A lovely apartment a street back from the Port de Pollenca front and nearby a load of restaurants and bars. The apartment also has a little terrace at the top for sunny breakfastsa glass of sangria in the evening. The host was responsive and clear. Would recommend.

very nice apartment in every aspect, clean and nicely located, a little tough with parking, one thing to note is that the terrace is a floor higher than the apartment.

Apartment was perfect for my family

Apartment was perfect for my family. Comfortable couches, bright sitting room and kitchen was well equipped. Our 2 year old slept in the room with no aircon but we were able to keep it cool with the fan provided. The roof terrace is a nice surprise. The location is the best thing about the apartment. We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants in less than a minute. We would go back again.

The only positive thing we can say about this is that it was well equipped.Negative comments-1. Bed was very noisy, squeaking at every movement.2. second bedroom was very small only suable for children.3. Roof patio was not as per photographs. very scruffy with no shade.4. We had to ask for towels and cleaning service. Also had to wash towels ourselves.5. Response to our complaints was slow and patronising.6. Overall very bad value for money and requires refund.

Regarding the bed, as soon as you informed us about the issue, we did our best to replaced it with a brand-new bed during your stay to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Concerning the rooftop terrace, we would like to clarify that the photographs shown in the listing accurately represent the space. The listing does not advertise any shaded area or sunshade on the terrace. With regard to housekeeping, the cleaning service included with the reservation is not a daily service. The details of what is included during the stay were provided to you in advance. While one scheduled visit could not be carried out on the planned day, the service was completed on another day instead. Occasionally, operational circumstances may require us to adjust the timing, but we always ensure that the service is provided. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving our service for future guests.

We had a great time at Piso Marina

We had a great time at Piso Marina. The place is very close to the sea (basically one street further) and the roof terrace and balcony offer a great view of the city and the mountains. Everything was squeaky clean and pretty much perfect except for some of the cutlery. The beds and furniture felt comfortable. Only downside was that the room with the two beds had no AC and it was kind of impossible to sleep with the door closed there. Otherwise, a really nice place to stay at!!

Pictures do not do this place justice! It’s 5 minutes to be in the water, 5 minutes to restaurants, bike shops, groceries … could not get more convenient. It’s more quiet than I expected being above business. It’s clean and well laid out. Only complaints were no air conditioning in the small bedroom but the fan made it fine for night time and no bike storage. It’s family owned and they clearly take pride in ownership in keeping the place up well! Definitely would stay here again

Séjour parfait, cuisine très bien équipée, bonne literie. La terrasse est très agréable mais l'accès ne se fait pas depuis l'appartement il faut ressortir et monter un étage, ce qui nous a pas trop dérangé finalement.Nous aurions bien aimé plus de souplesse au niveau des heures d'arrivée (17h) et de départ (10h) - ne serait-ce que pour déposer les valises.Logement très bien situé à seulement 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et des commerces.
