Exactly as described, great pool, air con was fabulous, 300 yards from a nice beach bar and a restaurant that also did takeway pizzas, perfect for us, Antonio couldnt have been more accommodating

Perfect apartment in the perfect location.

Spent a week here with my son on a cycling holiday. The apartment is perfect and in a great location. 2 minutes to the sandy beach and great views. The large terrace is fantastic. I could go on but I don’t want too many people booking it because I want to go back.

Magical Holiday

An amazing place to stay. Secure, quiet, clean and everything you could need. Great to have the patio area and easy access to the pool. The kids loved that. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Very happy with our stay

Great property with lovely terrace and direct access to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. This is because the majority of appartments are privately owned by people living there full time. The property was extremly well equipt and the host had great communication with us from the moment of booking until the moment we left. The only issue we found was it is a good walk to get to the busy bit, but it was a nice walk even if it did take a while.

By the beach, literally

This place is an absolute gem on Mallorca, just across the beach in one of the calmest spot possible of this part of the island. It's very clean, and everything is provided. I came during off season, so environment was very quiet. Not sure it'd be the case during Spring and Summer though! Thanks very much!

Nice apartment in great location

The apartment is in a quiet residential area, about 15min walk from the town centre. There are still restaurants and supermarkets within a 5min walk though. The beach is lovely and very close to the property. The pool was very quiet and only shared with a handful of apartments. We often had the pool to ourselves. One thing to note is you need mosquito repellent! They're vicious! We had a great stay.

Summer break

The perfect stay for us with our two little children. The apartment had everything we could need and we very much appreciated the travel cot and bed guard being set up for our late arrival. The pool was perfect and having direct access from the terrace with ideal. We used all of the local shops & visited the Wednesday market for fresh fruit. We strolled the flat 20 min walk into town every night along the beautiful beach front and were spoiled for choice with where to eat. We absolutely loved our holiday.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We hired a car at Palma airport and it took about 45 minutes to get to the apartment. Car allowed us to explore nearby areas with stunning scenery at cap de formentor and Port de Soller. Apartment has a great location, wonderful views over the sea, and 10-15 minutes flat walk to shops and restaurants of Peurto Pollensa. We also hired bikes and used the cycleway to go to Alcudia old town. Apartment is well equipped, comfortable bed, lovely large shower and great swimming pool which we had to ourselves. There is a small car park at the back of the apartment but plenty of parking on the roads outside. All in all, a wonderful relaxing holiday. Thank you Antoni.

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé

L appartement est super : bien situé en front de mer au calme mais pas moi. Du centre ville de port pollentia. La grande terrasse et la piscine immédiatement accessible. Sont vraiment des atouts . La climatisation a été très appréciée Antoni nous a très bien accueilli et nous a bien conseillé sur la région.

Complete and well located apartment

Antoni's apartment is very well located for the various activities of Port de Pollança which is a real treasure for cycling, hiking, jogging, the beach and the Fermentor. You cross the street and it is the cycle path and the sea . The shared swimming pool is also very pretty and directly accessible from the sunny terrace. Antoni is a very welcoming host available, courteous and efficient. I recommend it to you without hesitation. French : L'apartement de Antoni est très bien situé pour les différentes activités de Port de Pollança qui est un vrai trésor pour le vélo la randonnée le jogging la plage et le Fermentor.Vous traversé la rue et c'est la piste cyclable et la mer . La piscine commune est très jolie aussi et directement accessible de la terrasse ensoleillée. Antoni est un hôte très accueillant disponible , courtois et efficace. Je vous le recommande sans hésitation.

Appartement parfait

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans l'appartement d'Antoni et nous en sommes ravis. Tout est réunis pour passer un bon moment. Accès à la piscine très facile, une terrasse au top, une résidence et un quartier calme. L'appartement est très proche de la plage et des commodités et il est fonctionnel pour des vacances en familles. Antoni est un hôte très agréable et accueillant. Si vous avez la moindre question, il répondra très rapidement à vos interrogations.

Gorgeous apartment, excellent host.

We had a lovely stay at Antoni's comfortable and well equipped apartment. The outside private patio is perfect and the shared pool and gardens were lovely. We were amazed by how great the views are from a ground floor apartment. It is a very short walk across the road to a nice sandy beach. Both Pollensa and Alcudia towns are within a 10 minute drive and both are lovely to visit in the day or evening. It is very easy to park at the apartment building or on the road right outside. There are three lovely restaurants within a 5 minute stroll and many, many more within a 20 - 30 minute walk. One minor thing to be aware of if you have mobility issues - the pool is challenging to access as it has a very big step down with no handrails. We hope to be back one day!

Perfect week.

Excellent , quiet location overlooking the sea and beautiful bay, just 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach and friendly beach bar. Three restaurants nearby and many more in a 20 minute flat walk into the main part of the town. The comfortable, modern apartment has everything needed and the host is very helpful, responds rapidly to any questions and provided a really warm welcome despite our delayed arrival. 5 star stay.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment with private patio; three excellent restaurants and Spar nearby. A short walk for the able bodied to the centre but more challenging for over 80s! Taxis available. Really attentive and helpful host.

A lovely apartment with beautiful views of the ocean and great quiet location. Lovely private patio, which was perfect for our baby to crawl about. Am schönsten Strandabschnitt von Puerto de Pollenca gelegene Wohnung, puristisch eingerichtet, alles Nötige, vorhanden, sauber und gepflegt. Sehr freundlicher und entgegenkommender Vermieter, unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommmunikation. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.
