Sleeping up to seven guests across four bedrooms, this impressive home is ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy quality time together. With generous communal areas and multiple living spaces, there is plenty of room to unwind and make the most of your stay.
As you enter the property, you are welcomed by the first bedroom, a small double with a sizeable ensuite wet room. A unique feature of this room is the TV that extends from the end of the bed â perfect for cosy evenings in. Moving further through the house, you arrive at the open-plan dining area, where a large table comfortably seating eight creates the ideal setting for family meals and entertaining. This space flows effortlessly into the spacious main living room, complete with an L-shaped corner sofa positioned to enjoy views of the garden through bright and airy bi-fold doors. A stylish fireplace with electric fire and a wall-mounted widescreen TV complete this inviting space.
The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you should need for your stay, including an electric oven and grill, large American-style fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. For larger groups who appreciate extra space, there is also a second generous living room downstairs featuring a huge sofa, several armchairs, an electric fire and another wall-mounted widescreen TV.
The ground floor also benefits from an additional bathroom with wet room, along with a utility room equipped with a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs, youâll find three further spacious bedrooms. A large twin room with bunk beds includes a Smart TV and a modern ensuite with waterfall shower. Another bedroom offers a super King-size bed, dressing table, Smart TV and a generous ensuite with waterfall shower. The master bedroom provides a super King-size bed, dressing table, widescreen Smart TV, comfortable seating area and a large ensuite with bath and shower, offering a luxurious and restful retreat.
Outside, the property continues to impress with an enclosed garden finished with AstroTurf lawn and a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Pembrokeshire.
The Farmhouse is located on The Ranch fitness complex, where a popular local gym is open daily from 6am to 9pm, and The Ranch Padel, with indoor courts open from 6am to 11pm. These nearby facilities are a fantastic option for guests wishing to stay active or try something new during their stay. As the property is situated within the same wider area, some associated activity and noise may be heard during their operating hours.
Situated just outside the charming town of Narberth, the property is ideally placed to explore boutique shops, independent restaurants and cafés, while also enjoying the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside and coastline beyond.
Please note that a ÂŁ50 charge will apply if the hot tub needs to be emptied and refilled as a result of not adhering to the hot tub guidelines during your stay.
