Perfect Stay with Amazing Views and Great Service

We had such a wonderful stay at Madonna Del Mare! It was so clean and homely, with everything we needed. It was clean and spacious, and the views from the roof terrace were so incredible. Francesco and the Smaac team were really helpful and made arriving/staying there so easy. We loved it!

Staying at this property had to be the highlight of our trip to the Amalfi Coast.

We stayed in Casa Madonna del Mare and I thought the view from the roof was the best on the Amalfi Coast! It was the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in (I usually shy away from them) and it felt so luxurious. I would stay here again 100 times over. The host was always available via WhatsApp.

Perfect Amalfi Coast Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay in Praiano it is a perfect place to stay on the Amalfi coast with easy bus links up and down the coast, with a secluded beach and not at all too busy. The house was incredible well furnished and clean, the views were breathtaking, watching the sunrise and sunset. The steps seemed daunting upon booking but really not bad at all for the Amalfi coast as it’s all hilly. Francesco at Smaac was so helpful and very quickly responded to any questions we had and continually checked that we were okay and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

10/10 would recommend this location and SMAAC! We fell in love with the location and the apartment. Within walking distance of amazing restaurants. Very well stocked in all areas (kitchen, bathrooms, rooms). Also featured a roof deck with a beautiful view fantastic for sunsets. If you are not fairly active I highly suggest you not hesitate hiring the porter they provide. Francesco was so attentive, kind, and helpful. We will never forget the hospitality shown to us and can’t wait to visit again!

Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Praiano. The view from the living room was stunning, and the terrace offered an even more breathtaking, uninterrupted view of the Amalfi Coast. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The listing photos are accurate &ampmdash the place is just as beautiful in person. The location is perfect, between Amalfi and Positano, making it a great base for exploring the coast. The main beach of Praiano is very close, and the area is peaceful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Do keep in mind there are around 150 steps to reach the apartment, which might be difficult for those with mobility issues, but it&amprsquos absolutely worth it for the views and the experience.

Dear Shivank, Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed review! We are truly happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in Praiano — from the breathtaking views and relaxing atmosphere to the comfort and amenities of the apartment. It’s great to know everything exceeded your expectations. You mentioned one of the unique features of the Amalfi Coast: the stair access, which many see as part of the area’s authentic charm. Thankfully, the stunning views truly make any small effort worthwhile! It was a real pleasure hosting you, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime. Warm regards, Rosa – SMAAC Accommodations

This air b and b was absolutely gorgeous!

We loved staying here , the house was fully equipped with everything you need. The views of the Amalfi coast were stunning. It&amprsquos in a very peaceful location. The beach is walking distance and again was amazing. The only thing is you do have to walk a lot of steps to get up to the air b and b, and I recommend watching the video FIRST of how to get there so you don&amprsquot get lost like I did. The directions on google maps are not accurate so please watch the video the host send stop so you know exactly where to go. If you are not ok with a lot walking and going up at least 100 steps don&amprsquot stay here. Apart from that the place was perfect for our stay. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again . Thank you

We are also glad you found the home well equipped and that you enjoyed the beach nearby. You are absolutely right about the steps—it’s part of the charm (and challenge!) of the Amalfi Coast. Thank you again for your kind words and for being such thoughtful guests. We would love to welcome you back anytime! Warm regards, Rosa- SMAAC Accommodation

Lovely Stay with Beautiful Views

The accommodation was great, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the window was stunning, though the balcony was a bit too small to use. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A heads-up: there are 150 steep steps leading up to the entrance, so be prepared for a bit of a climb when accessing the propertynearby restaurants. Public transportation to other towns was a bit difficult as they don't come by frequently, every 30 to 60 minutes, are often full and just pass by. One minor issue was that only one set of towels was provided for our six-day stay, so we had to launder them ourselves. Additionally, the shampoo and body wash provided lasted only a day, host required us to purchase more from the market below. Despite these points, the setup was nice, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Views

The property is absolutely stunning. The property management team was very organized and helpful. That being said, this is definitely not the place to stay if you have mobility issues. We found out after booking and paying in full that there are approx. 150 stairs to climb to get to the property. This should probably be disclosed in the listing. My husband and brother in-law both have mobility issues and could not do the climb up and down everyday. Thank goodness the property manager had the number of a porter service that would take your luggage up for you, as there would of been NO WAY I could of done that. My husband and brother in-law ended up having to book at the hotel at the base of the mountain (Hotel Onde Verde) which has an elevator. So we ended up having to pay double and also not be able to spend the time together like we had hoped. My son and I enjoyed the condo and made the best of our alone time. We even found a cooking class that was close to the condo (just one more flight of stairs up! lol - about another 50) and we learned to make pasta and got to drink home made wine. All in all it was a great vacation and the property is very nicely furnished. But be ready to get your workout in!

Dear Ellen, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear that you and your son enjoyed your stay in our apartment and some special moments. Regarding the stairs, we would like to clarify that this is typical of the Amalfi Coast area, characterized by elevation changes and steps. This feature is clearly indicated in our listing, and before arrival, we also send a detailed video with instructions on how to reach the house. We are happy that the porter service was helpful with your luggage, and we sincerely regret that your husband and brother-in-law were unable to stay with you for the entire time as planned. Your feedback is invaluable to us and helps us continuously improve the guest experience and communication. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family again in the future, perhaps for a stay better suited to your needs. We wish you all the best! Rosa- SMAAC Amalfi Coast
