venice and the people were wonderful. And everyone speaks English !!

Such a charming, cozy retreat from the hustle of throngs of tourists constantly visiting beautiful Venice! Literally steps from the Grand Canal, just across the canal from the Guggenheim Museum (a must see!), easily reached by crossing the Academia Bridge nearby. The apt. Is charming, quiet, and has a garden view, is on the first floor (no stairs with luggage!), a super comfortable king-sized bed, lovely details throughout, a grand Renaissance-inspired painted ceiling in the bedroom and a separate sitting area/kitchenette that makes you feel like a local living in Venice for the time you’re there. Martin is very accommodating and will answer all your questions. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Martin for a great experience!

From my sons: Martin was super considerate and made check-in very easy, everything was really clean and there was a washer dryer, and the AC works very well. The apartment was really nicely furnished and comfortable and the location was fantastic - close to everything but quiet and close to a great bridge. Loved it!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place in Venice—so calm and quiet but so convenient to everything—the hosts was very friendly and quick to respond with requests—having a washer AND a DRYER—so convenient for hot humid summer visits. Would return in a heartbeat!

Martin was an excellent host. Very good communication and care for us. The apartment is cozy and thoughtfully appointed with an amazing view just down the block. Neighbor hood was quiet and felt safe, bed was comfy and apartment quiet. The internet connection needs some upgrading, but we were able to manage with cell data. Highly recommend!

This apartment is centrally located in San Marco but on a very quiet side street within walking distance to everything! It is well stocked with coffee tea and creamer. Comfortable bed and kitchenette area. Washer and separate dryer that came in handy! Spotless and comfortable! Martin is a wonderful and gracious host ready to answer any questions - and called us a water taxi for our departure. Everything was perfect including his restaurant recommendations. Martin thank you so much for making our stay in Venice wonderful! Will stay again !!

The stay at Martins apartment was perfect! He was super helpful with instructions on how to get from the airport and greeted us upon check in. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants.The apartment was in a perfect location, walkable to all the major attractions, but tucked away so it was nice and quiet. If we ever return to Venice, we would definitely stay here again!

Loved our experience while staying at this apartment in Venezia. The host was super helpful, responsive, went out of his way to insure we had a great visit and the location(within a stone’s throw of the Grand Canal) was off high tourist traffic alleys but most importantly in a perfect location for all attractions, shopping, dining and more. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely stay at this apartment when we return. Highly recommended!

Our host met us at the boat stop when we first arrived, which was very helpful. Nice bed and large living area. Convenient to many placed in Venice. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, Martin was so welcoming and stayed up late to check us in / welcome us after our late flight. He shared some great restaurant recommendations too.The apartment is lovely and in an amazing area, 10 minutes from the top sights including Piazza San Marco, Doge's Palace, Museo Correr.Do not hesitate and book this charming apartment!
