Oratge 1 Apartment - A Charming Seaside Retreat



Located in one of the most sought-after areas of Puerto Pollensa, this cozy apartment is just a few steps from the beach and features a communal pool where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don’t need to bring any extra luggage!



The apartment consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed, both designed to ensure the comfort of all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the living-dining room provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere to relax after a day at the beach, with stunning sea views to accompany every moment.



Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.



With a modern bathroom with a shower, this apartment is ideal for a family with children, as it combines the comfort of home with the proximity to the sea and all necessary amenities. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, and local shops, so you won't need a car during your stay.



Oratge 1 Apartment is located on the first floor and there is no elevator.



For larger groups, the Oratge 3 apartment, located directly above on the second floor of the same building, is also available. This makes it a perfect option for two groups wanting to stay close together while enjoying their own private spaces.
